This place used to be great. Now they are only after your cash.I've been going here for years, sick dogs, stitches, kennel cough, new adopted dog inspections, shots, etc... they were an amazing place a few years ago, but I'll never be back again.Waited two weeks for their next open appointment, then spend over half an hour in their waiting room after my appointment time. 10 more minutes in the exam room before they made it in.I took my dog in for bad breath. The Dr. hardly looked at her. Within a few minutes he was out of the room and it was time to talk billing. Tooth extractions -- for how many teeth they didn't know, for which teeth they didn't know! They would have actually needed to examine her teeth to know that stuff! XRays, Blood work, and anesthesia totaled over $1,000! (well 900 - 1200 because they didn't know how many teeth to pull).Last time we had a dog that needed stitches, teeth extractions, and fatty lumps removed our total was $450.Ready for the real kicker? When I asked the tech why their prices had more than doubled in just a couple of years her response was that ***it wasn't worth their time anymore to work for so little.***They get more patients, get more busy, spend less time with the people and animals they are service and charge more for it. Successful practices should be just the opposite. They are doing well so they can afford to provide BETTER service, not lessen it so they can push more people through and put more cash in their pocket.Next vet I took my dog too inspected her teeth and said that they "Absolutely do not need extraction" Just a good cleaning and some follow up care. So glad I got a second opinion! Read Less
