Hilton Animal Hospital is, by far, the best animal hospital in the Hampton Roads area. My cats have had some more serious health issues lately and in searching for second and third opinions, I stumbled across this business. Dr. Fink takes his time and really gets to know your animals. I've been to several vets in the area and end up spending more time with the vet tech than the actual doctor but that's not the case here. His attention to detail got to the bottom of one of my cats weight loss and it was a pretty simple fix (unlike the previous vet who told me she had a cancerous tumor and referred me to an even more expensive specialist). His prices are amazingly reasonable, he calls after hours to check on your animals after surgery, his staff is very friendly and the hospital is very clean. After being to 5 vets in the area, I'm switching all of my animals to Dr. Fink

I love this place. I was taking my dog to another vet for years until he started having major skin issues and nothing seemed to be working. I saw on their website that they specialize in dermatology and I gave them a shot. It took months to heal my dog's skin but Dr. Fink did it. I followed all his instructions and medicines and my dog's skin is better and his fur grew back in places he was bald in. Now we won't go any where else.

My husband and I could not be more pleased with this vet. We brought our dog in for an emergency 20 minutes before they closed and they saw us immediately and stayed late to care for our dog. The veternarian was so extremely kind, she explained everything to us so that we could understand and she even brought us an estimate for how much everything would cost prior to doing what needed to be done. This is not our regular vet but it just might end being.

Hilton Animal Hospital is one of the best veterinary centers I have been fortunate to have membership with since returning back to my native city of Newport News 2010 after residency in Philadelphia since 1992. The staff and licensed Vets there have surpassed my routine annual visits with my pet short-haired cat MIDNIGHT. Everything is pleasant and aesthetically clean from the interior setting and exterior appealing. I highly recommend this business office to anyone in the Hampton Roads region looking for a user and pet friendly hospital atmosphere.

Hilton Animal Hospital is a gem. The staff is responsive to questions and scheduling, and Dr. Fink is careful and precise in his examinations and prescriptions. My experiences there have also shown me they are considerate of cost. Though I didn't come in with a coupon or promo code, they gave me the discounted rate for new patients. They didn't charge me for my first visit but gave me detailed instructions on how to best prepare my dog for the examination he needed. Strongly recommend!

I cannot say enough good things about this place. When I moved here 2 years earlier, I knew nobody. They not only helped get my dogs settled, but they even tried to help me with making connections in the community. When we rehomed one of our dogs they kindly provided a copy of her records to the new owners upon request. Today, after an excruciating decision regarding our remaining dog. They again took care of both of us. They were infinitely patient with me and difficult decision my family had to make. When our family is ready to take on the responsibility of welcoming another pet into our lives, I know this is the place I will bring it. Thank you again for all that you do. Especially, Ann, Jessica, and Dr. Perry.

We have been going to Hilton for a good while now, and have been very satisfied with Dr. Fink and his wonderful Staff. He always answers questions, is very patient with you, and spends a lot of time explaining things, and makes sure you understand. Our dog, Millie had to have surgery today ~ he and Dr. Richards spent a lot of time with her, and made sure everything was done to perfection. George and I are totally impressed with their professionalism, care, and concern for her. Our dog was recently diagnosed with cancer and she very quickly got us multiple references of specialists. The pricing is also on par with other veterinary offices in the area- in fact lower than the one we were going to before. We have always been able to get in to see either Dr. Richards or their other vet within one day of calling. In slightly more dire situations, we have been able to be seen the same day.

I decided to give Hilton Animal Hospital a try. I am so happy we made the switch. We have been extremely pleased with them. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The facility is clean and stress-free. Dr. Bentley Richards is an absolute God-send! She consistently provides my dog, Pippi with competent and compassionate care. My experience at Hilton Animal Hospital has always been great. I have been going there since shortly after they opened for shots and regular care. However, recently my dog had to be treated in an emergency and I can say they were absolutely wonderful. There is no better feeling that knowing that your pet is in good hands when you need treatment. They know how to treat you and your 4-footed friend! Dr. Fink is attentive, helpful and informative, willing to take the time to work with you, answering all your questions. He has a great staff who are incredibly pet friendly; they time appointments so you don't overlap or have a barkfest in the lobby. Their prices are excellent, they even beat out 1800PetMeds for meds and their basic appointment/shots is better priced than anything I could find in a 5 mile radius. The are even open on Saturday. I've had 2 visits since getting my new pet and can't find 1 thing I dislike. They treat my pet as if he was theirs. Great Job!!

My cats have had some more serious health issues lately and in searching for second and third opinions, I stumbled across this business. Dr. Fink takes his time and really gets to know your animals. I've been to several vets in the area and end up spending more time with the vet tech than the actual doctor but that's not the case here. His attention to detail got to the bottom of one of my cats weight loss and it was a pretty simple fix (unlike the previous vet who told me she had a cancerous tumor and referred me to an even more expensive specialist). His prices are amazingly reasonable, he calls after hours to check on your animals after surgery, his staff is very friendly and the hospital is very clean. After being to 5 vets in the area, I'm switching all of my animals to Dr. Fink

I love this place. I was taking my dog to another vet for years until he started having major skin issues and nothing seemed to be working. I saw on their website that they specialize in dermatology and I gave them a shot. It took months to heal my dog's skin but Dr. Fink did it. I followed all his instructions and medicines and my dog's skin is better and his fur grew back in places he was bald in. Now we won't go any where else.

My husband and I could not be more pleased with this vet. We brought our dog in for an emergency 20 minutes before they closed and they saw us immediately and stayed late to care for our dog. The veternarian was so extremely kind, she explained everything to us so that we could understand and she even brought us an estimate for how much everything would cost prior to doing what needed to be done. This is not our regular vet but it just might end being.

Hilton Animal Hospital is one of the best veterinary centers I have been fortunate to have membership with since returning back to my native city of Newport News 2010 after residency in Philadelphia since 1992. The staff and licensed Vets there have surpassed my routine annual visits with my pet short-haired cat MIDNIGHT. Everything is pleasant and aesthetically clean from the interior setting and exterior appealing. My experiences there have also shown me they are considerate of cost. Though I didn't come in with a coupon or promo code, they gave me the discounted rate for new patients. I cannot say enough good things about this place. When I moved here 2 years earlier, I knew nobody. They not only helped get my dogs settled, but they even tried to help me with making connections in the community. When we rehomed one of our dogs they kindly provided a copy of her records to the new owners upon request. Today, after an excruciating decision regarding our remaining dog. They again took care of both of us. They were infinitely patient with me and difficult decision my family had to make. When our family is ready to take on the responsibility of welcoming another pet into our lives, I know this is the place I will bring it. Thank you again for all that you do. We have been going to Hilton for a good while now, and have been very satisfied with Dr. Fink and his wonderful Staff. He always answers questions, is very patient with you, and spends a lot of time explaining things, and makes sure you understand. Our dog, Millie had to have surgery today ~ he and Dr. Richards spent a lot of time with her, and made sure everything was done to perfection. George and I are totally impressed with their professionalism, care, and concern for her. The whole Staff is like Family to us~ we are so pleased to have been able to bring Millie here for her veterinary care ~with love and care from all of them.

Our dog was recently diagnosed with cancer and she very quickly got us multiple references of specialists. The pricing is also on par with other veterinary offices in the area- in fact lower than the one we were going to before. We have always been able to get in to see either Dr. Richards or their other vet within one day of calling. In slightly more dire situations, we have been able to be seen the same day.

I decided to give Hilton Animal Hospital a try. I am so happy we made the switch. We have been extremely pleased with them. The staff is welcoming and friendly. The facility is clean and stress-free. Dr. Bentley Richards is an absolute God-send! She consistently provides my dog, Pippi with competent and compassionate care. My experience at Hilton Animal Hospital has always been great. I have been going there since shortly after they opened for shots and regular care. However, recently my dog had to be treated in an emergency and I can say they were absolutely wonderful. There is no better feeling that knowing that your pet is in good hands when you need treatment. They know how to treat you and your 4-footed friend! Dr. Fink is attentive, helpful and informative, willing to take the time to work with you, answering all your questions. He has a great staff who are incredibly pet friendly; they time appointments so you don't overlap or have a barkfest in the lobby. Their prices are excellent, they even beat out 1800PetMeds for meds and their basic appointment/shots is better priced than anything I could find in a 5 mile radius. The are even open on Saturday. I've had 2 visits since getting my new pet and can't find 1 thing I dislike. They treat my pet as if he was theirs. Great Job!!
