It has been over 3 weeks now, I took my dog to this place and had over 200 dls in services done on him. It was my first visit and it sure will be my last. I got charged for the consultation over $50 ...
It has been over 3 weeks now, I took my dog to this place and had over 200 dls in services done on him. It was my first visit and it sure will be my last. I got charged for the consultation over $50 dls. even when I had mentioned multiple times to multiple staff members that I had a coupon that would cover my 1st visit. They ring me up and still charged me the full consult. I was told i could only get a refund trough a check, and I have been reaching out to follow up on when a refund check will be sent to me and I have yet to hear anything back from anyone. I have not received an update or response. ` I am so disappointed in the lack of professionalism that this clinic has manage my request. Services are certainly overpriced.

I took my dog Sammy to this clinic and it was the best experience I've ever had. The vet was really honest he was very nice, he was extremely informative about everything to to with with my dogs breed. He made me and Sammy feel very comfortable all of the staff there were so very nice. I will recommend this Clinic to every person I know who has a dog or an animal.

I overheard some of the nurses talking behind my door about how cute my cat was, it just showed me that they truly love their job and I wasn't just another crazy cat lady to them. I’ve been going to VCA for many years. Dr. Neville is phenomenal. He always takes the time to answer any of my questions and give me thorough explanations on every diagnosis so I understand every possibility available to me.
Having eight dogs for as long as I can remember I have visited most veterinary clinic’s in Salt Lake City and although many of them are wonderful I don’t think any of them compare to Vca.
I’ve never been able to feel truly confident and comfortable leaving my dogs in a veterinary clinic but VCA is the one place I know without a doubt my dogs are well taken care of when I trust them with their care. I never worry and that means the world to me.

Absolutely wonderful staff! Very kind, patient, knowledgeable and love the animals they care for! They have been willing to squeeze us in for appointments in somewhat emergency situations twice, so we can avoid the huge expenses of emergency vet visits (which is approximately $500 an appointment vs their $50 appointment fee) we definitely plan on continuing to bring our pets here because we know they will be in safe and gentle loving hands! :)

VCA is an incredible vet! Dr. Neville and Dr. Maloof put their hearts into every patient that comes in. Amazing staff from the front to back! The doctor's spend time to explain and make sure we know what's going on with our pets. They're so friendly when you walk in you don't feel like you're walking into a scary hospital it's comfortable and relaxed the doctors seem more like your friends. They even text you to check up on your pets, it's so convenient! I would recommend this vet to anyone!

I'll definitely recommend this vet to any of my friends who own pets. Dr. Neville was very informative and had a much more in depth look at our dog than the previous vet I had taken her to. The staff was very kind and helpful. Also, the checkup was free since it was our first visit which was great! They also gave us a complimentary gift bag with very good dog food and a reflective collar attachment. All in all a wonderful vet. :D

My last experience wasn't great, as I was charged a lot of money for a very basic ear cleaning that I do at home and my dog's ear wasn't even that dirty. However, the office manager called me back the next day to apologize. They refunded the ear cleaning charge. Everything else has been great here. They take excellent care of our CAWS foster dogs. And I love Doctor Kunchur! She is very knowledgeable, thorough, and gentle with my dogs and is never condescending or impatient with questions!

If I could give anyone a warning about this place it's not to go. My girlfriend brought her cat in to be spayed. After the operation the cat continued to bleed from the incision. My girlfriend then came back to the vet to times to see if they could stop the bleeding the vet refused to be bothered with checking the site. She then took the cat to another vet office at which point all of the linen inside of the carrier was soaked in blood and the cat was cat had to be rushed into the operating room. The initial report said that the previous of that I used any skin glue and didn't use enough sutures. By doing so it put the cat's life at risk for bleeding out. So if I can warn anyone I would say never go to this location

Wonderful service from the staff as well as Dr. Manju. They all made my little Oliver feel so comfortable and welcome. I think he would rather stay there than come home with me after our visits! I live all the way in Pleasant Grove and because of the reviews and my nervousness of taking my dog to the vet, I drove all the way to Taylorsville to have her looked at by these guys. At first, I forgot my leash and they were totally accommodating and gave me one that worked perfect for my dog. They were very welcoming and they are very knowledgeable. They gave me all of my options and price quotes before doing anything. My first initial visit was free and my medication was reasonable. We love the staff at VCA! The front office staff are always happy and helpful. We see Dr. Maloof there and she gives excellent care and we truly feel that she cares about our dogs. She gets down on the floor with them and gives them loves and makes them feel comfortable. She is always willing to answer the many questions we have and never makes us feel rushed. And she is wonderful about following up with phone calls to check in how how the pups are doing after any procedures or sick visits. She and the rest of the staff are awesome!

Love this vets office! The staff is very knowledgeable and compassionate about both the clients and their humans. The exam rooms as well as the front office is clean and welcoming. I have been here MANY times with many different animals and have been met with the same level of professionalism and friendliness. The entire staff also assists with the local rescue efforts- which makes them an A++ in my book!!! I highly recommend the staff, facility and doctors and will come back again and again! :)

Terrible communication all around. The management does not answer inquiries and conveys an air of discontent and disinterest when it comes to clients. The staff is unskilled and likened to a fast food restaurant filled with teenagers who just don't care. Do yourself and your pet a favor. Stay away from anything with the name VCA. It's a national corporation that buys failing practices, lets them continue failing and changes nothing but the sign. There are too many practices that offer higher quality services at lower prices to be suckered into going here.

If I could give anyone a warning about this place it's not to go. My girlfriend brought her cat in to be spayed. After the operation the cat continued to bleed from the incision. My girlfriend then came back to the vet to times to see if they could stop the bleeding the vet refused to be bothered with checking the site. She then took the cat to another vet office at which point all of the linen inside of the carrier was soaked in blood and the cat was cat had to be rushed into the operating room. The initial report said that the previous of that I used any skin glue and didn't use enough sutures. By doing so it put the cat's life at risk for bleeding out. So if I can warn anyone I would say never go to this location

Wonderful service from the staff as well as Dr. Manju. They all made my little Oliver feel so comfortable and welcome. I think he would rather stay there than come home with me after our visits! I adopted through CAWS and was given vouchers for the rest of his shots which was really helpful and kind of CAWS and VCA. Thank you for working with each other to help us new dog/cat moms/dads! They are kind, knowledgeable, and truly care about your animals.

I live all the way in Pleasant Grove and because of the reviews and my nervousness of taking my dog to the vet, I drove all the way to Taylorsville to have her looked at by these guys. At first, I forgot my leash and they were totally accommodating and gave me one that worked perfect for my dog. They were very welcoming and they are very knowledgeable. They gave me all of my options and price quotes before doing anything. My first initial visit was free and my medication was reasonable. They treated me and my dog amazing I will be back and I was super impressed thank you

We took our little baby Cheyenne into the office today for her shots. It was an incredible experience. Not only was Dr Neville friendly but he also took the time to explain everything to us. Cheyenne was comfortable around him and Andrea was AMAZING. Even after getting poked, Cheyenne still gave her kisses....lol. I HIGHLY recommend VCA, Taylorsville. The staff is professional, expert, and very friendly

We love the staff at VCA! The front office staff are always happy and helpful. We see Dr. Maloof there and she gives excellent care and we truly feel that she cares about our dogs. She gets down on the floor with them and gives them loves and makes them feel comfortable. She is always willing to answer the many questions we have and never makes us feel rushed. And she is wonderful about following up with phone calls to check in how how the pups are doing after any procedures or sick visits. She and the rest of the staff are awesome!

Love this vets office! The staff is very knowledgeable and compassionate about both the clients and their humans. The exam rooms as well as the front office is clean and welcoming. I have been here MANY times with many different animals and have been met with the same level of professionalism and friendliness. The entire staff also assists with the local rescue efforts- which makes them an A++ in my book!!! I highly recommend the staff, facility and doctors and will come back again and again! :)

Terrible communication all around. The management does not answer inquiries and conveys an air of discontent and disinterest when it comes to clients. The staff is unskilled and likened to a fast food restaurant filled with teenagers who just don't care. Do yourself and your pet a favor. Stay away from anything with the name VCA. It's a national corporation that buys failing practices, lets them continue failing and changes nothing but the sign. There are too many practices that offer higher quality services at lower prices to be suckered into going here.
