Ok vet, but butchered the dew claws on our puppies compared to another vet we went to.
Also staff had to RFID chip our cat twice. First time they poked the enormous needle completely through (in and out again) her skin. To be fair, the cat was struggling a lot, but they didn't seem to know how to handle a struggling cat as well as the staff at other vets we've seen. They just threw a towel over her and tried to hold her down without scruffing her, etc.
Other times we went service was ok, but never exceptional.

Love this clinic! They take very good care of my sweeties and never nickel and dime me. They even took the stitches out of my dog after she healed from an emergency she got treated for at an urgent care, for free! The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because they don't have an ultrasound machine so I had to take my dog somewhere else for that.

Doctor spends enough time and answers any questions about care or treatment. If only they were closer to my new home... :)

We absolutely love Dr. Lamb & his entire staff! I started taking my dogs there as pups for their normal vaccinations & licenses. We continue our visits with our first litter of 15 puppies & i will continue to chose Intermountain Veterinary Services for all of my pets' health care needs. They know just how to take care of us & make our visits completely stress-free, especially for my fur family. Whether i call or are in the office they are always happy, helpful & ready to answer my many questions. I have never been treated poorly or had a bad experience. I have taken my dogs to Dr Richard Lamb and IVS since 1988! Six dogs so far and each one of them has received amazing care from Dr Lamb! Though there are clinics closer to my home, I chose to drive 45 mins each way to see him, as he is THAT GOOD!! The entire office has such a sincere, genuine affection for animals and the medical care is over the top. From the simple exam to teeth cleaning to major surgery, Dr Lamb has never let us down. My dogs actually get SO EXCITED when they get to the clinic, they just love it......such a pleasant place! You, too, will be thrilled by the care your pets, and you, get at Intermountain Veterinary Services!!! THANK YOU!!!

Dr. Lamb takes time to explain everything so that it's well understood and also gives you options so you don't feel like they are just in it for the money. They care about getting your fur babies back to being happy and healthy, I would not go anywhere else. My Dax had surgery recently and they checked up on him afterwards and made him as comfortable as they possibly could. The entire staff is attentive and caring, thank you all for everything you do.

We really appreciate this veterinary clinic, the staff are all professional kind and caring about our two cats and two dogs , I definitely will keep the Lambs for our vets.

I have been using Intermountain Veterinary Services and Dr. Lamb for years and refer many people to them. I rely on his vast experience and knowledge and know that I don't have to worry about him over-prescribing or trying to 'upsell' medicine. His secretary, Susan is always extremely helpful and his vet techs always do a wonderful job with my pups.

My Family and I have been part of the Intermountain Veterinary Services family since before there was an Intermountain Veterinary Service.. From our first experience with Dr. and Susan Lamb, puppy shots, for Gin and Bailey our two big girls(who are no longer with us). We knew we had found or Veterinarian, We've never even considered taking our babies anywhere else.

I love this place and so does my cats! They usually are scared to come to foreign places or leave the house in general but they both felt comfortable and even purred a bit when they technicians held them. They are specialize in everything so you don't ever have to worry if they don't know how to do something, because they know how to do it! Go here for all your animal needs, it's worth it!

Dr. Lamb and Susan are the most kind and caring people. Dr. Lamb takes time to explain everything so that it's well understood and also gives you options so you don't feel like they are just in it for the money. They care about getting your fur babies back to being happy and healthy, I would not go anywhere else. My Dax had surgery recently and they checked up on him afterwards and made him as comfortable as they possibly could. The entire staff is attentive and caring, thank you all for everything you do.

We have two energetic malamutes. Intermountain Veterinary has always treated them well, kept good records, and given them individual attention. Unlike other places I've visited, Dr. Lamb takes time to speak to owners and work with peoples' pets.
