Great doctors and staff who have been together for years. They have vets with a special interest in herbal and accupuncture services for animals. I have never had a bad experience here. Even on my worst days of having to say goodbye to a beloved pet, they were so loving and supportive. I am always made to feel like I am important to them, not just a "customer". Can't say enough wonderful things about them. I would highly recommend this clinic to pet owners.

It should have been part of the discharge instructions. My new vet says it has always been a part of their instructions.

We have three large breed dogs that are our fur babies. We've lived in multiple states and every time we move we always try to find the best vets for our dogs. We've found some really great ones and some also not so great. I will have to say that I am incredibly pleased with the care and affection that the SVH team provides our family. The front staff are always pleasant to speak with in person and via phone. They always return my calls or try to answer any questions I may have. They can get busy at times but make the effort to fit you where possible/and as needed. The doctors that I've met so far are great in the sense that they don't try to upsell you on products/services or make you feel like a bad owner if you decide not to utilize their recommendations. One of our dogs has severe allergies and we've had him tested and found out the results, we've had other vets try to guilt us into trying to push their testing services or preferred drugs which typical wouldn't work because our dog has two types of allergies that can't be eliminated due to the other dogs in the house transferring their allergens to him. SVH never tried to force us into their testing services or make us feel bad in anyway. They always try to provide solutions as an option if we wanted addition insight on things. They are reasonably priced (compared to what we've paid at other vets). They have a beautiful new facility that is very spacious, especially when we bring our three large dogs at one time which is great. Their staff and technicians always go above and beyond to love on our pups. Overall, this is a great group of people. It makes me happy to find a place of business that does what it's supposed to do and treat people with courtesy. I wished I snapped a photo but the little details they do are above and beyond, like having a cute little sign welcoming Lucky and Harley to their appointment. Small things there just make me happy.

My family has brought our pets to this office for over 15 years. The care they provide is amazing. One of our cats developed kidney issues and was not expected to survive for longer than a few months. Thanks to them, she lived for over 3 years. They are compassionate and patient. I won't trust my pet's care to anyone else!

Recently switched to Sycamore as my old dog's health was failing and was faced with the difficult decision all pet owners eventually have to make. I can't say enough good about how caring their staff and Vets are. They gave us a lot of time to say goodbye and get our dog in a comfortable place. Their bedside manner and advice made it clear that although a tough decision we were making the best decision for our dog. Then I received a hand-written note from the two vets that helped my old dog in his final days. These are truly caring and kind people and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone to care for their family pets.

I took my two mixed breed dogs here for a checkup. All persons encountered were polite and helpful however. While going through the checkup I was pushed several products including medicated eye drops for a build up near my dogs eye. It was 8 am and he has just woken up. Didn't see any build up for 2 weeks after because it was just "sand" in his eye.While examine my second dog, the doctor asked for stool samples which we were not told to bring. She happily said "no problem" and got it herself. Only problem is that it was taking everything in me to restrain my dog who wanted to bite her hand off. I asked her to stop and she said it will be fine. It was fine...barely. I lost control of him at the last second as she luckily already pulled away. I'd like to think of both of those as rare occurrences but either way I will not be back.

My dogs & cats have always been calm & relaxed at their visits. The vets & staff are very kind, professional & accommodating. They have gone beyond the call of duty in helping with the health & welfare of my dogs & cats. I can not think of going to any other veterinary practice.

I have used Sycamore Veterinary Hospital for over 28 years- even after moving an hour away- we sill use them for all our vetting. We run a sanctuary for special needs dogs and Sycamore has helped us through some major doggy crisis. The vets and all the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They work with you as a team so that you can make the best decisions for your pets. They always go above and beyond for us.. I can't imagine doing rescue without such a great team.

So I'm housesitting for a friend and today I walked in on their cat unresponsive, but still breathing. I called their veterinarian that they had listed and they told me that I had to get a confirmation email or a phone call from the owner for them to treat the cat. "No, look, the cat is dying. It is unresponsive. I need to bring it in" I was told to try another hospital. Thanks Winterfield Veterinary Hospital for not helping my dying animal at all. A real thank you to Sycamore Veterinary for actually helping. Unfortunately Lucy did not make it, but at least they tried without getting an approved credit card first...

I simply cannot say enough about the physician and the staff at this office. I came to them yesterday, in a state of panic, after my little shih-tzu had been the victim of a pit bull attack. They are not even my "usual" vet, but each and every staff member was caring, professional, calming, and knowledgable. What a fabulous place...even in this unfortunate time. I highly recommend this office to everyone. They treat your pet as their very own.

Great doctors and staff who have been together for years. They have vets with a special interest in herbal and accupuncture services for animals. I have never had a bad experience here. My family has brought our pets to this office for over 15 years. The care they provide is amazing. One of our cats developed kidney issues and was not expected to survive for longer than a few months....
My family has brought our pets to this office for over 15 years. The care they provide is amazing. One of our cats developed kidney issues and was not expected to survive for longer than a few months. Thanks to them, she lived for over 3 years. They are compassionate and patient. I won't trust my pet's care to anyone else!

Recently switched to Sycamore as my old dog's health was failing and was faced with the difficult decision all pet owners eventually have to make. I can't say enough good about how caring their staff and Vets are. They gave us a lot of time to say goodbye and get our dog in a comfortable place. Their bedside manner and advice made it clear that although a tough decision we were making the best decision for our dog. Then I received a hand-written note from the two vets that helped my old dog in his final days. These are truly caring and kind people and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for someone to care for their family pets.

I took my two mixed breed dogs here for a checkup. All persons encountered were polite and helpful however. While going through the checkup I was pushed several products including medicated eye drops for a build up near my dogs eye. It was 8 am and he has just woken up. Didn't see any build up for 2 weeks after because it was just "sand" in his eye.While examine my second dog, the doctor asked for stool samples which we were not told to bring. She happily said "no problem" and got it herself. Only problem is that it was taking everything in me to restrain my dog who wanted to bite her hand off. I asked her to stop and she said it will be fine. It was fine...barely. I lost control of him at the last second as she luckily already pulled away. I'd like to think of both of those as rare occurrences but either way I will not be back.

I have been with Sycamore Veterinary Hospital since the spring of 1987 when I got 2 cats from the SPCA. Since then I have had other cats-Maine Coons & I also have Shelties. My dogs & cats have always been calm & relaxed at their visits. The vets & staff are very kind, professional & accommodating. They have gone beyond the call of duty in helping with the health & welfare of my dogs & cats. I can not think of going to any other veterinary practice.

I have used Sycamore Veterinary Hospital for over 28 years- even after moving an hour away- we sill use them for all our vetting. We run a sanctuary for special needs dogs and Sycamore has helped us through some major doggy crisis. The vets and all the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They work with you as a team so that you can make the best decisions for your pets. They always go above and beyond for us.. I can't imagine doing rescue without such a great team.

I called their veterinarian that they had listed and they told me that I had to get a confirmation email or a phone call from the owner for them to treat the cat. "No, look, the cat is dying. It is unresponsive. I need to bring it in" I was told to try another hospital. Thanks Winterfield Veterinary Hospital for not helping my dying animal at all. A real thank you to Sycamore Veterinary for actually helping. Unfortunately Lucy did not make it, but at least they tried without getting an approved credit card first...

I simply cannot say enough about the physician and the staff at this office. I came to them yesterday, in a state of panic, after my little shih-tzu had been the victim of a pit bull attack. They are not even my "usual" vet, but each and every staff member was caring, professional, calming, and knowledgable. What a fabulous place...even in this unfortunate time. I highly recommend this office to everyone. They treat your pet as their very own.
