Yesterday we had to put our beloved dog Jax to sleep. He was 12. He was the best dog, always sweet, and a Romeo. Our doctor and staff were the best. I certainly could not have that job. They are all about money money money the receptionist are rude ....when you tell them your not doing something they start with .....you must have this it's the law !!!!!! Now i am not a lawyer but I do know this is is a big bunch of BS what I must do by law is give shelter food and reasonable care to my pets ...reasonable to me is ...first lots of love next warm /cool place to sleep ..all puppy vaccine that keeps them reasonably well and if they get sick get the help they need .this is my take on my pets and no money grabbing vet should be able to dictate law to put people in fear... This vet saved the day! My poor pup had diarrhea the previous night and my wife and I couldn't take off due to our jobs. I call the vet right when they opened up at 7:30 and they said I could drop him off and pick him up when we got off! They did a great job and provided the medicine for the pup to get better. Thanks! I brought my dog here for vaccinations. The lobby was clean, as well as the rooms. The entire building smelled so nice, which is such a change from my previous vet's office. The staff was so friendly and extremely helpful from the minute I walked through the doors. I very much appreciated the lengths that all of the staff went through to make sure everything was tidy. I called the Rutland location about my 17-year-old cat, Baby, and they had us come in right away to check her out. We ended up having to put her down, and the entire staff was so kind and compassionate; the vet (I'm so sorry I forget your name!) even helped my son understand that she wasn't being mean and we were being humane. We weren't rushed out of the room at all, which helped my daughter with her goodbye. I have another, much younger cat still at home, and I'm so glad to know that there is such wonderful medical care right down the street from us. Read Less

Just started using this vet and had only nails clipped but was going to make an appointment to bring in my chihuahua for his shots and heartworm prevention, but after today I may need to look elsewhere. The overwhelming smell of fragrant candles so unbearable I had to wait outside. In the short time I was there today the fragrance triggered my allergies and migraines. I would think the management not allow this knowing the amount of people who are affected by allergies. July 30th Brought one of my dogs in for a nail trim. I didn't make the appointment as I planned to never use this vet again. Again they had the wax melt going. I asked why they use the wax melt and the response by the young lady behind the counter was, "Because it smells good and covers the smell of pee and anal glands." Seriously, if your office smells of pee and anal glands it needs to be cleaned!!!! Steer clear of this place. It's obviously not being cleaned if an employee says it smells and wax melt needs to be used to cover the odor.Read Less
