Last year, I took my cat for annual check & vaccination. I had an appointment, checked in 15-20min earlier. I waited for 1 hour (40min passed from my appointment time), I saw many patients were called as their appointment time. I saw one of their technitian was looking at patient's record on the rack, then he was switching which comes first based on the profile. I asked receptionist what going on my appointment, I was no happy about being wait for 40min, and other patients were called, they're skipping my appointment. She seems didn't know about it, them immediately talked to an one of vet. I was called by this vet who I haven't seen before in this place. He finished my cat's physical check quickly (he didn't apologize anything being late for appointment), then said that my cat has a joint problem, he let me touch his hinge leg, then told me that if you can, I need to see a specialist for it, he may suffer joint pain in future. When I visit this specialist, please mention his (this vet) name. At this point, I realized that he seems using my cat to get referral bonus from other vet. this vet didn't even take X ray to see what going on. I left really bitter feeling. A year later, they sent me an email reminder message of vaccination and annual physical check. And a month later, sent me 2nd reminder email. I replied, tried to give them a second chance, but I wanted to clarify to not see same vet. It has been past almost 5 days, I don't receive any response from them. Another vet has responded me within 24 hours.I AM NOT GOING BACK THIS PLACE ANY MORE. Read Less
