The vets are great, especially the older one. He has a more friendly, warm personality, and the slightly younger one is a little "dry", but both are great as far as being a vet goes. Genuinely seem to love animals, and aren't pushy with unnecessary and expensive procedures. Prices are reasonable as well. So why the 3 stars? The front desk staff and some of the techs. The older lady always is very nice and helpful. However, the younger girls have been rude and unprofessional on more than one occasion. I've called to ask a question, had them immediately sigh loudly into the phone, say one or two word clipped responses, then awkward silence. No typical, "Anything else I can help you with?", but awkward silence until I said, "well, um, okay thank you...Bye?". As if it's a huge inconvenience and out of the norm for a customer to call with a routine question. A couple of my friends have taken their pet here, and said the same about the staff. So it's not just bad luck on my part. The vets need to train these employees on professionalism and how to simply talk to a customer on the phone. It's ruining your otherwise great business. I'm considering switching at this point, since it's inevitable I'll have to deal with the rude staff again.
