My dog was bleeding from a gash she received by tearing her back open on an unseen nail when she crawled under a deck, the staff here refused to even check her out or even assess it and tell us what we needed to do for her, she was bleeding and in pain and we were turned away because "they don't take walk-ins", totally uncaring and rude staff, don't worry about needing an appointment as we would never come back here and will tell anyone we know to stay far away. I can not even think of my little ' human's " being looked after by anyone else. I remember a few years back when I had to put one of my kitty's down. That was my baby. This vet is an Angel. I have had him for all my dogs and cats. He just saved my Yorkshire Terrier from deaths door. She had an infection and had to be spayed. She is doing 99% better than she was 3 days ago. His staff treats our animals as we do like children. I travel about 1/2 hour to get to him. I want the best formy animals. Read Less
