Dr. Gina Hanfland is top notch -- very knowledgeable, attending annual conferences on latest care; is kind and compassionate to animals and owners; and manages an excellent staff of assistants. I have taken my four pets to her for 12 years and all of my pets have remained healthy. She prescribed the best preventative care, including dietary issues, aging animals, and oral care. When tragedy struck with stomach cancer she and her staff extended all means and made all outside recommendations possible to care for my pet. I really liked these people at first because they were nice and really seemed to care, but they are not taking our concerns about our dog seriously! We would not have brought her in five times in a two week period if there was nothing more than a respiratory infection that the antibiotics will take care of! In all honesty, I think they are not giving us the proper diagnosis because they are covering for Mark's Ark, who they are partnered with, and their utter lack of care for the animals they sell and the fact that they get their dogs from puppy mills (We did not know about the puppy mills until after the purchase). If I can avoid going back, I will. I need an honest diagnosis of my dog's illness! Read Less
