This review is NOT for the hospital. I just picked up my dogs after 6 days of boarding. They needed their vaccinations, which I'd discussed when I called to make reservations. Also discussed the need to have one dog (a lab) groomed. (Bath, brush, nails). When I dropped them off, was told there would be a $55 office visit PER dog for shots. Asked why I wasn't told this on the phone. Unapologetically, she "didn't know, but that's the policy." I suggested they charge me one $55 fee since 1. I wasn't told, and 2. dogs were boarding there together. Nope. Can't do it.We go to pick them up today, and my lab is shedding ALL OVER US. My daughter brings him by the door and you can see the hair dropping to the floor! I've already paid, so...I tell them that they need to take the charge of $45 off my card because there's no way that dog was groomed. Receptionist calls groomer on phone, then goes to back room, groomer comes up and tells me she did groom him, but she will brush him out again. I refuse this gesture because if she did indeed "groom" him she is terrible at it. She claims she bathed him, put him under the blower, brushed him, and cut his nails. The "groomer" told me she would get the "grooming manager.' After waiting about 10 minutes without anyone coming out, I left. My daughter and I brought the dog to the park, brushed him out, took pictures of the hair we got out and the nails that were not clipped. The other.dog has had horrible diarrhea since picking them up.I've been going to willow creek for years, with the exception of the last couple years when I was out of town. I will not be back. I don't mind paying the money but be upfront. Read Less
