I was able to make a same-day appointment, which was awesome. The ladies behind the front desk made the check-in process easy. We had to wait a while longer than I expected in the check-up room. The nurses took our kitty's temp twice (maybe they forgot?) and the vet was super talkative. Workers were all nice though, and kitty got her shots and her ears cleaned with minimum fuss. She is now healthy and ear-mite free after we put the recommended medication in her ears. Will be going back in the future Read Less

Im sure doctor young and her staff are great for cats and dogs, but I won't be taking my rabbit back. The vet tech (who's name started with a D, and she was probably 60 years old) took my docile rabbit out of her kennel by her ears. Yes, HER EARS. After weighing my bunny, she put her back in, only holding her front arms, so she was kicking frantically. When rabbits don't have their back legs supported, the force of their own kick breaks their back. I'm really disappointed by how she was treated. I addressed my concern with doctor young herself and the front desk, and they both gave me the most unapologetic, "oh man" and shoulder shrug I've ever seen. In addition, while doctor young is very kind, she doesn't give you any time to answer any questions without being interrupted. You go in with a bag full of questions and maybe one of them ends up getting half answered. Read Less

This use to be mountain vale Dr Wilde was a good bet now it is sl veterinary services and it is not the same seems they are in a hurry to get you in and out prices are higher and the service is not the same I have been going to Dr Wilde for 24 years will miss him and his family yesterday my dog for her teeth cleaned and it cost over 600 dollars and they did not give her the medincen so I had to go back this morning and pick it up we live 30 away from their not the same as before Read Less

Dr. Whitty and his staff are so very nice. The energy in their office is calm and quiet. My older dog is typically a shaking and nervous anxiety stricken mess while we wait for an appointment at his previous health care provider, but not here! He was perfectly happy to wait at Dr. Whitty's office; no shaking, no shedding, not anxiety behavior displayed at all. It was amazing to witness.
