The vet is a bit of a curmudgeon, but he and the entire staff are very knowledgeable. very easy to get an appointment and you can tell they really care about the pets. They spend a lot of time answering all our "new puppy owner" questions, which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this little vet clinic.

My husband and I, have been with lucks lane vet for over 10 years,we have been bringing our 2 boys, until recently.we have been having a issue with one of the younger staff(which we made known to the Dr and his wife).Staff member was uncordial,many times .we believe,we should not have been treated with attitude .This Christmas season..we had given boxes of candy as gifts, We had received a call from the office stating that they were unhappy with our choice to omit the one assistant .. First.. we believe that no one should be told who to and not to give a gift to...Really!!! They stated that they could not accept our gifts...We came and picked up the gifts....and our boys records! We are no longer with Lucks Lane Vets...... we believe this situation could have been avoided....if the original issue would have been addressed....I guess after all these years our business was no longer appreciated. So we have moved on...

While I'd like to give this Vet a better rating because the office staff and Dr. were all very nice, I cant due to the level of knowledge. I have a rabbit they said they could see, I asked when I called if they had any experience working with rabbits and of course they said yes. Two weeks later my boy still isn't feeling better and I called to see if there was a different med they could give him and they said yes, and told me the medication. Which I googled to see if it was a approved medication for rabbits, and of course it was but only as a injectable not oral which they were wanting to give it which more then likely will lead to death. I feel a huge waste of time money and my rabbits health. I'm not sure how they are with cats and dogs but to anyone with a rabbit I would say don't risk your rabbits health. Take them somewhere where they know rabbits bc this place isn't it.

Our family is new to the area so this was our first time visiting Lucks Lane Veterinary Clinic. It is close to our home and the previous owners had recommended them. Everyone was friendly, professional, and loving toward our dog and myself. It was clean and they offer a variety of services and products.The only cons are they don't have after-hours call available and there is only one vet at this practice.

Saw am ad for a free visit so of course I was intrigued. Went and will definitely make this my vet. The staff was very friendly and very informative; I ask a lot if questions and received just ask man...

The staff was very friendly and very informative; I ask a lot if questions and received just ask many answers. The dog was also really great, he explained everything really well and was very nice and caring even while giving my puppy a shot. :)

Everyone was friendly, professional, and loving toward our dog and myself.
