Highly recommend Cypress Creek Animal Hospital. When my dog wandered off one evening (after losing her tag with her name and my phone number 2 days before), the people who found her had only the phone number on her rabies tag. Dr. Henry called me at 10:30pm to tell me where my baby was and gave me the phone number of the people who found her.
Dr. Young has been amazing with my baby! She treats her like family and calls me with every report, even when it's not the best news. Do your fur babies a favor and take them here.

Being fairly new in the area, we had never been to Cypress Creek Animal Hospital. The time had come when our 12 year old beautiful Golden Retriever Boy needed to put to rest. From the minute I called, and through the whole difficult process, Dr Kimberley Young and entire staff treated my husband and I and most importantly our beloved dog with sensitivity and respect. The doctors and staff at Cypress Creek Animal Hospital are AWESOME! When we lost our beloved Rotty, Roscoe, they were there to support and care for us as a family. Dr. Young is remarkable. She takes the time to talk to us and explain exactly what is going on with our four legged family members. Our newest family members Macy and Josie are all wags when we walk in the door. My dogs have received the best of care for the last 12 years. Dr. Henry was able to save us trips to Austin by having the right equipment to test our dog's eyes. He spent over an hour on the phone with me when it was time to make a decision to put our dog down. They were so considerate and helpful in a difficult situation. Now they are just as wonderful with 2 new rescued dogs. The dogs have seen all the doctors and all were fantastic with exuberant animals.

We have the highest regard for Cypress Creek Animal Hospital in Wimberley, Texas. Dr. Todd Henry, Dr. Young and Dr. Ansley have all taken care of our dogs and cats since Dr. Henry opened the clinic. This staff has taken the upmost care of all of our pets from Thomas the pound cat, to our Scottish Fold cat, to our Grand Champion Shih Tzu to our newest edition, Gigi the Toy Poodle. We love all of our pets and it matters to us where we take them for treatment. The entire staff is so professional and the care they receive is the best you can get!

We've been using Cypress Creek Animal Hospital for several years, primarily Dr. Young, and have found her and the staff to be great. All the assistants are very pet oriented, they are very thorough, but do act money hungry and suggest unnecessary testing, etc.
Our two dogs get out of our car and run into the clinic when we take them, much unlike some past experiences in other towns. We are very satisfied, and highly recommend them.

I have used CCAH in Wimberley for many years, and have nothing but rave reviews. Whether coming in for an annual or calling with a frantic "I'm on the way" the staff and doctors are kind, compassionate, accommodating and professional. They do not push unnecessary tests or procedures, nor are they alarmist in their treatment plans. I love that Dr. Young wisely adopts a "wait and see" approach to minor complaints. I am grateful to have found such wonderful care for my dog and cat children!

Yes,Once again I am extremely pleased with the treatment at Cypress Creek. My dog tore her dew claw this afternoon and needed immediate care. The receptionist got her in this afternoon (same day)with no problem with Dr Ainsley. I was scared they may have to sedate her to take it out and would cost me many bucks. He was so funny and treated her with compassion and care. Not only did he do the removal under a local, but was finished in 5 minutes! My baby's home with her buddies tonight and will sleep well not having to spend the night in the hospital. Thanks you guys!! The whole staff rocks! Oh and the cost didn't set us back either,not that I wouldn't have paid what it takes to make her comfortable and well:)

My boyfriend and I were in Wimberley for his birthday this past weekend. We brought my 2-year-old chihuahua/shitzu mix along with us. He has seasonal skin allergies that decided to flare up in a monster rash. I brought him here first because of the handful of good reviews about the care that pets receive, and despite the negative reviews about the staff. I should've heeded those negative reviews. We arrived at 7:30am, opening time, hoping to get him seen as soon as possible. The receptionist was curt, wouldn't make eye contact, and didn't even bother to look at my dog. Even after I told her our story - that we were from out of town and came there hoping they could fit us in, she still asked me if we had an appointment. She shoved a clipboard at me, told me to fill out paperwork, and said that he wouldn't be seen for at least two more hours, all in the same sharp, inconsiderate manner. We left, looked on the map, saw another vet clinic a few miles away, and thought we would give it a try. The contrast was like night and day! I'm so glad we decided not to stay at Cypress Creek Animal Hospital, and to go where my dog was welcomed with big smiles and genuine interest. Perhaps the actual care at Cypress Creek would have been great, but we'll never know because I'm not interested in putting my dog's well being in the hands of a clinic that isn't concerned about how it's clients/patients are regarded from the start.

He took such good care of her over the next three days and called to give me updates through out the whole time she was in there. His assistant Kylie, well she is an angel who is very gentle and you can tell she loves cats and I could tell my cat was starting to love her:) Thanks you guys, you're the best!!

The doctors and staff at Cypress Creek Animal Hospital are AWESOME! When we lost our beloved Rotty, Roscoe, they were there to support and care for us as a family. Dr. Young is remarkable. She takes the time to talk to us and explain exactly what is going on with our four legged family members. Our newest family members Macy and Josie are all wags when we walk in the door. Even though there are vets closer to my home, I drive from a different town, just so I can bring my babies to CCAH. Many thanks to the crew.

Cypress Creek is a five-star animal hospital by any measure. The doctors and staff provide expert, kind care to our cats and explain issues clearly. They're always available to answer questions and have referred us to specialists when needed. When we board our cats we know they are safe and loved.

My dogs have received the best of care for the last 12 years. Dr. Henry was able to save us trips to Austin by having the right equipment to test our dog's eyes. He spent over an hour on the phone with me when it was time to make a decision to put our dog down. They were so considerate and helpful in a difficult situation. Now they are just as wonderful with 2 new rescued dogs. The dogs have seen all the doctors and all were fantastic with exuberant animals.

We have the highest regard for Cypress Creek Animal Hospital in Wimberley, Texas. Dr. Todd Henry, Dr. Young and Dr. Ansley have all taken care of our dogs and cats since Dr. Henry opened the clinic. This staff has taken the upmost care of all of our pets from Thomas the pound cat, to our Scottish Fold cat, to our Grand Champion Shih Tzu to our newest edition, Gigi the Toy Poodle. We love all of our pets and it matters to us where we take them for treatment. The entire staff is so professional and the care they receive is the best you can get!

We've been using Cypress Creek Animal Hospital for several years, primarily Dr. Young, and have found her and the staff to be great. All the assistants are very pet oriented, they are very thorough, but do act money hungry and suggest unnecessary testing, etc.
Our two dogs get out of our car and run into the clinic when we take them, much unlike some past experiences in other towns. We are very satisfied, and highly recommend them.

I have used CCAH in Wimberley for many years, and have nothing but rave reviews. Whether coming in for an annual or calling with a frantic "I'm on the way" the staff and doctors are kind, compassionate, accommodating and professional. They do not push unnecessary tests or procedures, nor are they alarmist in their treatment plans. I love that Dr. Young wisely adopts a "wait and see" approach to minor complaints. I am grateful to have found such wonderful care for my dog and cat children!

Will also fit you in same day if needed. i will always bring my babies here as long as we have them. Like I said before they are all great there!

Yes,Once again I am extremely pleased with the treatment at Cypress Creek. My dog tore her dew claw this afternoon and needed immediate care. The receptionist got her in this afternoon (same day)with no problem with Dr Ainsley. I was scared they may have to sedate her to take it out and would cost me many bucks. He was so funny and treated her with compassion and care. Not only did he do the removal under a local, but was finished in 5 minutes! My baby's home with her buddies tonight and will sleep well not having to spend the night in the hospital. Thanks you guys!! The whole staff rocks! Oh and the cost didn't set us back either,not that I wouldn't have paid what it takes to make her comfortable and well:)

My boyfriend and I were in Wimberley for his birthday this past weekend. We brought my 2-year-old chihuahua/shitzu mix along with us. He has seasonal skin allergies that decided to flare up in a monster rash. I brought him here first because of the handful of good reviews about the care that pets receive, and despite the negative reviews about the staff. I should've heeded those negative reviews. We arrived at 7:30am, opening time, hoping to get him seen as soon as possible. The receptionist was curt, wouldn't make eye contact, and didn't even bother to look at my dog. Even after I told her our story - that we were from out of town and came there hoping they could fit us in, she still asked me if we had an appointment. She shoved a clipboard at me, told me to fill out paperwork, and said that he wouldn't be seen for at least two more hours, all in the same sharp, inconsiderate manner. We left, looked on the map, saw another vet clinic a few miles away, and thought we would give it a try. The contrast was like night and day! I'm so glad we decided not to stay at Cypress Creek Animal Hospital, and to go where my dog was welcomed with big smiles and genuine interest. Perhaps the actual care at Cypress Creek would have been great, but we'll never know because I'm not interested in putting my dog's well being in the hands of a clinic that isn't concerned about how it's clients/patients are regarded from the start.

Dr Henry and his staff of vets,technicians,administrations are all superb! Dr Henry went out of his way to help us with our precious cat and stayed late one night (7pm)to see her for an emergency. He took such good care of her over the next three days and called to give me updates through out the whole time she was in there. His assistant Kylie, well she is an angel who is very gentle and you can tell she loves cats and I could tell my cat was starting to love her:) Thanks you guys, you're the best!!

Called them to bring my dog in. Told the (older sounding) woman who answered that my dog had just been hit by a truck. She asked if I had an appointment. Um nooo, she just got hit. She then informed me that DR Henry was busy. Went elsewhere. Hopefully someone with compassoin is now answering their phones
