We have been thoroughly impressed with Dr. Russell! She takes the time to research our animal's unique issues and helps in any way she can. Northside has been a great help in keeping our cattery healthy and our cats happy. We refer all our customers to this clinic and would recommend anyone to them needing an honest, thorough and friendly vet.

I took my dog there and they were very caring my dog likes it there. The problem I had was they charged me $161.00 for an antibiotic that ended up being $90.00. I called around since it sounded like a...
I took my dog there and they were very caring my dog likes it there. The problem I had was they charged me $161.00 for an antibiotic that ended up being $90.00. I called around since it sounded like a lot and told them about it. I got them to lower it and it was still $30.00 more than other place and they tried to charge for 38 pills when there was 30. I don’t recommend getting your prescriptions there.

I have had Northside work on my horses, cats, and dogs and they have always been exceptional in their work and handling for over 10 years. They have sewn up injuries on my horses, collected my stallions for breeding, saved my cat who caught distemper, and have taken care of my dogs and puppies. Wonderful care and extremely reasonable pricing. Not many out there are like the old vets any more, but these guys have hit the nail on the head. These are the only vets I trust with my animals.

Seriously worst service ever. Took my baby for her last visit. We brought her here because it was supposed to be 7 days for us to get her aches. We called after day 7 no news they had no clue what was going on. Called fallowing week to find out our baby was forgotten from both the vet office and the people who were supposed to get her aches. Sadly they kept telling us they'll call back. How do you forget a pup!!! And why blame the people you hire! My baby was forgotten i was supposed to take her there and have peace to know she would no longer be in pain. How can my baby be forgot and yet act like if it's no big deal. I haven't had the chance to have that peace with my baby. All they did was rise more questions. Is it her aches? How long was she forgotten for? We're was she this whole time!!

Dr. Palmer spends a lot of time with my dog on her exams and myself explaining her recommendations and reasons for them. They have very reasonable pricing. I don't know what else I'd want in a vet.

Since moving to the area 2 years ago, we've taken our dog and cats to 2 other clinics. We're so happy to have found Northside a year ago, and to have Dr Palmer treat and care for our animals. Unlike the other clinics, Northside doesn't try to up-sale you on unnecessary treatments or products and all the staff are wonderful.
I've rated the entire clinic 5 stars because of timely service, availability of service, quality of care for the animals, and affordability of treatments. I'm sure that larger animals would receive the same quality of care.

Dr. Palmer has treated my multiple cats for a few years now. She is very good about explaining what is happening and teaching me what I can do at home to save a trip back. I'd drive 50 miles to see this veterinarian, she is that good! She really cares about all the animals, and you can tell because my half-wild yard cats calm down at her touch. The folks in the office are very personable and kind in finding appointments that fit my wacky schedule.
I would recommend this Animal Clinic without hesitation.

We have been thoroughly impressed with Dr. Russell! She takes the time to research our animal's unique issues and helps in any way she can. Northside has been a great help in keeping our cattery healthy and our cats happy. We refer all our customers to this clinic and would recommend anyone to them needing an honest, thorough and friendly vet.

I took my dog there and they were very caring my dog likes it there. The problem I had was they charged me $161.00 for an antibiotic that ended up being $90.00. I have had Northside work on my horses, cats, and dogs and they have always been exceptional in their work and handling for over 10 years. They have sewn up injuries on my horses, collected my stallions for breeding, saved my cat who caught distemper, and have taken care of my dogs and puppies. Wonderful care and extremely reasonable pricing. Not many out there are like the old vets any more, but these guys have hit the nail on the head. These are the only vets I trust with my animals.

Seriously worst service ever. Took my baby for her last visit. We brought her here because it was supposed to be 7 days for us to get her aches. Since moving to the area 2 years ago, we've taken our dog and cats to 2 other clinics. We're so happy to have found Northside a year ago, and to have Dr Palmer treat and care for our animals. Unlike the other clinics, Northside doesn't try to up-sale you on unnecessary treatments or products and all the staff are wonderful.

Dr. Palmer has treated my multiple cats for a few years now. She is very good about explaining what is happening and teaching me what I can do at home to save a trip back.
