This is the most caring Veterinary Clinic I've ever experienced. I've been using this clinic for almost 13 years. I lost one of my babies the week before Christmas and these people made me feel like I was with family. My other baby has had problems since New Years and I am so thankful to have these wonderful people looking after him. ❤

Total rip off. I deal with many veterinarian's in the Roanoke Valley with my job, and this place is by far the most expensive in the area. They perform "evaluations" without your knowledge, and then send you a corrected bill, after the fact. I made the mistake of taking my personal dog there one time. He was taken there for a basic booster shot, which they did not administer, and still charged me an outrageous amount while I was there, for pretty much nothing. I then received an additional bill in the mail for a so called pre-op screening, which I never requested, nor was I ever informed that I was receiving said service. Unless your ready to pay large amounts of money for minimal effort and services, I'd suggest you look elsewhere.

I have been taking my dogs here for several years. The staff is friendly, helpful and so good with my babies! I have seen several Vets and they have all been wonderful with my dogs. They are thorough in the examinations but take their time to make sure my dogs are as comfortable as possible. They explain every procedure and diagnosis fully and follow up with phone calls to make sure my dogs are doing well. This facility is top notch. Highly recommend them!

Dr. Edwards is amazing! Our dog (that we recently adopted) was coughing and had a swollen eye and she knew exactly what our dog needed to get better! She's very personable and knowledgable and truly cares about the pets and their owners. Even called the next day to check up on her! I recommend CSVC to anyone who wants their pets taken great care of!

Dr. Karras is wonderful, I was so happy to find such caring people at this clinic. Not only does Dr. Karras listen to you, he takes the time to really diagnose the problem, and he realizes that pet medical care can be hard for those of us who want to provide good care for our pets but may not always have the funds up front. The staff all seem to be extremely professional and caring. I am very grateful to have found this clinic where I feel comfortable taking my elder pet too. I cannot recommend this veterinary hospital enough.

I have been taking my dogs here for several years. The staff is friendly, helpful and so good with my babies! I have seen several Vets and they have all been wonderful with my dogs. Not only does Dr. Karras listen to you, he takes the time to really diagnose the problem, and he realizes that pet medical care can be hard for those of us who want to provide good care for our pets but may not always have the funds up front.
