There amazing with the animals and really go the extra mile to make sure your baby is happy,healthy and getting the best care.
Each and every pet is special to them and they go out of there way to make that known.from the personalised "report cards" to the check in phone calls.they truly make you feel like family.
We took in a stray kitten once who was very very wounded back in dec......they were amazing with the little kitten......we took the kitten home,sadly it didn't make it,but I will never forget the kindness they showed,they called to check on the kitten and when they found out it passed away they were so sweet and kind that the entire office signed and sent us a card......so when our one kitten suddenly got sick we took her to them right away and they instantly rememberd us.and took such amazing care of our little rosebud....as I said....greatest vet office I have ever been too and would recommend them to anyone looking for a vet.

We had a house fire and Blue Ridge Animal Hospital stayed open late to take in our two large dogs. Then a few days later when our little one was bitten, they took him in and cared for him as well. They have been very kind and understanding through this process, because of Dr. Tracy, June and the rest of the staff, worrying about my babies is one less thing I'm having to do during this time. Dr Tracy and staff are AWESOME - I have been coming to this practice for over 30 years with members of my menagerie - Now my 18 year old Boots is all that remains and she is very dear to me. Now Dr. Tracy is here to look after her and I am so confident in her ability to ensure Boots maintains a good quality of life. She and her Staff are very sensitive to us 'parents' as much as our furry babies and take the time to walk us through what they find, feel would be the best course to follow and at no time are felt pressured to do anything - very reassuring and offer ways to take care of whatever needs to be done in a cost-effective manner for you. You could not find better folks to entrust with your baby's care.

As a working dog handler I have had the pleasure and comfort of having progressive, qualified, well equipped veterinarians. When I moved to Bedford, I was concerned that being a small town I would have difficulty finding a vet meeting my preferred standard of care. I then met Dr. Tracy. WOW! She is fabulous. She comes with well rounded experiences many practicioners will never have the opportunity to exerience in their career. She is progressive, an absolute fantastic clinician and from my experiences with her, a very fine diognostician. She is willing to use costly technology, when needed, but doesn't push it on you. She will try other options first, using common sense.
In addition to her stellar clinical skills, she is compassionate with the owners as well. I found that she includes the owner as part of the team and when developing a care plan, she looks at the totality of the circumstances. I look forward to seeing her grow as a clinician and as a practice owner. She has great vision and the skill to back it up.

My puppy needed eye surgery and being fairly new to the area, I didn't know where to go. Dr. Tracy was recommended by my father's pet sitter and I'm glad I gave her a try. The staff is quite friendly and due to the size of the practice, the waiting room is not congested with nervous pets waiting to be seen. The vet techs are knowledgeable and handled the animals well. Dr. Tracy is very friendly to both owners and the pets. She takes the time to listen to the owner, as well as the pet. My puppy actually likes her a lot and doesn't shake and tremble when at the vet's office. The practice calls frequently to check on the puppy after surgery and gladly squeeze him in if I feel like he needs to be seen. I am quite impressed with the clinic and will take all my pets in to see her.

My puppy needed eye surgery and being fairly new to the area, I didn't know where to go. Dr. Tracy was recommended by my father's pet sitter and I'm glad I gave her a try. The staff is quite friendly and due to the size of the practice, the waiting room is not congested with nervous pets waiting to be seen. The vet techs are knowledgeable and handled the animals well. Dr. Tracy is very friendly to both owners and the pets. She takes the time to listen to the owner, as well as the pet. My puppy actually likes her a lot and doesn't shake and tremble when at the vet's office. The practice calls frequently to check on the puppy after surgery and gladly squeeze him in if I feel like he needs to be seen. I am quite impressed with the clinic and will take all my pets in to see her.
