We just had occasion for one dog to have orthopedic surgery for cruciate ligament repair. A day later we had a newly rescued pup surgically neutered. The staff provided a great deal of information for both patients, and very nice treatment of the animals. The surgeries were successful and the animals did well under the expert surgical care. I highly recommend The pet clinic in Rocky Mount as a source of routine as well as complicated veterinary care issues.

My dog reinjured her leg that has pins in it from a compound fracture that occurred 4 years ago that was so bad she was going to be put down. They refused to see us or see why we needed an appointment...
My dog reinjured her leg that has pins in it from a compound fracture that occurred 4 years ago that was so bad she was going to be put down. They refused to see us or see why we needed an appointment right away. She hurt herself Thursday and the best they could do was to get her in next Tuesday. That's ridiculous.

Dr. Etter was the vet for my dogs when I was a young girl and now that I have gotten married and moved to Roanoke I still drive all the way to Rocky Mount because I trust her and all of her staff so much and my 2 dogs absolutely love them.

Let's just say they run their ship with lots of small town "politics".

The doctors and staff of Pell Animal Clinic have exceded my expectations on numerous occasions. I am able to call and actually speak with a doctor concerning my pet, they call and check on them when they are ill or undergoing at home treatment and are always friendly and willing to go the extra mile! I have had some unusual medical cases and the doctors are extremely knowledgable and compassionate (as well as the rest of the staff). I have the utmost confidence in their abilities and trust the care of my pets to them. I could not imagine taking my many pets anywhere else.

We just had occasion for one dog to have orthopedic surgery for cruciate ligament repair. A day later we had a newly rescued pup surgically neutered. The staff provided a great deal of information for both patients, and very nice treatment of the animals. The surgeries were successful and the animals did well under the expert surgical care. I highly recommend The pet clinic in Rocky Mount as a source of routine as well as complicated veterinary care issues.
