I've been here twice now with my new puppy, and both times has been a bad experience. On our 1st visit which was merely supposed to be a look over our puppy and his first vaccinations, the vet tried invoicing us for $180 worth of services that were not needed, overpriced, and unexplained. After looking over the invoice we were able to cut that in half, but it was still a frustrating experience to feel like they were trying to get away with extra charges. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and went back a second time, but had the exact same experience. On this second visit the clinic tried charging us for services they had not even performed. I had even called ahead that time to make certain everyone was on the same page as to what we were needing and paying for- but they ended up ignoring our conversation and tried charging us more than had been agreed upon. I will not be going back. This place also needs updating - it is extremely ghetto looking and seems very unclean (of course I don't expect a vets office to be flawless, but it certainly doesn't feel like a safe and loving environment for our pet).Read Less
