I have gone here multiple times, once for solely a health exam, and the other time, for a health exam and vaccinations. This was the worst clinic I have ever been to, because they are extremely over priced, and uncaring of your animal. I went in for vaccines and a health exam and it costed me $110! I can go to the Humane Society and get it done for $40 flat. Then at an actual vet hospital, a health exam is $40. The amount I paid was outrageous, and the service was bad. I told the Doctor my cat was randomly limping and having problems walking. The Doctor, who didn't care to introduce himself was old and mean, watched her walk around once (and she was normal), then concluded she is a healthy cat. He of course, checked her ears and temperature, but it was not thorough, and I was not satisfied. I asked about her paws, because she was a stray, and he looked at them and said they were cracked and inflamed, but should heal by themselves. I paid $109 for a doctor who didn't listen, or even care about my cat. Not to mention a spay for a cat here is $157, with the recommended pain killer for post-surgery. (cat is female) They say they do a blood panel exam, so that is why it was expensive compared to most places (Humane does spays for $50-$60).
Another thing is, is I called back and talked to a lady and I told her that the Doctor didn't exam her well enough because her wobble and limp were random and I noticed it distinctly (again). She didn't offer any kind of help, instead told me that my cat probably got hurt since Sunday (when I took her in), and Tuesday (today). She also told me that the Doctor could do a X-ray which would be $230. I asked an actual vet hospital, and that would cost $93. The prices here are insane. Go if you have money to burn, and don't care about your animal's actual well-being.
I would much rather benefit a non-profit organization than this for-profit "clinic". Read Less
