Even with the “wellness” plan I pay for every month, it seems that nothing was covered.
When my wife called because our dog was bleeding even more she was told that they offered to x-ray him for $300 but that we refused so it was our fault he was still bleeding after the two other up-sells by the doctor.
If that’s the case and you don’t know why my dog is bleeding then why did I pay for medicine and new food if you were not positive this was going on? Why were we told he would be just fine in 48 hours? Read Less

This was my first time coming to this location , I've been to other locations in the past but I was not happy with the service I was receiving . My cat had an abscess on the side of her face . They examined her and explained to me what needed to be done . Dr Owen and the 2 other assistants she had with her were so sweet to my kitty , she was loving all their sweet attention . The people at this location just seemed like they really loved animals . Thank You ! I will be coming to this location along with all my other fur babies , from now on ! Read Less

My Brody boy has been sick for TWO days, and thanks to the insanely helpful staff and vet at this specific Banfield, he is quickly getting back to good health and is as happy as can be. He was so skittish going in, but they loved on my guy and made sure that he was happy before checking him out. He even ate a full bowl of food from the vets hand, and the only other hand he's really eaten from is mine. THAT says a LOT to me.Thank you for your quick, speedy diagnosis, for getting me some meds on site FAST, and for not breaking the bank! It was a serious treat to work with ya'll. Read Less

We brought our 10 year old sick cat. I am very disgusted with the service we got last week on Thursday February 22. They didn't give us a solid diagnosis. She was dying and they didn't care to tell us. I, myself, a 17 year old girl still in high school spent hundreds of dollars on my poor sick baby. Friday night last week February 23 at about 8:45 my poor little Sophie had died in my arms. We did everything the vet told us to do but I would like to know why they didn't tell us the liver disease she had was fatal. They just called us now, march 2 at 6:25 and told us they had a new diagnosis. But, there's nothing we can do now because she's dead. I am disgusted.Read Less

Our weiner dog hurt his back (turned out to be a compressed disk). The W.Jrdn location told us that this location could get us in without an appointment. I called them and requested an appointment just in case they got busy, because it's such a long drive from our house. We didn't have to wait to be seen. They were gentle, friendly, and took their time caring for him. Normally my dog howells when he is sad or lonely but they had him away from me for over an hour and he barely made a sound. They were very informative, they showed us how to lift him properly and recommended a much better food. I told Banfield upfront how much money I had to work with and they were able to help me stay under budget, while still giving him the best care possible. We had him examined, x-rayed, and four prescriptions filled for $154.o6. They signed us up for the Wellness Program, which saved us $498.64 off of our bill. His follow up won't cost me anything, we will be vaccinating him at the same time. I believe I will save around $700ish on his teeth cleaning in six months. For my dogs plan I only have to pay $45.95 a month, which I highly recommend because our neighbors dog had to be put down over issues that could have been covered. We will be enrolling our old kitty soon too. I gave my dog his meds with dinner and he woke up energetic and happy. They called me during breakfast to check up on him.
