I was concerned about our dog’s wheezy sounding cough so I recorded her and sent it in and was told I was right to be concerned and to bring her in the next day. Glad we did as she needed meds. Doctor Ray is one of the best vets around and I would highly recommend Cypress Creek to anyone in the area. The other vets around are very expensive and Cypress Creek keeps your pets health and “pocket book health” reasonable. I have a three year old Golden who suffered paralyzation a month ago. Dr. Ray saw her the very morning I called, was knowledgeable about the problem my dog was having and checked up on her daily to see how she was progressing after her injury. I have been taking my pets there for many years, back before Dr. Sanderson took it over. My poor Corgi Natasha was a medical mess at the last years of her life. The compassion and personalized care from the vet techs to Dr Sanderson were immeasurable. Through many uncomfortable tests and procedures over the years, Natasha never minded coming into the office. They were even kind enough to send a card when Natasha passed at home in April. I live in the Western Branch secti...on of Chesapeake. It is definitely worth the drive to take my pets to Cypress Creek. I have a young Lab now and had tried a closer vet for Piper. It didn't take very long for me to come straight back to the quality, compassionate, and more affordable cares my animals (my babies) receive at Cypress Creek. My family and I have taken all of our animals to Roger's Vet for many many years. I was sad to see the Roger's Vet name leave and honestly a little scared too. BUT, I can honestly say I am afraid no more! Dr. Jennifer is amazing!!! I have so much confidence and faith in her and my lab absolutely loves her! She listens to what I have to say and then snuggles on the floor with him to figure out his ailments. He was really sick the other night and she waited for me to get there with him and then spent an hour running test and taking X-rays. I couldn't ask for a better and kinder person to look after my one and million dog! All of the staff are so loving and caring that he gets spoiled every time he goes.
