We have been bringing our two kitties cats for two years now and we are very satisfied with the care and attention all of the staff provide. I think that we have had appointments with every vet in the office and each have spent a good amount of time with us and explained the conditions and treatments fully. My only suggestion is if they could have a Wellness Plan, and other offers it would be even more superb and encourage more folks to take care of their pet family.

Thank you so much Dr. DeSantis. Stepping into your office in tears over our 14 year old dog you and your staff rushed our dog to the back get him stable. One of your staff members asking questions about his condition comforted us during the visit. And then you came in and updated us on his condition and was very understanding in so many ways. For the first time since we moved to VA I felt like you took better care of our dog than other places. Thank you so much. Our dog is still have a few issues but he is better than the day I brought him in.

This is the best vet practice ever! The care and concern, warmth and knowledge of the ENTIRE staff is unsurpassed! We have trusted you with the care of our Kadi since we adopted her at 13 weeks - she is almost 11 now. Dr. Melberger is absolutely wonderful and has seen us through many health concerns, always educating us and keeping Kadi's best interests at heart. Never rushing us out the door or pushing unnecessary tests or medications. She has the best care possible in your hands. We are soooo fortunate to have been recommended to you by The Life Center.
