Dr Bracey is an excellent Vet. She has taken care of my KCCS for about 7 years. Every Vet who sees you have KCCS doubles the price of the vet bill. Dr Bracey bills are very reasonable. She is very knowledgable & can answer all your questions & if she doesn't know the answer she will find out and call you. She and her staff are very good with the dogs and kind. I would not go elsewhere.

Wonderful staff and doctor. They saved my fur baby and helped us learn how to care for him after a diagnosis of diabetes. Which was discovered while treating him for a serious infection in his leg.

We love this hospital. We became new patients yesterday and have found our new vet. Dr. Bracy made us feel so welcome and explained everything throughly and completely answered all of our questions, which is something we are not used to, and one of the reasons we decided to switch veterinarians. We highly recommend this hospital for the care of your pets.

Kind and Caring, Dr. Bracy and her staff display the demeanor I would want from my child's pediatrician . I have been very pleased . I had shopped around some pricing prior to my visit and I believe they offer a level of care that is exceptional , but affordable. Another Veterinarian we visited wanted to sell me Pet Insurance on our first visit, I felt there was a scam afoot. At IRVH I never feel like they are trying to sell me anything and they have always treated me as I would treat others .

I am very pleased with the level of care that Dr. Bracy and her staff provide. I was originally taking my 3 dogs to Banfield, but I wasn't impressed with their care over time. It seemed more like they were concerned about profiting from unessecary tests and medications rather than the overall care of my babies. Dr. Bracy and her staff are genuine and loving and in no way did I get the vibe that they only cared about money. They are super affordable and most importantly, thorough and knowledgeable. I am happy that I found them and am confident that my babies will be well taken care of here.

The staff are wonderful! I've brought my dog Dexter here three times. He has anxiety, and they've been great about working with him and trying to make him feel comfortable. You can see how much they love animals. Dr. Bracy is very knowledgable. She provides you with options and is conscious of budget.

They are extremely nice here. I had to bring in my dog on a very short notice and they fit me right in with no problem. The staff is so welcoming and oh so kind to each and everyone of their clients. They explained everything to me and answered all of my questions. I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else but here!

Dr. Bracy and her staff are very helpful and friendly! I love that Dr. Bracy is very thorough in doing every bit of research she can to find the best possible treatment and solutions for my pets. She loves the animal patients and is always very kind and considerate to pets and owners. Does she sometimes run a bit behind schedule? Yes, but that's only because she is providing her best service and care to every patient and makes room for emergencies. I wouldn't want anything less for my pets! Big thanks to everyone at IRVH!! We love this hospital. We became new patients yesterday and have found our new vet. Dr. Bracy made us feel so welcome and explained everything throughly and completely answered all of our questions, which is something we are not used to, and one of the reasons we decided to switch veterinarians. I am very pleased with the level of care that Dr. Bracy and her staff provide. I was originally taking my 3 dogs to Banfield, but I wasn't impressed with their care over time. It seemed more like they were concerned about profiting from unessecary tests and medications rather than the overall care of my babies. Dr. Bracy and her staff are genuine and loving and in no way did I get the vibe that they only cared about money. They are super affordable and most importantly, thorough and knowledgeable. I am happy that I found them and am confident that my babies will be well taken care of here.
