Just because these guys lobbied to get my review deleted the first time .. I'm gonna post it again So let me start off by saying I've been coming here for 2 years since I moved to the areaA few things to note from my observationsIf and when you come here, I, 100% guarantee that there will be an un satisfied person who is complaining about the way that the hospital conducts business .. the way they charge people, their practices etcI've seen them call the cops on upset ownersNext thing to note, every single person that works here is always in a fight or flight mode .. they dodge every single question with a cover their ass mentality.. literally the simplest questions you have.. they tip toe .. it can be extremely frustrating having your most basic questions go un answeredThey don't take amex.. businesses don't take amex because amex will always side with you during disputes.. more then likely amex took away this businesses ability to take amex because of their high unsatisfactory rateHaving said that, let me share my latest experience and I hope that it may prevent one of you from being effed by these guys In a nutshell These guys did a check up on my dog and on my invoice, they decided to list an office visit as "Dental Disease" I have full insurance for my dog, 100% coverage, given how insurance in this country is, I didn't want to wait 10 years for some insurance company to deny my dogs claim because of this small clear mishap When I returned to the vet office, this is where it gets good, the vet tech tries to bs me in saying that its not wrong, it's not a mistake and that insurance companies don't care .. as she visually sees my body language reject that bs explanation to me .. she literally runs off with my dog to vaccinate her because she knew that if my dog was given back to me, I'm walking out of there .. so good for this place to get overzealous employees 5 minutes later, the vet comes back with my stolen dog, the vet just goes straight into fight or flight mode, backing everything the vet tech said, not listening to a single thing I'm saying Here's where it gets good, I'm like, "if you're not fixing it, then I'm not coming back here because your reluctance to fix a single mistake," the vet obviously didn't care because she just got me for the vaccinations. As I'm walking out, this poor sheeple of a vet, blurts out, "do you want to take this for your dogs stool sample?" I literally gave her the biggest look of disgust and replied, Lady did you just not hear me, I ain't coming back And she goes off in a bitchy mood, "fine" Guess what, it gets better ... As I check out and get a copy of my dogs records, because I'm not coming back here... The best part of this was the fact that the dumb vet tech wrote a one sided version of our conversation essentially just shit talking to me saying I demanded this and that.. was just handed over to me for to read :) I wrote a review documenting my experiences, the owner or business mgr, wanted to damage control because my review gained so much traction and was an obvious black eyeShe called me, the conversation was pretty much her apologizing for her staff and saying that they're right and I'm sol Well I thanked her for the call and told her, I'm not buying it and you can do better in which she promised me she would do... and the fact that your vet tech stole my dog to get your money is disgusting .. and the kick in the nuts was the vet who remarkably asked if I still wanted a stool sample So here we are a couple of weeks later, I got a call back from the business mgr and I turned out to be right.. they edited the invoice to what it should be and I was told that the vet and the vet tech were dealt with accordingly but couldn't go into further because its a personnel issue.. whether its true or not is immaterial .. but I made sure to ask her, are you ok with that tech stealing my dog and then talking crap about me ? In which it was completely denounced and apologized for again ... altho it didnt stop her from repeatedly and condescendingly tell me that its common knowledge to put disease on people's invoice in the vet industrythese guys asked yelp to remove my review, in which they did, but guess what.. It's still up on google and facebook ... So in a nutshell, the vet and vet tech are giant scumbags trying to get your money and are so indoctrinated into their routine of exploiting your love for your pet that they have big issues in listening .. the business manager did what she could to do the damage and I'm satisfied with the end result but watch out for your pet, question their methods, and don't let them steal your dog Read Less
