We have been taking our dog, a 90 pound 3 year old English lab, to Animal Clinics of Tall Oaks ever since we brought him over from China (October 2015).They are so close to where we lived and Casper is comfortable being handled by Dr. Singh.Prices were reasonable and Dr. Singh was really informative in the treatments that Casper may need.I always make an appointment request from their website and typically they responded within 24 hours. They took 10 days to respond to an appointment request and their e-mail back literally said "when u want." Huge delays, and a broken English, unprofessional, shorthand e-mail? I'm not your bae, don't act like you're texting me. Totally unqualified to care for a stuffed animal much less your pet. Stay away. Read Less

The last time I took my dog here the vet Dr.Singh was rude and insulting. I brought my dog in because she was having difficulty using the bathroom. They charged me $200 to express her anal glands and then admitted she was still yelping when she went to the bathroom. They said nothing was wrong with her and didn't have any other thoughts on how to treat her. The vet basically blamed me for feeding her Nutro brand dog food and chastised me for not having a heart worm test. My poor dog got sicker after the visit and I'm going to have to spend more money taking her to another vet. My dog look traumatized when we left, I'll never take her back.Read Less

I went to this doctor because another reviewer said you couldn't beat the rates. Reston Animal Hospital beats Animal Clinic of Tall Oaks hands down. I'm not sure why I didn't take my animals to Reston Animal Hospital. Tall Oaks charges $15 to clip nails. Reston Animal charges $5. Tall Oaks charged a $50 office visit for each of my animals brought in at the same time, where Reston Animal usually charges only one office visit fee. When I called to get the office visit rates, I was told $50 and the receptionist was advised that I had 2 animals coming in. She could have saved me the trouble of coming in.
