Called Three Oaks about doing a pre-purchase exam. Their receptionist was wonderful, friendly, and helpful. Dr. Gorondy also called and spoke to me about everything that I expected/wanted from the exam. She and Dr. Wright both came to the pre-purchase exam, with Dr. Gorondy doing the exam and Dr. Wright assisting her. Both ladies were courteous, professional, and extremely thorough with the examination process. I was pleased with their integrity, knowledge and manners. Called to do a pre-purchase exam. The receptionist was very helpful, courteous and responsive to all my questions and needs. Dr. Denise Gorondy called me to go over all I wanted to establish through the pre-purchase, worked with my price range and even accommodated a change of times to help me arrange lunch plans with a friend living in the area (I do not live in the area). During the exam, Dr. Gorondy was very thorough, asked the owner history, and questions about the mare. She was professional, thorough, sweet to my daughter, and easy to talk with.
