I moved 4 months ago from "the other side" (of the mountains) and left behind what I thought was the best vet clinic ever. Because of such good reviews about Arcadia Vet Clinic, I gave them a try. I have two dogs who have visited Arcadia several times for chronic medication treatment, well being examinations and sickness (yep, not a great four months for my dogs). I am pleased to say that Arcadia has excelled and they too have provided me with 5 star service. The folks there are super friendly, competent and bend over backwards to accommodate on a short notice. Thank you Doctors Williams and Pickett and also to your staff.

We have taken our pets here for years and always loved this place, and while I'm not directly blaming them for the death of my cat, I think the fact that the vaccinations our sweet little kitty received were too stacked for a cat her size. She was in PERFECT health before we took her to get routine vaccinations, being regular leukemia and rabies (with a few others.) Immediately after, her health started to decline rapidly. Withing 45 days, her liver had failed her, which is typical to over-stacking vacs and can also be caused by the protein in the rabies vaccine. Rabies vac can cause liver damage 45 days after in some felines. She was jaundice, not eating, lost HALF her body weight by the time she died. She went into renal failure and had several seizures. It was traumatizing to watch something I loved more than anything go through such a traumatic death. We, as a family, feel that the decisions made on behalf of our pet were not made well. She died and we are devastated. She was the sweetest creature. Not trying to find someone to blame, but this was not normal for her. She was healthy prior to receiving her vaccinations and this just verifies that they were not properly administered via consult of other vets. I am disappointed, and nothing is going to bring her back. Just a warning to everyone. Thank you to staff who helped her in her last few months. We appreciate it the love you showed her, but nothing is going to bring her back and we are left heart broken as a result.

Everyone at the Arcadia Vet Clinic is extremely friendly, professional, and take genuine interest in our dogs and their health. They have been great with both our dogs (a male chihuahua mix and a female beagle mix).
We use them for nail trims, general check-ups and dental work and extractions. The facility is very clean and cheerful when you walk-in. I would highly recommend this clinic and their staff to anyone!

We were camping with our dog and she has allergies. This trip was really bad and I drove down to Heber to Arcadia to hopefully get some help. They got us right in and gave her a shot and gave us some meds for future trips. She was better in hours and we all got some sleep that night since she wasn't scratching all night long. Arcadia was recommended by the people we were camping with since they live up there. Great staff and doctor. I would go back there anytime and recommend them to everyone.

We have been taking out fur kids to Dr. Bruce Williams and his staff for over 22 years. I have always had exceptional care. The office staff is equally caring and compassionate! I have had after hour emergencies as well as many well checks and sick visits. Sadly had to have three pets euthanized also. They were so kind. Everyone there has always been knowledgeable, helpful and compassionate but Doc Williams has really gone over and above many times. My kids even drive up from SLC to bring their dogs here. Trent, Kathy, Doc Ruston and Julia have been great too.

Dr. Williams is the best. We brought our four month old kitten in who had tested positive for leukemia, so she was passing rapidly. With our four daughters in tow, he was very thoughtful, sensitive, and accommodating (they laid out a blanket and flowers! ♡)...especially on a Sunday. My little 9 year old thought it was going to be scary, but they made it beautiful! We also love the front desk staff too (apparently a family member to the vet), as they are always friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Dr. Williams!

The secretary decided that she didn't like my mother and she wouldn't answer the phone for her. One of our horses was on the edge of dying from colic and the woman was so rude. Of course my mother was in a very frazzled state, WHO WOULDN'T BE, and the lady hung up the phone. As my mother tried to call back she wouldn't answer the phones. One minute later my father called the clinic and she answered the phone promptly. This is some of the worst staff anyone could have. As we called friends to see if anyone new of a vet that was available multiple people commented on how rude, awful, and inconceivably unhelpful this woman was! I do NOT suggest calling this clinic!

The staff is awesome. We travel in our motorhome and we were staying at a local rv park when our furbaby severe muscle pain (after hours of course). The staff stayed late to take care of our dog and provided consise cause of the problem and meds to keep him comfortable. Then they followed up the next morning with a phone call. Recommend this place and would give them 10 stars.

The staff at Arcadia have been amazing. I had one of our dogs get really sick with cancer and the tumor had ruptured so he had to be euthanized, they were very caring, through with the situation and what was going on, i had every detail i needed to make the choice that we had to. I also have another lil fur baby that has been going to them for over 12 years and they have helped me so much with her and because of them i still have her. She is diabetic and had gotten sick and they did everything you could think of to help get her better even when it seemed like there was no hope, Rustin and Julia were amazing in trying everything to get my baby to respond and she snapped out of it amazingly. I can't thank the whole staff enough for everything they continue to do for my girl. They are always so helpful and know who i am, it's nice they know me instead of just being another client, they get to know you and you're fur baby. Trent even got a hold of me asking how my Nash was doing (she had a seizure about a month ago) he also went above and beyond. Thank you all so much for everything you have done for my fur family.

Dr. Williams is a true lover of animals. Recently my labrador (10 years old) had a blockage in her sinuses. We initially thought she had a cold or allergies until it developed into a full blockage. We took her in the see Bruce and was determined to unravel her problem. It turns out she had a 3" size growth that he was able to remove. She is so much happier! As are we! The doctor went above and beyond what I believe most would do to help our girl. Thanks Dr. Bruce Williams!

As full-time RVers it was difficult to find a veterinarian who would clean my dogs teeth. Everyone wanted a week+ notice and required a full check up prior to cleaning. Not Arcadia Veterinary Clinic. They were so flexible they got my dog in next day and didn't require extra costly add-ons like the check up. I was so impressed with the facility, professionalism and customer service, I had them clean teeth for both my dogs. Plus it was amazingly affordable. In California I used to pay $500 per dog for cleaning and anesthesia. Arcadia charged less than that for both dogs. Love this place!! Thank you Arcadia from Thunder & Blaze!

Yesterday our dog began vomiting blood and had bloody diarrhea. We called our vet in Heber City and learned that they offer no emergency services whatsoever - the best they could do was offer an appointment the next morning. We were afraid that we were going to lose her if we waited that long, so we called Arcadia. They got us in right away, everyone was so nice (even when our girl made a mess of their floor - twice) and they gave us all the time we needed to ask questions and get her treated. Three abdominal X-rays, one injection, and three prescription medications later, our girl is already feeling much better. As for the price - very reasonable. We will be taking all three of our pets to this vet from now on. Having both routine and emergency care available at the same clinic is a huge plus. Thanks so much for saving Ginger!

One of my Labrador retrievers started limping inexplicably after a hike. His paw was inflamed, hot to the touch and all he could do was whimper in pain--he stopped eating and drinking and I grew extremely concerned.
I called Arcadia Veterinary Clinic and they arranged for an appointment that SAME DAY. Trent Williams and Rustin examined my dog and did so in a gentle, compassionate and thorough manner. After ruling out a fracture (without order reams of costly X-rays) they concluded it was an infection and prescribed a course of antibiotics and anti-inflammatories and took the time to explain how to administer them and what to look for over the next few days.
I am so happy to say that one day later Jack's limp has mostly subsided and he's back to begging for treats and happily munching anything bearing the semblance of food. I am truly thankful for the quick, professional, compassionate and very cost effective treatment of my animal by the team at Arcadia. They went the extra mile for me and my dog.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff here, I had to take my dog in today and he was in very rough shape after a dog fight, and every single person there was so understanding and nice, Bruce came out himself and talked to me even more about my dogs condition that had nothing to do with why we were there, and charged me nothing extra, the price was beyond fair compared to the other vets in town and these people genuinely care. I can not say thank you enough!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU I will never go to another vet again I'm sticking with Arcadia from here on out so is my family!!

Our experience with them was HORRIBLE!! I think Arcadia employees are rude, they lack the simple knowledge of completing a welcome letter. The lady literally had to ask for help! Since this was our first time there, our kitty was having a cyst removed from his neck, we ASKED MULTILPLE TIMES to meet the doctor! We got a handshake, wouldn't even tell us anything about the surgery. Nobody would answer any questions. So, reluctantly we left. They never wrapped his incision so by that night, my poor kitty was scratching. They also shaved him much more than necessary. The sutures were so poorly stitched, by morning he had the wound opened a half inch. So, we called, told them that the incision was open and asked why they never bandaged it. Of course, no one knew the answer, but said to bring him back. We go back, another doctor redid the sutures and wrapped him up..like it should have been done to begin with. Had to ask multiple times for an antibiotic..seemed only right after 2 procedures and he uses a litter box. Then they CHARGED US to fix there mistake!!! I haggled the bill down to $103.00. What an absolute joke! Will never, ever, ever use them again! And if I could give them zero stars, I would! Bunch of hacks!!

They got us in right away.Office staff was efficient and easy to work with, the vet was personable, and took time to explain what he was seeing. Charges were reasonable. Pet feeling better within 24 hours.A very good experience. I'd go back any time.

I've recently heard some terrifying things about vet clinics, I wanted to take the time to say how grateful I am for Arcadia. It took me about a year to decide I wanted to get my 9 pound-Shih Tzu-fur baby fixed, and I was very nervous. Over the phone while making my appointment they answered any questions I had, stupid or not. The day of the surgery, we arrived early and let me snuggle my Molly a little bit before handing her over. Molly shaking like crazy, I saw the vet tech (Who I wish I could remember her name because she was great!) snuggle Molly, which reassured me she was in good hands. My Shih Tzu ended up being in heat and also had a hernia they needed to remove, the team kept me fully informed with phone calls. Once I picked her up they explained all the steps and precautions I needed to be aware of. Once again they were very friendly ( not in a fake, but in a real way). Later on, maybe a month later, I saw the Vet Tech at a local Mexican restaurant and she took the time to ask me how my Molly was doing. That it's self, proved to me that I made the right choice with this clinic and I still continue to order our pet vaccinations here as well:)

We were camping with our dog and she has allergies. This trip was really bad and I drove down to Heber to Arcadia to hopefully get some help. They got us right in and gave her a shot and gave us some meds for future trips. She was better in hours and we all got some sleep that night since she wasn't scratching all night long. Arcadia was recommended by the people we were camping with since they live up there. Great staff and doctor. I would go back there anytime and recommend them to everyone.

We have been taking out fur kids to Dr. Bruce Williams and his staff for over 22 years. I have always had exceptional care. The office staff is equally caring and compassionate! I have had after hour emergencies as well as many well checks and sick visits. Sadly had to have three pets euthanized also. They were so kind. Everyone there has always been knowledgeable, helpful and compassionate but Doc Williams has really gone over and above many times. My kids even drive up from SLC to bring their dogs here. Trent, Kathy, Doc Ruston and Julia have been great too.

Have received great service at Arcadia for at least 45 years. Have taken horses, dogs and cats there and never had a bad experience. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Williams is the best. We brought our four month old kitten in who had tested positive for leukemia, so she was passing rapidly. With our four daughters in tow, he was very thoughtful, sensitive, and accommodating (they laid out a blanket and flowers! ♡)...especially on a Sunday. My little 9 year old thought it was going to be scary, but they made it beautiful! We also love the front desk staff too (apparently a family member to the vet), as they are always friendly and knowledgeable. Thank you Dr. Williams!

The secretary decided that she didn't like my mother and she wouldn't answer the phone for her. One of our horses was on the edge of dying from colic and the woman was so rude. Of course my mother was in a very frazzled state, WHO WOULDN'T BE, and the lady hung up the phone. As my mother tried to call back she wouldn't answer the phones. One minute later my father called the clinic and she answered the phone promptly. This is some of the worst staff anyone could have. As we called friends to see if anyone new of a vet that was available multiple people commented on how rude, awful, and inconceivably unhelpful this woman was! I do NOT suggest calling this clinic!

The staff is awesome. We travel in our motorhome and we were staying at a local rv park when our furbaby severe muscle pain (after hours of course). The staff stayed late to take care of our dog and provided consise cause of the problem and meds to keep him comfortable. Then they followed up the next morning with a phone call. Recommend this place and would give them 10 stars.

The staff at Arcadia have been amazing. I had one of our dogs get really sick with cancer and the tumor had ruptured so he had to be euthanized, they were very caring, through with the situation and what was going on, i had every detail i needed to make the choice that we had to. I also have another lil fur baby that has been going to them for over 12 years and they have helped me so much with her and because of them i still have her. She is diabetic and had gotten sick and they did everything you could think of to help get her better even when it seemed like there was no hope, Rustin and Julia were amazing in trying everything to get my baby to respond and she snapped out of it amazingly. I can't thank the whole staff enough for everything they continue to do for my girl. They are always so helpful and know who i am, it's nice they know me instead of just being another client, they get to know you and you're fur baby. Trent even got a hold of me asking how my Nash was doing (she had a seizure about a month ago) he also went above and beyond. Thank you all so much for everything you have done for my fur family.

Dr. Williams is a true lover of animals. Recently my labrador (10 years old) had a blockage in her sinuses. We initially thought she had a cold or allergies until it developed into a full blockage. We took her in the see Bruce and was determined to unravel her problem. It turns out she had a 3" size growth that he was able to remove. She is so much happier! As are we! The doctor went above and beyond what I believe most would do to help our girl. Thanks Dr. Bruce Williams!

As full-time RVers it was difficult to find a veterinarian who would clean my dogs teeth. Everyone wanted a week+ notice and required a full check up prior to cleaning. Not Arcadia Veterinary Clinic. They were so flexible they got my dog in next day and didn't require extra costly add-ons like the check up. I was so impressed with the facility, professionalism and customer service, I had them clean teeth for both my dogs. Plus it was amazingly affordable. In California I used to pay $500 per dog for cleaning and anesthesia. Arcadia charged less than that for both dogs. Love this place!! Thank you Arcadia from Thunder & Blaze!

Yesterday our dog began vomiting blood and had bloody diarrhea. We called our vet in Heber City and learned that they offer no emergency services whatsoever - the best they could do was offer an appointment the next morning. We were afraid that we were going to lose her if we waited that long, so we called Arcadia. They got us in right away, everyone was so nice (even when our girl made a mess of their floor - twice) and they gave us all the time we needed to ask questions and get her treated. Three abdominal X-rays, one injection, and three prescription medications later, our girl is already feeling much better. As for the price - very reasonable. We will be taking all three of our pets to this vet from now on. Having both routine and emergency care available at the same clinic is a huge plus. Thanks so much for saving Ginger!

One of my Labrador retrievers started limping inexplicably after a hike. His paw was inflamed, hot to the touch and all he could do was whimper in pain--he stopped eating and drinking and I grew extremely concerned.
I called Arcadia Veterinary Clinic and they arranged for an appointment that SAME DAY. Trent Williams and Rustin examined my dog and did so in a gentle, compassionate and thorough manner. After ruling out a fracture (without order reams of costly X-rays) they concluded it was an infection and prescribed a course of antibiotics and anti-inflammatories and took the time to explain how to administer them and what to look for over the next few days.
I am so happy to say that one day later Jack's limp has mostly subsided and he's back to begging for treats and happily munching anything bearing the semblance of food. I am truly thankful for the quick, professional, compassionate and very cost effective treatment of my animal by the team at Arcadia. They went the extra mile for me and my dog.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about the staff here, I had to take my dog in today and he was in very rough shape after a dog fight, and every single person there was so understanding and nice, Bruce came out himself and talked to me even more about my dogs condition that had nothing to do with why we were there, and charged me nothing extra, the price was beyond fair compared to the other vets in town and these people genuinely care. I can not say thank you enough!! THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU I will never go to another vet again I'm sticking with Arcadia from here on out so is my family!!

Our experience with them was HORRIBLE!! I think Arcadia employees are rude, they lack the simple knowledge of completing a welcome letter. The lady literally had to ask for help! Since this was our first time there, our kitty was having a cyst removed from his neck, we ASKED MULTILPLE TIMES to meet the doctor! We got a handshake, wouldn't even tell us anything about the surgery. Nobody would answer any questions. So, reluctantly we left. They never wrapped his incision so by that night, my poor kitty was scratching. They also shaved him much more than necessary. The sutures were so poorly stitched, by morning he had the wound opened a half inch. So, we called, told them that the incision was open and asked why they never bandaged it. Of course, no one knew the answer, but said to bring him back. We go back, another doctor redid the sutures and wrapped him up..like it should have been done to begin with. Had to ask multiple times for an antibiotic..seemed only right after 2 procedures and he uses a litter box. Then they CHARGED US to fix there mistake!!! I haggled the bill down to $103.00. What an absolute joke! Will never, ever, ever use them again! And if I could give them zero stars, I would! Bunch of hacks!!

I've recently heard some terrifying things about vet clinics, I wanted to take the time to say how grateful I am for Arcadia. It took me about a year to decide I wanted to get my 9 pound-Shih Tzu-fur baby fixed, and I was very nervous. Over the phone while making my appointment they answered any questions I had, stupid or not. The day of the surgery, we arrived early and let me snuggle my Molly a little bit before handing her over. Molly shaking like crazy, I saw the vet tech (Who I wish I could remember her name because she was great!) snuggle Molly, which reassured me she was in good hands. My Shih Tzu ended up being in heat and also had a hernia they needed to remove, the team kept me fully informed with phone calls. Once I picked her up they explained all the steps and precautions I needed to be aware of. Once again they were very friendly ( not in a fake, but in a real way). Later on, maybe a month later, I saw the Vet Tech at a local Mexican restaurant and she took the time to ask me how my Molly was doing. That it's self, proved to me that I made the right choice with this clinic and I still continue to order our pet vaccinations here as well:)
