General Info
Dover Equine Veterinary tailors preventative medicine to fit your horse’s needs. Dr Callie Benoit Cuthbertson is our veterinarian. We have a full-time assistant, Alexis Gray, and a part-time office administrator, Rae Lynn Boyer. We three ladies make a strong team, pulled together to give the best possible care to your horse(s).
We offer 24-hour emergency services, Primary Care, Preventative and Sports Medicine, Routine and Performance Dentistry, Nutritional Counseling, Lameness evaluations including Digital Radiography and Ultrasound, Reproduction, Neonatal (foal care) and Geriatric Medicine. When assistance from a specialist is needed, Dover Equine gladly consults with Boarded-Certified veterinarians in our area to discuss treatment plans and arrange appointments as needed for your horse.
We offer 24-hour emergency services, Primary Care, Preventative and Sports Medicine, Routine and Performance Dentistry, Nutritional Counseling, Lameness evaluations including Digital Radiography and Ultrasound, Reproduction, Neonatal (foal care) and Geriatric Medicine. When assistance from a specialist is needed, Dover Equine gladly consults with Boarded-Certified veterinarians in our area to discuss treatment plans and arrange appointments as needed for your horse.

Highly recommend Dover Equine Veterinary! Dr. Callie came out and gelded my donkey Eeyore aka Eeyanormous or The Big Kahuna . Her and her Assistants were professional and very compassionate. We could not be happier with any other equine vet! Dr. Callie has been able to come quickly when needed, despite the huge area she covers. She has yet to miss a diagnosis and trusts us to follow through on her instructions. The staff has always treated us with courtesy and professionalism, even after donkey bites on the behind.
