We brought our hamster hear, after showing signs of wet tail (a sickness that can kill them quickly). The vet tech was nice, weighed him and seemed to care. The vet did not. She called his name weird, said he was a pain, told him to hold still, wouldn’t listen to our concerns, and talked down to us. After I did research (once we left), I realized she prescribed the wrong medicine. (He needed an antibiotic, and she gave him something for ‘digestion’). She didn’t even know hamster’s needed protein, and they could have boiled eggs. An online community recommended baby food and syringed water. Three days later, he passed away. He died in our hands because she didn’t believe us. Because this ‘vet’ didn’t know a thing about hamsters. We’re heartbroken over losing our boy. Do not ever come here. There’s an animal hospital in Salt Lake, or an exotic vet in Orem, they’re incredible. Don’t waste your time here. Don’t risk your pets life. Read Less
