We've taken our lab here for years and they provide high quality, loving care for him, but with a bit of a small town feel. Dr. Eric Chafetz is the kindest, most knowledgable vet I've come across. I am constantly amazed at the amount of time he's willing to spend with pet and owner to discuss their overall health and well being.
We moved about 25 miles away recently, but when it came time to make some tough end of life choices, there was only one doctor that I would trust to help us walk through the process and to make the best decision for our loved one. I'll never forget the quality of service and caring that they've provided.

I have taken my cats to Vienna Animal Hospital for more than 20 years. Over the years Dr. Chafetz and Dr. Westfall have seen me through the loss of three of my fur babies. They treated my kitties (and me) with such compassion. Dr. Westfall is just a fabulous vet. She truly loves animals. She is very thorough in her exams. She treats my cats as if they are hers. The front office staff are awesome, they know who I am as soon as I walk through the door. The techs are incredible~~they scoop up the cats like they are old friends! Even though I've moved to the Fair Lakes area, I still continue to take my cats to Vienna Animal Hospital. Wouldn't think of going anywhere else :-D

If you want a knowledgeable and thorough vet that really cares about your pet, you should go to Dr. Eric Wolff. We have only the highest regard for Dr. Wolff who has taken a keen interest in the well being of our dog since our first visit. This was never more evident then during the recent onset of congestive heart failure in our 13 year old Cavalier King Charles Spaniel Grace. His timely referral to a local emergency care center and cardiologist certainly helped her survive the acute onset. Since then he has worked to coordinate treatment with the cardiologist and has contacted us on a number of occasions to see how Grace was doing and to offer assistance. Human doctors should take a lesson from Dr. Wolff!

This place is a joke, my wife waited over 30 minutes past her appointment time after showing up 10 minutes early and didn't see any other customers. They did a urinalysis and tried to tack on a full blood panel when we only wanted to test if my dog had a UTI. After spending less than five minutes actually in the room, they sent my wife up to the front desk and proceeded to charger her in excess of $400 (including $90 for a rabies shot and another $80 for a wellness checkup which they didn't even do). When she mentioned the price they said "This is Vienna, it has a higher cost of living." How pretentious can you get. Avoid.

I'm not from around here so used Yelp reviews to find an emergency vet for my dog and boy were they spot on. I called at 7:30 AM and they were booked solid so I was very disappointed that I would have to go elsewhere until they called me back at 8 AM stating they could squeeze is in! I've never had a more thorough vet appointment. The doctor sat down and talked to me about everything for a solid 15 minutes before even looking at my dog. He was very gentle and handled him great considering my guy was borderline aggressive from the pain. We left extremely pleased and pain free!!

We've be coming to Vienna Animal Hospital for almost ten years now and they're absolutely fantastic! Sadly we're moving away next month and so saying goodbye was extremely difficult. Dr. Westfall is a part of our family and there were a lot of tears. Our dog absolutely loves it there and excited to see Dr. Westfall every time. I would recommend them highly!

Can not say enough good things about Dr Chafetz and how attentive he has been to our 15yr old cat. She quite literally would not have made it through the holidays, and certainly would not be here months later without his thoughtful care and attention to detail. He even called to check on her (several times) over the holidays and when the office was closed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank you Dr Chafetz!

We've taken our lab here for years and they provide high quality, loving care for him, but with a bit of a small town feel. Dr. Eric Chafetz is the kindest, most knowledgable vet I've come across. I am constantly amazed at the amount of time he's willing to spend with pet and owner to discuss their overall health and well being.

We've be coming to Vienna Animal Hospital for almost ten years now and they're absolutely fantastic! Sadly we're moving away next month and so saying goodbye was extremely difficult. Dr. Westfall is a part of our family and there were a lot of tears. Our dog absolutely loves it there and excited to see Dr. Westfall every time. I would recommend them highly!

Can not say enough good things about Dr Chafetz and how attentive he has been to our 15yr old cat. She quite literally would not have made it through the holidays, and certainly would not be here months later without his thoughtful care and attention to detail. He even called to check on her (several times) over the holidays and when the office was closed. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. Thank you Dr Chafetz!
