My husband and I could not be more pleased with this vet. We brought our dog in for an emergency 20 minutes before they closed and they saw us immediately and stayed late to care for our dog. The veternarian was so extremely kind, she explained everything to us so that we could understand and she even brought us an estimate for how much everything would cost prior to doing what needed to be done. Hilton Animal Hospital is one of the best veterinary centers I have been fortunate to have membership with since returning back to my native city of Newport News 2010 after residency in Philadelphia since 1992. The staff and licensed Vets there have surpassed my routine annual visits with my pet short-haired cat MIDNIGHT. Everything is pleasant and aesthetically clean from the interior setting and exterior appealing. Hilton Animal Hospital is a gem. The staff is responsive to questions and scheduling, and Dr. Fink is careful and precise in his examinations and prescriptions. My experiences there have also shown me they are considerate of cost. Though I didn't come in with a coupon or promo code, they gave me the discounted rate for new patients. I cannot say enough good things about this place. When I moved here 2 years earlier, I knew nobody. They not only helped get my dogs settled, but they even tried to help me with making connections in the community. When we rehomed one of our dogs they kindly provided a copy of her records to the new owners upon request. Today, after an excruciating decision regarding our remaining dog. They again took care of both of us. They were infinitely patient with me and difficult decision my family had to make. We have been going to Hilton for a good while now, and have been very satisfied with Dr. Fink and his wonderful Staff. He always answers questions, is very patient with you, and spends a lot of time explaining things, and makes sure you understand. Hilton Animal Hospital is wonderful! We absolutely love Dr. Richards and cannot speak highly enough of her. Our dog was recently diagnosed with cancer and she very quickly got us multiple references of specialists. The pricing is also on par with other veterinary offices in the area- in fact lower than the one we were going to before. They were the most uppity, unprofessional, group of people I ever met! I brought my alpha blue blood bulldog up there and the Dr ran his butt around the corner! Started yelling "get that pit bull out my office"! "We don't except aggressive breeds!!" I then told him she was not a pit bull and he was screaming like a child to get her out his office now! They know how to treat you and your 4-footed friend! Dr. Fink is attentive, helpful and informative, willing to take the time to work with you, answering all your questions. He has a great staff who are incredibly pet friendly; they time appointments so you don't overlap or have a barkfest in the lobby.  Their prices are excellent, they even beat out 1800PetMeds for meds and their basic appointment/shots is better priced than anything I could find in a 5 mile radius.
