We HIGHLY recommend Clearfield Vet! The doctors and the staff are incredible. We feel like they care as much about our dog and cats as we do. They were recommended to us when our kitty was hurt in my husband's truck engine. She ultimately had to have her left front leg and tail amputated. They were so kind and compassionate to both her and us. They were very competent in their care for her and now for all our pets. We wouldn't go anywhere else now!

I needed to bring my cat in for an emergency on a Saturday. They were so kind to get her right in and took good care of her. She was old and sick and in kidney failure. She had to be put down and that was so hard for my family. They staff were so understanding and gave us all the time we needed with her. She was our baby for 22 years and they completely understood how hard it was to see her go. The staff even hugged me as I left. Kinder people i have never seen at a veterinary office. I will be bringing my other furry friends back when they need care.

There is no way I'm returning to this clinic. My new dog is terrified of having his mouth and feet handled and freaks out with squealing and biting (he doesn't break skin but his dew claws were still very sharp). I understand that a vet doesn't have a lot of time to comfort a dog, but the older vet CHOKED MY DOG into submission, then berated me for trying to comfort him while he was "being a snot." Now I have even more work ahead of me trying to teach my dog that being handled isn't scary. I have my degree in Psychology, with an emphasis in Behavior, and I'm a professional dog trainer. It continually shocks me that vets still have such inaccurate, old school, and damaging ideas about dealing with dog behavior. The office staff and vet tech we worked with were very friendly and professional, however.

The staff here are so sweet and caring! I have an 11 year old poodle that was refusing food for a couple of days so I called around to 3 different vets besides Clearfield vet and they all said they didn't have any openings and left it at that. I don't remember the woman I spoke with exactly, but I want to say her name was Heidi. She was so sweet and willing to help and even though they didn't have any openings she gave me advice on what to do for my pup in the mean time, and let me know that of she was still acting oddly then I could call again and they would try to fit me in in between appointments. The help she gave and the peace of mind that my dog wasn't crashing on me meant the world to me and helped make a stressful day a little better. Thank you guys so much!

I am very happy with my choice to take my fur baby to Clearfield Veterinary Clinic. The staff is extremely helpful and love my crazy lab puppy. She was spayed today and I was very happy with how they handled my concerns because, like I said she's my fur baby. I wouldn't take her anywhere else. The Vet is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. The prices aren't too bad either! The young man in the front with the long hair is extremely nice as well. Staff is over all the reason I will continue to bring my babies to their office.

We got the first two rounds at Midvalley and paid about $30 for several shots.. this place came in and did a exam when we expressed we ONLY WANTED SHOTS, and when we complained about the $50 bill, they said that was complementary and the one shot we got was $50.. when its $16 at Hartsong. We love Clearfield vet. We have been taking our animals there for the past 6 years and we would never go anywhere else. They are so nice and reasonably priced! When we have called in to say our dog wasn't feeling well they told us a few options to try before coming in to save us money. They also did the same when we had a sick cat. We also took our other dog in a few days after having to take him into the ER late one night, and we wanted to do a follow up at their clinic, they got us right in and at no charge! Amazing people!!!

Heidi Dumas is THE BEST! I've been taking my animals to this clinic, for years, and I've only experienced the very best treatment and care. Shots, spay/neuter, check ups, broken bones, ect... this place is great! There is/was one nurse who worked in their office about 4 years ago, who seemed far more concerned with my ability to pay the bill, than with the condition and care of the animal I brought in to be seen. I didn't catch the nurse's name, however, she appeared older than 50, quite round, and might come across as actually having a big stick up her butt. IF you are ever put in a position where you are unfortunate enough to deal with such a person , request to see Heidi Dumas instead.

Several years ago, my dog woke up with an eye infection, on a Saturday morning. My vet told me there was no way they could fit her in. A friend suggested Clearfield Veterinary Clinic, and it's where I have been taking all my creatures since. Two of my beloved creatures have passed and they have shown so much sympathy and caring. Going so far as to send cards and call to check in on us. As long as we're here. We'll never go anywhere else. Dr. Lara is the best!

I have been taking all of my pets here for years. They are wonderful when interacting with both my cats and dogs.
They take extra steps to make sure the animals are comfortable while doing exams, such as giving treats, and even baby food, also reassuring them with soft voices and gentle affection.
They care about their patients more than just a paycheck, I've never overpaid for any service. Their prices are lower than other vets in the area.
I have also been to other vets for second opinions, thinking the high end building and decor meant a better clinic, but my pets knew better, they did not like the other vet. I'll always bring my pets to this clinic.

Fair, friendly, fabulous. After going to an animal E.R. and being told nothing useful we took our shih tzu to the clinic. SAVED HIS LIFE. Seeing the vet, getting his xray, and medicine cost about the same as his 1st vet visit. The tech and vet were both wonderful and understanding and good at what they do. Without their care our now happy little guy wouldn't have made it.

I've been looking for a new Vet for months and months. My vet in SLC retired and she was so good it was hard to trust someone to replace her.
Our dog got so sick the other day that we took him to the ER in Roy and they kept him over night to treat dehydration. I had to find a vet for the next day and just happened to choose clearfield Vet Clinic. So glad that I did. Great feeling in the place. They obviously care about the animals and seem to do a great job. Have enjoyed talking with them and have been very conforted that our puppy (10 year old puppy... :)) gets to be with them if he has to stay away from home for a bit.
Prices seem very reasonable and I'd recommend them to anyone based on our experience so far.

I am very happy with my choice to take my fur baby to Clearfield Veterinary Clinic. The staff is extremely helpful and love my crazy lab puppy. She was spayed today and I was very happy with how they handled my concerns because, like I said she's my fur baby. I wouldn't take her anywhere else. The Vet is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. We love Clearfield vet. We have been taking our animals there for the past 6 years and we would never go anywhere else. They are so nice and reasonably priced! When we have called in to say our dog wasn't feeling well they told us a few options to try before coming in to save us money. They also did the same when we had a sick cat. Heidi Dumas is THE BEST! I've been taking my animals to this clinic, for years, and I've only experienced the very best treatment and care. Shots, spay/neuter, check ups, broken bones, ect... this place is great! There is/was one nurse who worked in their office about 4 years ago, who seemed far more concerned with my ability to pay the bill, than with the condition and care of the animal I brought in to be seen. I didn't catch the nurse's name, however, she appeared older than 50, quite round, and might come across as actually having a big stick up her butt. IF you are ever put in a position where you are unfortunate enough to deal with such a person , request to see Heidi Dumas instead.

Several years ago, my dog woke up with an eye infection, on a Saturday morning. My vet told me there was no way they could fit her in. A friend suggested Clearfield Veterinary Clinic, and it's where I have been taking all my creatures since. Two of my beloved creatures have passed and they have shown so much sympathy and caring. Going so far as to send cards and call to check in on us. As long as we're here. We'll never go anywhere else. Dr. Lara is the best!

I have been taking all of my pets here for years. They are wonderful when interacting with both my cats and dogs.
They take extra steps to make sure the animals are comfortable while doing exams, such as giving treats, and even baby food, also reassuring them with soft voices and gentle affection.
They care about their patients more than just a paycheck, I've never overpaid for any service. Their prices are lower than other vets in the area.
I have also been to other vets for second opinions, thinking the high end building and decor meant a better clinic, but my pets knew better, they did not like the other vet. I'll always bring my pets to this clinic.

This is the BEST Veterinary Clinic we have ever been to! We took our puppy to a different clinic when she was sick and they took an X-ray of her and found nothing. But that same day we also decided to come here and they took us right in, took an X Ray and took our puppy into sugary right away! They were so friendly and helping! They explained everything to us! If it wasn't for them, our puppy would have died! We love them!!!!

I love the staff and the vets! Best in town! They always care about my pets and me when we visit. Because of them, my Ryan had his 14th birthday today and is doing well despite having CHF. And when my Cody was diagnosed with cancer, they loved her and took care of her and me when she had to go over the Rainbow Bridge. Hugs to all of the staff! I highly recommend this veterinary clinic!

Fair, friendly, fabulous. After going to an animal E.R. and being told nothing useful we took our shih tzu to the clinic. SAVED HIS LIFE. Seeing the vet, getting his xray, and medicine cost about the same as his 1st vet visit. The tech and vet were both wonderful and understanding and good at what they do. Without their care our now happy little guy wouldn't have made it.

These guys are awesome.....they dont try and overcharge and they make it very obvious that your pets welfare comes way above the money going into their pockets. I highly recommend these guys

I've been looking for a new Vet for months and months. My vet in SLC retired and she was so good it was hard to trust someone to replace her.
Our dog got so sick the other day that we took him to the ER in Roy and they kept him over night to treat dehydration. I had to find a vet for the next day and just happened to choose clearfield Vet Clinic. So glad that I did. Great feeling in the place. They obviously care about the animals and seem to do a great job. Have enjoyed talking with them and have been very conforted that our puppy (10 year old puppy... :)) gets to be with them if he has to stay away from home for a bit.
Prices seem very reasonable and I'd recommend them to anyone based on our experience so far.

Such amazing people!! They did more than anyone could ever expect from anyone. We came in with a dog that had been attacked, and they were very compassionate. They spent more time going over our options and were just amazing. They have earned our business for life, and we will tell everyone we know with animals about our experience.
