We provide a compassionate, nurturing atmosphere where you and your pet will recieve individual care from our doctor and staff members. We understand that your pet is part of your family, and we treat every pet as if it is our own.

It felt like home the minute Lucy Kitty and I walked in. We were greeted warmly by Trisha. I had sdopted Lucy on a Thursday, and on Monday, realized she needed to be seen. Quickly, the appointment was made for Tuesday morning, and there we were. Dr. McDermott and Emily, her Very tech were very professional and so very nice. They made us feel comfortable, both as patient and worried new Mama. They listened to my personal needs and what I had observed as Lucy's symptoms. A very thorough exam was done, medicine given, instructions were made clear for the medicine that needed to be given at home, and we were through. I felt very relieved and extremely satisfied with the care we were given. The right choice was made. The next day, I was called to follow up, to make sure Lucy was responding well to the medicine, and that I was comfortable with her home care. I very much appreciated that. Natural Bridge Animal Hospital is highly recommended by Lucy and me with a 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟 star review. Kiddos to the staff!!!

Having an animal in serious pain, needing to see a vet, at a place where previously I had enjoyed many many years of exlemplary service and care, I was greviously disappointed to be put on hold, multiple times (>20 min first time) and then told "maybe" we can see you this afternoon ... And "no, you can't come in earlier, and no, we don't like customers leaving animals here.". I was stunned, and then I was mad. Lauren Keating would have never allowed this. I will never step foot on those grounds again. I cannot recommend this place of business to anyone who cares for their animals. Take your business to a vet who cares. Gary K. Rogers, PE, PhD.

We take our two cat babies to NBAH and my Father boards his dog there.
Dr. McDermott and staff are top notch. They are thorough in exams, testing and treatments. Because of God and with the help of Dr. McDermott, we were able to nurse two very sick kittens back to good health. The Doctor and staff are always helpful, caring, compassionate and extremely friendly. We are so thankful for NBAH!!!!!

It felt like home the minute Lucy Kitty and I walked in. We were greeted warmly by Trisha. I had sdopted Lucy on a Thursday, and on Monday, realized she needed to be seen. Quickly, the appointment was made for Tuesday morning, and there we were. Dr. McDermott and Emily, her Very tech were very professional and so very nice. They made us feel comfortable, both as patient and worried new Mama. They listened to my personal needs and what I had observed as Lucy's symptoms. A very thorough exam was done, medicine given, instructions were made clear for the medicine that needed to be given at home, and we were through. I felt very relieved and extremely satisfied with the care we were given. The right choice was made. Having an animal in serious pain, needing to see a vet, at a place where previously I had enjoyed many many years of exlemplary service and care, I was greviously disappointed to be put on hold, multiple times (>20 min first time) and then told "maybe" we can see you this afternoon ... And "no, you can't come in earlier, and no, we don't like customers leaving animals here.". I was stunned, and then I was mad. Lauren Keating would have never allowed this. We take our two cat babies to NBAH and my Father boards his dog there.
Dr. McDermott and staff are top notch. They are thorough in exams, testing and treatments. Because of God and with the help of Dr. McDermott, we were able to nurse two very sick kittens back to good health. The Doctor and staff are always helpful, caring, compassionate and extremely friendly. We are so thankful for NBAH!!!!!
