Dr Huff and his staff are incredible people and have taken great care of our cat Oreo. When we brought her in last fall after Oreo had a quick and serious downturn in her health they gave us a clear diagnosis of kidney failure and brought up several options we could take without personally influencing our decision at all. Dr Huff told us he would fight as hard as we wanted to, but was straight about Oreo's chances. Thanks to the care and attention she received at the clinic, Oreo has made a great recovery and with regular testing at the clinic and the staff's support is back to her old self. After some referred testing and bloodwork we've settled into a routine with our cat that is low stress on her and easy for us to manage as well. Nebo animal clinic is amazing. They really helped me with my dog in a time of need. My hound Hoyt had a foxtail in his paw, he was uncomfortable and in pain. I took him to Nebo and the staff was phenomenal. When we first arrived Hoyt was trembling being in a new place, he also gets nervous around people he doesn't know. The staff members were very patient and understanding with Hoyt. Dr. Huff did amazing work, he was fast and careful removing the foxtail, I truly believe he had my dog's best interest at heart. After the surgery Dr. Huff's assistant took the time to make sure I understood Hoyt's medications and how to care for his paw over the next couple of weeks. I was worried the bill was going to be astronomical. Technically our services were a surgery, with a little post care. I was pleasantly surprised to find the surgery was very affordable. One very cold winter morning I found my horse in a bad situation; at first, we suspected colic but despite all of our efforts we could not get her to her feet. I called Nebo Animal Clinic and Dr. Huff and one of his assistants came to our home to see what they could do. Dr. Huff was very sensitive to the situation and after examining the horse determined she had a neurological problem that had shut down her legs. The horse had to be put down and Dr. Huff was very professional and caring in a sad situation. I very much appreciate how he helped my horse and was also very sensitive to my feelings. My dog was severely injured, I rushed him to the nebo clinic. I was panicked and in tears and my dog was obviously wounded. The receptionist made me wait untill she was finished checking a client out before she would talk to me, even though I told her it was an emergency and my dog needed immediate medical attention. Once she would finally talk to me, she said that no doctors were in at the time, she acted very apathetic and annoyed with me. I am new to the area and didn't know the location of any other vet, when I asked where I could take him, she was not helpful at all. Luckily the client that was there was very nice, she acted concerned and gave me directions to the Family animal hospital in Payson. As soon as I got to the Payson Vet, I was met with the exact opposite as with the Nebo clinic. The immediately rushed my dog to a doctor to get evaluated, and were so loving and kind throughout the whole process. I will definitely be going to Payson from now on. Read Less

I called before hours when I found my dogs had ate almost a whole bag of chocolate chips. I reached the doctors personal emergency line and left a very detailed message with the amount of chocolate consumed and the size of the dogs. I still to this day have not received a call back from them and this happened 2 weeks ago. I called another clinic near by and reached the after hours line. They got them in immediately which is a good thing because the one was barely alive when we got there. I will never go back to Nebo AND I will not recommend them to anyone, ever. The front staff is extremely unprofessional as well. Do your pets a favor and go elsewhere!Read Less

Called here when my dog was sick explained the scenario on the message and obviously was in a panic thinking my dog wasn't going to make it. Didn't receive a call back or anything. That wasnt the first time ive received bad service here either. Every time i go its a horrible experience. Ended up going to payson family vet to have my dog treated. Thanks to them she is alive. Wouldnt recommend nebo clinic to anyone. Take your pet elsewhere like i did! Read Less

Dr. Huff has cared for my fur baby Zeus for close to 4 years. He saved him from Addison's disease and gave him 2 extra years of life. When it was time for Zeus to go, him and his staff were caring, answered my constant questions, and comforted me. We drove all the way from Lehi to have him take care of Zeus. You know what I mean if you have ever seen a vet.
