So, I am actively searching for a new vet (my current vet is ok, but when it comes to veterinary care, ok is not enough!), and I drive past this vet everyday on my way to work (& I bring my dog to work: I'm so lucky, I know!!), so it was top on my list of vets to investigate. I wanted to go in for my dogs yearly snap test as a test visit, but they wouldn't do it without a full work up, which I appreciate, but didn't need, so we went to my old/current vet for that, so I have NOT seen a vet or had vet care there. They even knew I was thinking of making them my real vet...and they still treated me subpar? The second time, I waited while the person on the phone (clearly a personal phone call), completely ignored me. Eventually another person came out and helped me, but wasn't particularly friendly or engaging or apologetic for my wait. Again, it took me 15 minutes to purchase a single pill (& this time they had a folder on my dog). If this is how they treat the humans, I don't want them treating my nonhuman family members. Read Less
