Read reviews and decided to take our family dog here based off of tge reviews. Layla wasstarting not to eat and drinking tons of water and losing weight. After a fee physical test they ruled out about 3 diseases. Dr even suggested maybe she isnt eating because she gets too much table food. Not at all the case and it kind of ticked me off. Anyway after almost $200 spent they said they wanted to do some blood testing among other things which wld be another $500. When I adv it didnt have the funds and wld need to wait until nxt pay (single mom of 3) she stated nastily..if u can live with not knowing. She offered no help with pymnt plans or anything. Layla continued to drop wait and lose sight drastically to the point she cld barely walk. We were almost ready to euthanize. We took her dr locke taylors office..explained her symptoms..they pulled out a glucose meter and her sugar was 600..they immed gave her fluids tgru iv and insulin..gave me a cpl of vials of insulin..NO CHARGE. Dr Wright and her staff are great!! We moved from our previous vet because we moved and our vet of 15 years was too far from our new home. I picked Dr. Wright's clinic based on reviews and have not been disappointed. They are always friendly on the phone and when you enter their practice. The doctors and staff are very good with our animals and you can tell they truly care. We haven't had to wait when we arrive for our appointments. When our cat was acting weird Dr. Wright examines and ran tests. The next night she called me at home and spent 30 minutes talking to me about the test results and what we should do next. I appreciate the fact that they take their time and offer lots of information. They send reminders for routine check ups and follow up on everything promptly. Amazing staff with incredible patience and understanding. They treated my temperamental cat with great care even though she is hard to manage. Brought in a wonderful specialist for her heart and got her on a set of meds that have truly helped my cat's quality of life! Recommend for price and people. Read Less

Dr. Wright is an excellent veterinarian. She is a straight-shooter and will tell you exactly like it is with the health, maintenance and well-being of your pets. My pets had been patients at two of the larger, more well known practices in the area since the early 90s.  Those places have grown too big and have high turnover, causing a lot of confusion and wrong advice/treatments.  I went in search of a new vet and found Dr. Wright had wonderful reviews.  Dr. Wright and her staff are incredible.  Visits are never rushed and questions are never unanswered.  She thoroughly examines the pets every time they come in and makes sure all questions and concerns are addressed.  Her staff call to check on the pets after each visit and are extremely helpful- if something is not working they will continue to check-in with you with further suggestions.  Dr. Wright truly does what is in the best interest of the pet.  It is so nice going somewhere and knowing that your baby will receive compassionate care and is not just another animal for a new graduate to learn on.
