We've taken our dog here for years, and have seen 3 different vets there. They have all been amazing. Their staff is wonderful too. You can really feel how much they care about the animals they see. We are always in and out quickly but we never feel rushed. They take the time to answer all of your questions and are incredible all around. DO NOT RECOMMEND!!! Horribly run office. Very unprofessional staff. If I could rate 0 stars I would. Office manager is incompetent and sent a bill with a threatening hand written note. I asked to pay full amount the same day and paid the amount they told me. 2 days later they call me and say I owe them $200 more. Vet care may be acceptable here but the office is horribly run and they will hit you with fees you didn't expect. Take your business elsewhere and save yourself the headaches this place caused me. My dog had a serious digestinal problem. I called the vet on Wednesday. They never returned my phone call. I called them back and they still didn't offer any assistance. This vet office does not care about the animals that they service. Good for checkups, but TERRIBLE for other issues.. stay away!!! Read Less

So long waiting time without any reasonable excuse. First and last visit cause they do not appreciate customer's time. Appointments was at 3PM, arrived 10 min before. At 3:30 PM, 40 minutes later, they offered me to reschedule the appointment because of emergency cases (every hospital and med office has the same ridiculous excuse) why don't you call me and told me so in advance? Re-schedule? Are you guys serious? You want me to spend another 40 minutes of my life in your office for nothing? No thank you! People who not able to maintain their schedule could not be a good doctors in my point of view. So, will find my partner somebody else. Oh, by the way, another woman brought her dog 20 minus after me, and they let her in... while I was still waiting. No emergency cases for her I guess. We have been coming to DeRolf Animal Hospital for about 5 years. Dr. DeRolf and Dr. Smith have been nothing short of awesome the whole time. Until today, we would have said the same regarding their staff. We have referred, boasted and gushed about the business to other dog lovers. Today that all changed due to our interaction with a staff member that was new to us. Her demeanor and interaction with us was abrupt, patronizing, unprofessional and unconcerned that she cost the business a customer. We give Dr Derolf and Dr Smith 5 stars. Staff is now at 2 stars. They have done several pet surgeries and have always given great advise when it comes to our pets. They have always answered our calls when we had questions about care. They've taken great care of our 3 cats since we moved here in 2010. We had the sad task this morning of having to have our oldest girl put to sleep. She'd been diagnosed w/diabetes in Jan and had been receiving treatment and insulin but really went down hill fast in the last few days. When we took her to the vet this morning, we didn't know that's where we'd end up. Her body was shutting down. The doc was very sweet, compassionate and gave us all of the facts and gave us as much time as we needed to arrive at our decision.
