Thee WORST place I have ever been to in over 4 different states. The staff is rude, unhelpful and uneducated. Dr. Hammett is arrogant, close minded, and flat out ignorant. Nothing but negativity and judgement in every thing I discussed about my pets. Ordered a prescription that my dog NEEDED to prevent a medical reaction, was told to pick it up the next day only to show up and the clinic is closed, with no contact, no numbers, no help, and then closed the following day as well. Paid over $400 for basic exams, and some simple core vaccines. Absolutely ridiculous. The building is small, dirty, unprofessional and unkempt. It looks like a run down apartment building. I will NEVER go here again, even in a dire emergency. Absolutely disgusted and appalled that this is a veterinary clinic. Save your money and go somewhere they care. Read Less

I had wrong diagnosis dog from another clinic, that I loved dearly. Took him to Dr. Hammett who did a wonderful surgery to try and save him. He did pass in the long run, but gave me an extra year to say goodbye. There was no amount of money that I would have done to save his life, and I was so thankful to dr.hammett for doing this remarkable surgery on my squirel bugs. Read Less

I had a kitty acting lethargic and wanted to get him in for a quick check before work. Very non specific symptoms, and I figured I was being overprotective, but better safe than sorry! I called right when they opened, and they put me in for 1045; it was my first time there. They called me back as soon as they had an earlier cancellation, which was super considerate of them. Everyone there was great - polite and friendly. The doctor was great with my kitty; he made jokes and kept everyone at ease despite having a very unhappy cat! I liked that he was not at all condescending and spoke to me very frankly. Everything turned out fine, and he didn't give me any hard time for coming in! This has to be the best animal clinic that I've ever taken my dogs to. After discovering a rather large tumor on my dog Duke's tongue, we took him there immediately. We knew it had to be check out and it didn't look good for him either. So a couple days later Duke was having surgery and we knew that he might not make it. With the love and care and the great expertise of the ladies and gentleman in this clinic Duke came through the surgery like a champ. He's able to use his tongue and eat like normal. He has tons of energy now. I personally don't believe he would have received better treatment any where else. Please take your animals to this clinic, you won't be disappointed.
