This place is close to our home so it was the perfect location to take our pups. Since moving 2x this year our pups were behind on shots. So I'm nice we settled into our home I brought them here for all their yearly shots. Dr. Bill is so friendly and so sweet with the dogs. Talked to them as if he'd known them for years. The girls hate the vet, but they did well! Our smallest dog is in her 3rd heat cycle and Dr. Bill informed me to have her fixed (which is what I had asked him about), before her 4th cycle to have a smaller risk of getting breast cancer when she's older. The front desk gave me the pricing which was $290 for the laser spay surgery and I think $205 for the regular surgery without laser. (Again their prices could eventually change, so please don't expect this to be the same in the new year. This is just what I was quoted right before Christmas.)

We think the world of our vet! On Christmas Eve, when our golden doodle puppy ate a sock and had to have emergency surgery, Dr. Bill braved a snowstorm to save our girl. It's been a good payoff because we now have a zoo. 3 dogs and 3 cats later, we have seen every vet there and all have been wonderful to us. Only once have we had to wait (30 mins) past our appointment time--it was a weird time of day--like a Tuesday afternoon--but the next time we were at the vet, we were in our exam room quickly. Overall, very pleased with every person there. They are quick to greet you and are very caring to humans and animals. :)

Very disappointing experience here yesterday. I heard Dr. Bill's was more affordable than my regular vet and close to home so I decided to try them out. I had concerns that my dog developed some allergies after her rabies vaccination. Apparently, the vet tech communicated this to the Veterinarian, Dr. Patton, because when she came in, she seemed ready for a fight. Her demeanor was very confrontational from the beginning and she did not smile or seem friendly a single time. In a nutshell, she basically told me I was stupid for thinking the way I do and dismissed my concerns immediately. We will not be going back to this vet.

I love this vet. The only Dr we see is Dr Bill and Dr Steve when Dr Bill is unavailable. I'm not a fan of the other Drs but Dr Bill is the best! I love their hours and always available in the evenings for those who work full time. They give me options of dropping my dog off early AM before work to work her in sometime within the day that is convenient for Dr Bill in between appointments and I go and get her after work with her ready to go as I arrive. They are just amazing! I feel they truly love your animals. Even if some visits cost more then others due to illness, they always nail it with treatment and diagnosis of the problem so I believe its money worth spent. Highly Recommend!

When I got my dog Lou, they didn't even mind that he had some pit in him. They always take such good care of him! Even when I am a little late on the date with my appointments they can always make room for Lou. This is definitely the vet to go to for your furry loved ones!

I absolutely love Dr. Bill's Pet Infirmary. I've been bringing my fur babies here ever since I moved to the area. Dr. Buckley is our primary vet and she is amazing. Her bedside manner with the animals puts everyone at ease. She had to help one of my Golden's pass over rainbow bridge and even on my Golden's last day, though in pain, she still wagged her tail when Dr. Buckley came into the room. Whenever I have had an issue with one of my fur babies, if I am unable to see Dr. Buckley she will call me to follow up on us. What doctor in today's day and age does that? I wish my primary physician took note of the care my fur babies get, he could learn a thing or two from Dr. Buckley and her bedside manner and her compassion for her patients. Being a client of Dr. Buckley for almost 10 years I have stories to tell about her going above and beyond, but the bottom line, so long as I have a fur baby and Dr. Buckley is in the same area code, we will always be a patient of hers!

Within an hour he had vomited three times. They requested we come back for another shot to stop vomiting. As first time customers that spent $400 on the visit I requested the first shot or shot to stop the vomiting be credited and they would not. We will not be back as customer service is lacking incredibly.

I've had Pet's most of my life and in that time I have had many Veterinarians. By far Dr. Bill and his staff are the most qualified and compassionate I have ever dealt with. A lot of times past veterinarians have said things that worried me about my pet and have run tests (that run up the bill) later to find out that they were unnecessary. Dr. Bill and his staff have not done that to me. In defense of the other veterinarians I realize that our pets cannot tell the doctor where it hurts but an experienced one can identify what is wrong without all of the tests and X-rays. I would recommend this office to anyone who asks.

I met Dr. Bill many years ago (1990, I think!) after I got my first rescue dog that had knee problems. I have had two more dogs and now 3 cats, and Dr. Bill has always provided the best care, had a compassionate attitude, and been nothing but nice. All the employees and other vets are so considerate, and I feel they truly love my animals. When I was out of town several years ago, my little dog was attacked by a larger dog. Though my dog had to have emergency surgery somewhere else, Dr. Bill took over her care and took the time to explain things to me & let me know what to expect. I highly recommend them!

When I went to pick her up she just took her time leaving when nomally she would be busting a hump to get the heck out of a place like that!

So I'm nice we settled into our home I brought them here for all their yearly shots. Dr. Bill is so friendly and so sweet with the dogs. Talked to them as if he'd known them for years. The girls hate the vet, but they did well! Our smallest dog is in her 3rd heat cycle and Dr. Bill informed me to have her fixed (which is what I had asked him about), before her 4th cycle to have a smaller risk of getting breast cancer when she's older. The front desk gave me the pricing which was $290 for the laser spay surgery and I think $205 for the regular surgery without laser. (Again their prices could eventually change, so please don't expect this to be the same in the new year. This is just what I was quoted right before Christmas.)

We think the world of our vet! On Christmas Eve, when our golden doodle puppy ate a sock and had to have emergency surgery, Dr. Bill braved a snowstorm to save our girl. It's been a good payoff because we now have a zoo. 3 dogs and 3 cats later, we have seen every vet there and all have been wonderful to us. Only once have we had to wait (30 mins) past our appointment time--it was a weird time of day--like a Tuesday afternoon--but the next time we were at the vet, we were in our exam room quickly. Overall, very pleased with every person there. They are quick to greet you and are very caring to humans and animals. :)

Very disappointing experience here yesterday. I heard Dr. Bill's was more affordable than my regular vet and close to home so I decided to try them out. I had concerns that my dog developed some allergies after her rabies vaccination. Apparently, the vet tech communicated this to the Veterinarian, Dr. Patton, because when she came in, she seemed ready for a fight. Her demeanor was very confrontational from the beginning and she did not smile or seem friendly a single time. In a nutshell, she basically told me I was stupid for thinking the way I do and dismissed my concerns immediately. We will not be going back to this vet.

I love their hours and always available in the evenings for those who work full time. They give me options of dropping my dog off early AM before work to work her in sometime within the day that is convenient for Dr Bill in between appointments and I go and get her after work with her ready to go as I arrive. They are just amazing! I feel they truly love your animals. Even if some visits cost more then others due to illness, they always nail it with treatment and diagnosis of the problem so I believe its money worth spent. Highly Recommend!

When I got my dog Lou, they didn't even mind that he had some pit in him. They always take such good care of him! I absolutely love Dr. Bill's Pet Infirmary. I've been bringing my fur babies here ever since I moved to the area. Dr. Buckley is our primary vet and she is amazing. Her bedside manner with the animals puts everyone at ease. She had to help one of my Golden's pass over rainbow bridge and even on my Golden's last day, though in pain, she still wagged her tail when Dr. Buckley came into the room. Whenever I have had an issue with one of my fur babies, if I am unable to see Dr. Buckley she will call me to follow up on us. What doctor in today's day and age does that? I wish my primary physician took note of the care my fur babies get, he could learn a thing or two from Dr. Buckley and her bedside manner and her compassion for her patients. Being a client of Dr. Buckley for almost 10 years I have stories to tell about her going above and beyond, but the bottom line, so long as I have a fur baby and Dr. Buckley is in the same area code, we will always be a patient of hers!

Within an hour he had vomited three times. They requested we come back for another shot to stop vomiting. As first time customers that spent $400 on the visit I requested the first shot or shot to stop the vomiting be credited and they would not. We will not be back as customer service is lacking incredibly.

I've had Pet's most of my life and in that time I have had many Veterinarians. By far Dr. Bill and his staff are the most qualified and compassionate I have ever dealt with. A lot of times past veterinarians have said things that worried me about my pet and have run tests (that run up the bill) later to find out that they were unnecessary. Dr. Bill and his staff have not done that to me. In defense of the other veterinarians I realize that our pets cannot tell the doctor where it hurts but an experienced one can identify what is wrong without all of the tests and X-rays. I would recommend this office to anyone who asks.

I will never forget how he came to my home, on his day off, and buried one of my cats after he was mysteriously killed in the front yard area. I met Dr. Bill many years ago (1990, I think!) after I got my first rescue dog that had knee problems. I have had two more dogs and now 3 cats, and Dr. Bill has always provided the best care, had a compassionate attitude, and been nothing but nice. All the employees and other vets are so considerate, and I feel they truly love my animals. When I was out of town several years ago, my little dog was attacked by a larger dog. Though my dog had to have emergency surgery somewhere else, Dr. Bill took over her care and took the time to explain things to me & let me know what to expect. I highly recommend them!
