As a working dog handler I have had the pleasure and comfort of having progressive, qualified, well equipped veterinarians. When I moved to Bedford, I was concerned that being a small town I would have difficulty finding a vet meeting my preferred standard of care. I then met Dr. Tracy. WOW! She is fabulous. She comes with well rounded experiences many practicioners will never have the opportunity to exerience in their career. She is progressive, an absolute fantastic clinician and from my experiences with her, a very fine diognostician. She is willing to use costly technology, when needed, but doesn't push it on you. She will try other options first, using common sense. In addition to her stellar clinical skills, she is compassionate with the owners as well. I found that she includes the owner as part of the team and when developing a care plan, she looks at the totality of the circumstances. The staff at BRAH is the BEST.  When my corgi was nearing the end and I had to be out of town, Dr. Tracy called and e-mailed me daily.  While my heart was breaking I knew my Molly was being well taken care of.  And now with my new fur baby they give Junior the same TLC.  They are the BEST! My puppy needed eye surgery and being fairly new to the area, I didn't know where to go. Dr. Tracy was recommended by my father's pet sitter and I'm glad I gave her a try. The staff is quite friendly and due to the size of the practice, the waiting room is not congested with nervous pets waiting to be seen. The vet techs are knowledgeable and handled the animals well. Dr. Tracy is very friendly to both owners and the pets. She takes the time to listen to the owner, as well as the pet. My puppy actually likes her a lot and doesn't shake and tremble when at the vet's office. The practice calls frequently to check on the puppy after surgery and gladly squeeze him in if I feel like he needs to be seen.
