General Info
Since 1989, Animal Health VIPS (Veterinary Integrative & Performance Specialists) has been the first (and still the only) veterinary practice in Utah to offer an integrative approach to rehabilitation, sports medicine and chronic disease management. Dr. Kim Henneman is the only veterinarian in the US & Europe to achieve Board-specialty certification in both canine and equine sports medicine & rehabilitation (Diplomate, ACVSMR), as well as one of less than 25 veterinarians nationwide who has advanced veterinary acupuncture certification (FAAVA). Dr. Hadlock is currently the only Board-specialty veterinarian in Utah focusing on cardiology - she was the head cardiologist at IDEXX Cardiopet in NY for nearly 20 years. She has also been certified and is very experienced in acupuncture, chiropractic and Chinese/Western herbal medicine. We also have training in classical homeopathy and clinical nutrition. Animal Health VIPS is the only practice in Utah to use thermal imaging combined with ultrasonography for soft tissue diagnosis (especially in the canine athlete), and is currently one of only two practices in the Intermountain area with the advanced Lameness Locator gait analysis system for horses.

So grateful to have Drs. Kim & Deb available to our clients at The Dog Dive. As the only sports rehab specialists in our area, they have especially helped countless pet owners receive the diagnosis they have long been searching for by utilizing their unique tools & skill set. Dr Kim is amazing. My Sonakih has some pretty complicated issues and I have to put great faith and admiration on a vet who can impress me so much on the first visit, and clearly shares my believes. ...
Dr Kim is amazing. My Sonakih has some pretty complicated issues and I have to put great faith and admiration on a vet who can impress me so much on the first visit, and clearly shares my believes. Was so impressed she didn't want to throw many things at her at once and just work at her issues slowly s little at a time. And my dog's reaction to her told it all! Sonakih loves Dr Kim and confirmed it will be well worth traveling all the way from Brigham to use her! We look forward to working with her for the long haul to keep my partner and best friend at the top of her game! Thanks Dr Kim!

She has also taught at our K9 seminars and always opens the eyes of participants and gets them to thinking outside of the box. I recommend her skills, talents, knowledge, compassion and commitment to animals and their human partners. Dr Henneman is simply amazing!
