Only use this place if your animal loves strangers as they are not equipped to handle animals that give resistance to strangers. They had me drug my dog for $25 then the drugs didn't work so he can't be groomed. Going to Pet Smart tomorrow. Do not waste your time here, they over charge and the place smells.

Tad bit on the expensive side, so the health insurance is pushed. The quote i received was hundreds of dollars more than what my 2 doggy ownee friends paid. 2nd visit there and the staff is pleasant

I take my dog here every day for daycare so she isn't home alone and she is super excited to go there every day. They give her the attention she demands and I'm comforted that she is at her vet if anything happens. My cat also likes to go there too and get has always hated vets.

CLEAN ENVIRONMENT-'nuff said. Clean floors/waiting area/exam rooms. If your pet has an accident, they are responsive, patient and don't make you feel bad- they simply, quickly clean it up and reassure you that it's quite alright (had a young puppy at the time).
OUTSTANDING VET: Dr. Cary Edwards...love her!
NICE WAITING AREA: equipped with t.v., magazines, children's toys/table.
The ONLY reason it's not 5 stars is the pricing- think they are a little pricey; however, their care is great! The combination of the things above are what keep us coming back!

Very friendly staff. Vets interact great with my puppy. Competitive pricing on services, but not on medication. I would recommend buying prescription medication online because it is about 40% cheaper than the vet selling one pill at a time. Would like more communication from vet when there is an issue, other than "make an appointment," but other than that there has not been many issues.

AWFULl! and sad thing is I did not even go in to experience it. I was calling to reschedule my time and was placed on hold, (which is understandable) but for two minutes not only to have the lady come...
AWFULl! and sad thing is I did not even go in to experience it. I was calling to reschedule my time and was placed on hold, (which is understandable) but for two minutes not only to have the lady come back on the phone rudely and say "hello" then i spoke to ask to reschedule for another time to have her hang up.... haha its a joke of a place would not even recommend them. If the people are rude to humans imagine how they handle your pets.

The treatment that our two cats received at VCA over a period of years was exceptional. Every person with whom we came in contact -- the doctors, the vet techs, and all the ladies at the front desk -- were friendly, concerned about our pets, and supportive of us in every way. We took our two cats to VCA during the later years of their lives when they began to develop conditions for which tools like X-rays were needed (we had previously seen a mobile vet but she lacked this equipment). As the cats continued to age, their conditions gradually became more complicated... And less easily treatable without compromising the quality of their lives. Dr. Cary Edwards saw us through this difficult process, first with one cat and then the other, a year apart. She could not have been more empathetic, careful, and considerate in the way she dealt with our cats and with us. She took the time to discuss all the options with us at every turn and to address our questions and concerns. When we had to make the final painful decision to let each cat go, she managed the delicate process of giving us her observations about their status without trying to make any decision for us. In the end, performing the final procedure for each cat was clearly almost as difficult for her as it was for us. I cannot recommend Dr. E. and the other good folks at VCA more highly. If/when we bring new cats into our lives, we will bring them to VCA.

Not one bad thing to say about this place! They love my animals! My dog is scared of the table that raises up so they sit on the floor with her. They accommodate me when I need a quick appointment and let me walk in and wait if I need to and they squeeze me in when I need. I recommend them all day!

Tried to get two of my dogs their 3 year vaccinations. My first dog was a previous client - no problem. My second dog they refused to vaccinate because they did not have his record. When I pointed out that the dog's record was at another VCA vet - I was told to come back another day or they could give a one year vaccine (identical to the three year) and I could come back (and spend another $150) next year for a completely unnecessary vaccination. They would then "adjust" his one year vaccination record to reflect three years - since by state law they are required to maintain accurate records, this adjustment, to which I would be a party, amounts to fraud. I declined to participate. I have also noticed that one of their receptionists calls animal control with an animal cruelty complaint when you bring in an injured dog for treatment. Don't trust this place and be prepared for plenty of bill padding with unnecessary vaccinations and tests.
