I will NEVER be bringing any of my pets here again. I called trying to get my dog seen and the receptionist was nothing but rude and belittling. I work in customer service so I tried to have patience with her which only led me to be hung up on. Being a worried dog mom, that was the last thing I needed. This isn’t the first time I’ve had an issue with her being rude, but I tried to brush the other times off thinking maybe they were just bad days but I’m starting to think maybe it’s a bad receptionist. My patience with them has ran out and sadly will have to find a new primary vet for my dog.

Very bad experience
Xrays were horrible and dealing with an injured pet along with the constant threat from Dr. Gooding about animal control possibly being called and charging us (even though we were doing nothing wrong) was a lot to deal with. On top of that he left the catheter in our dog for over 5 days which is unheard of and for 1 appointment with unreadable xrays I was charged over $500.00. The paper I signed said i would be advised of cost up front. Just unprofessional and uncaring. ***Update**and reply to the false information from the business. We were not advised to bring the dog back in the next day we were advised to keep in contact every day and spoke with them on the phone everyday. We brought the dog in 4 days after the initial visit the catheter was still in her leg and dr. Gooding did not remove it. If I need to prove this I will so dr. Gooding please do not give false information. All you did for her was take x-rays they were unreadable and prescribe pain medication and leave in a catheter oh and threatened me with animal control an animal cruelty. I did take my dog to another vet at Hilton and they could not read the xrays
They also said the catheter should have been removed by you when we came for the follow-up visit. Im sure you remember that we came because our dog pooped on your floor. This is the only time you asked us to bring her back in. I have phone records to prove we spoke with your office every day that you called. So please stop giving misinformation.

Absolute best vet there is in Hampton by far! Dr. Gooding and his staff are amazing people and always sit down and discuss whatever concern is going through your mind regarding your pet. He is always available for walk-ins and gives the best service, he is very friendly and informative and also gets straight to the point while making whatever is wrong with your pet sound harmless as he always has the diagnosis readily available and treatment options up front. Would definitely recommend anyone looking for a vet to stop by here first!

I was told by this office that they dot carry shots for ferrets but they are the same vaccines that cats and dogs receive. Highly disappointed. They obviously just didn't want to do the vaccines.

Very small, homey type office. The vet was very nice and helped me out w/ the payment since I was not expecting the amount. Pricey as most vets are, but good care. Good vet overall.

I will NEVER be bringing any of my pets here again. I called trying to get my dog seen and the receptionist was nothing but rude and belittling. I work in customer service so I tried to have patience with her which only led me to be hung up on. Being a worried dog mom, that was the last thing I needed. Xrays were horrible and dealing with an injured pet along with the constant threat from Dr. Gooding about animal control possibly being called and charging us (even though we were doing nothing wrong) was a lot to deal with.
