I visited this clinic back in the fall to get a young stray Cat/Kitten that had been abandoned by a homeowner who had sold their home and just left her behind examined. We had been feeding the poor thing & became attached so decided to look into getting her all the proper care, shots spayed, etc. The office staff and extra care the Vet (Male) showed couldn't have been more professional, caring & informative. I really was impressed with the Vet and he was honesty about the pricing difference compared to the various SPCA's in the area. Unfortunately with this being an unexpected expense to my budget, I had to go with another clinic. I would however highly suggest this veterinary location if you can afford them. I do however have a suggestion. Maybe your office can offer a special pet pricing event maybe once a month in lieu of the free exam. Possible include a package offering the exam, with 1-vaccine & a nail trim or caps for kittens at an affordable discounted pricing. I'm sure such a package would be more profitable for your business than just the free exams and allows more pet owners to experience your superior service. I'm finding most places like Petsmart & Petco snubb Cats/Kittens not having services available on weekends, which as you know is when most people have the most free time. Their customers service leaves much to be desire also. To be fair maybe a similar package could be offered for Dogs as well. Dog owners seem to have more choices. Thank you, hopefully I will be available to afford to take advantage of your clinic professional service again in the future for a routine pet care visit.

We had our baby since February, and we've only gone to this vet. He is really caring and understands that not everyone has money. Our dog as chronic ear infections so we have to go in every 3-4 months...
We had our baby since February, and we've only gone to this vet. He is really caring and understands that not everyone has money. Our dog as chronic ear infections so we have to go in every 3-4 months to get a new medication, and every time we get a new medication it works perfect (until she gets a different type of ear infection and we have to go back). He's almost always able to fit us in, I've had to make 2 appointments last minute and he was able to fit us in right at the end of his day. I'm unsure if the other review is for the right vet, because the employees that work there are NOT the people I know. We will definitely continue to go to him until we move back to MO December of 2019.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about this practice!! I have a 17 week old golden retriever who had an issue with his right eye. I was able to get an appointment the same day I called. I was greeted very kindly by a wonderful lady named Nikki. We were then led to a very nice welcoming room where she took some information down about my Toby. We then met Dr. Walter who was so wonderful and kind to my puppy. He took his time and spent over an hour with us answering many questions not even related to the eye issue. I left feeling so happy and relaxed about my puppy’s care. This is exactly the kind of place you want when it comes to your beloved pet. Needless to say... this is going to be the place we take Toby from now on!! They are simply wonderful!!

Hello everyone introducing my baby girl Hazel she was my Christmas gift and I fell in love with her. But after five days of having her I took her outside to use the bathroom and I brought her back inside and she wasn't acting normal. At the time I didn't know what was really going on with her but she got worse she wasn't keeping her balance and she seemed very weak. So me not knowing what was going on at the time I took her to a after hours clinic. Where they took her in the back and the way they treated her was just so unacceptable to me it started to grind my gears because they were telling me they wanted $345 just to look to her. And due to me rushing out the house to get her there I didn't grab my Bank card. So then the doctor comes in and says he believes that she has a shunt!! Of course I didn't know what that was but he was like he was going to charge me $800 just to see if that was the case. And I had to let him know that I didn't have $800 to give away just like that plus another $345 so right now I was looking at $1,145 just for diagnostic. So when I told him I couldn't afford that they told me that they can just put the dog down and put her in the hard coughing box and give her back to me And then take her to Crematory behind the building. So I told him to give me my damn dog and I left And went to another clinic where they were extremely nice and helpful And took my baby in the back and gave her the proper care and love that that she deserve. And they told me the only thing was that she had low sugar that's why she was acting the way she was. So with all that being said I'm glad I didn't make the Harsh decision of putting my baby down... so these are the pictures of my baby girl after the doctor told me to put her down. She's doing extremely well looks good and I'm glad that I didn't do that because that would've been the worst mistake I ever did... This veterinary clinic is all about money go somewhere else. Because I would hate for someone else to experience what I went through

If you live in the local area and net a veterinary clinic that cares, this is the absolute best place to take your little ones. My wife and I have been coming here for almost 3 years and have received nothing by the most wonderful care and service for our little pups. The staff is wonderful, knowledgeable and the prices are more than fair. I would recommend this clinic to anyone.

I would recommend these guys to anyone. I have a hyper, HYPER puppy who has proven to give a tough experience in the past with other vets. Greenbrier vet did their best to work with my dog and make everything as smooth as possible. The veterinarian was fantastic and honest and the receptionist was super friendly and very helpful and I am so very thankful for them.

Dr. Walters is our very favorite vet, and we've tried several in the area for our toy poodle. He's kind, very informative, and looks after our pet like a child, as well he should.

I was traveling from Florida to CT with a rescue dog, and it started to show signs of a respiratory infection. I needed to find a vet in Chesapeake, VA. First stop was Banfield. What a waste of time! No help, no concern. I went to Greenbrier, and I couldn't be more pleased! They saw me immediately, and the Doctor was incredible with the tiny Maltese. He directed me to a local pet friendly hotel, then told me that if there were any issues overnight, to call. He told me when they opened in the morning, and that someone would be there even earlier if I needed anything. There aren't many vets like him anymore!! Highly recommend!!!

I visited this clinic back in the fall to get a young stray Cat/Kitten that had been abandoned by a homeowner who had sold their home and just left her behind examined. We had been feeding the poor thing & became attached so decided to look into getting her all the proper care, shots spayed, etc. The office staff and extra care the Vet (Male) showed couldn't have been more professional, caring & informative. We had our baby since February, and we've only gone to this vet. He is really caring and understands that not everyone has money. If you live in the local area and net a veterinary clinic that cares, this is the absolute best place to take your little ones. My wife and I have been coming here for almost 3 years and have received nothing by the most wonderful care and service for our little pups. I was traveling from Florida to CT with a rescue dog, and it started to show signs of a respiratory infection. I needed to find a vet in Chesapeake, VA. First stop was Banfield. What a waste of time! No help, no concern. I went to Greenbrier, and I couldn't be more pleased! They saw me immediately, and the Doctor was incredible with the tiny Maltese. He directed me to a local pet friendly hotel, then told me that if there were any issues overnight, to call. He told me when they opened in the morning, and that someone would be there even earlier if I needed anything. There aren't many vets like him anymore!! Highly recommend!!!
