BEWARE!!!!! Unless you want them to call Animal Control on you for refusing to pay for expensive tests you had done a month ago at a different vet, DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I wanted them to only treat my 24 year old cat's cold symptoms before until I could get him into his normal vet the next day, during regular hours. I've never been treated so horribly and was actually told to leave by the vet herself because she was unwilling to give him a simple cold remedy!! I left at her request and had animal control knocking at my door the next morning, telling me what I needed to do with my cat, which was already being done later that day. Owl Creek does not have the best interest of your pet in mind. This was the second time I went there for simple treatment for my cat and was only given the option to spend hundereds of dollars on tests that have nothing to do with the treatment we were seeking. I could say so much more about what happened but I am so sad today at the loss of my precious cat yesterday and don't have the mental energy right now. If I was unwilling to treat my cat, I would not have spent a total of $1200 dollars on him the past month, NOR would I have rushed him up there after I got off work and realized he was sick. I could not see putting him through any more testing when I was preparing to have him put to sleep anyways. What happened was completely wrong and they could do this to any one of us adoring pet owners. People need to know what kind of a vet this is. They are money hungry, guilt tripping grubs. I didn't fall for it and out of spite, I believe, they tried to make things as difficult on me as possible. And it worked. I did not need this added stress and drama at this already difficult time. I WILL NEVER MAKE THE MISTAKE OF STEPPING FOOT ANYWHERE NEAR THIS PLACE AGAIN AND YOU SHOULDN'T EITHER!!! Birdneck Animal Hospital is one mile up the road and will not treat you as this horrid place did.

Upon examining your cat, the doctor made some recommendations for the illnesses your cat was suffering from, which were all declined. We will not make any recommendations for treatment unless we believe they are medically necessary, although we do respect that it is your decision whether to proceed with care for your pet. We’re very sorry for your loss and know all too well how difficult this time can be. I dropped my dog off for a six day stay, they have friendly staff, prices are comparable. This place does seem to have unusual requirements that seem to be made up. I don't like how they require the Bordetella shot every six months. This shot is good for a year anywhere else I have been. It seems like it's just a way to get more money to require it twice as often. When I asked why it was required every six months as opposed to every year she replied "we just require it" that's not really a good enough answer for me so I think I probably won't be back. I'll stick to Acredale which is my primary vet. My dog seemed happy enough when I got him back so I think the place is pretty good for boarding and I would recommend them. Just be weary of made up extra requirements that can't be explained.

Owl Creek was my veterinary of choice for the last few years. The staff is friendly, I was always able to get appointments quickly if needed, and the Veterinarians were very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, my last experience with them resulted in many unnecessary labs and x-rays which landed me with an astronomical bill. My 5 year old terrier had an upset stomach (minimal vomiting, and still eating as normal) and was told that the best course of action was to run blood work and do x-rays. While I did have to sign off of the estimated cost (which was $100 less then my final bill), I felt pressured to provide this care to my dog. I believe the recommended course of treatment should have been to start conservatively with medication, and if symptoms did not improve, then additional testing should be done. I certainly want the best for my pets, and wanted to get him comfortable, however, the pressure to perform unnecessary testing should have been discussed with me in more detail, but it seemed more of an afterthought. The result of all of the labs was a few days of antacids and a low fat diet, which could have been discovered by simply starting the medication and changing the food.

While I feel that their veterinarians and staff are pleasant, multiple times we have been pushed with the most costly options first for treatment.The final straw was our dog having an upset stomach and we spent over $750 for tests that yielded a result of nothing more than treatment with antacids and other medication which should have been the first option.Their facilities are nice and I'm sure that their vets and technicians are knowledgeable, but trust is a big factor and I do not feel that they have a hard working family's best interests as their priority. I feel taken advantage of when comparatively they are far more expensive than equally effective veterinary practices in the area.

I cannot say enough good things about this business! The staff are courteous pleasant professional and take an honest interest in my dog. They have cared for her since we adopted her and have given nothing but top notch care. The vets are knowledgeable and loving and truly are invested in my dogs health while being. I would recommend to anyone looking for a small hometown vet that knows your name when you walk in the door.

We have had vets and we have had Dr Ayre. She diagnosed our dog after 7 other vets missed it. She changed his life, gave him extra (comfortable) years and lovingly, truly lovingly, attended him in his last minutes. My dog, like your dog, was extraordinary and he deserved her. She then saved my cat with his nearly severed nerves in his hindquarter and he romped for more years. We have had what seemed like miracles with her but really they are the measure of her acumen and caring. We learn from her at every visit. We pass many vets to get to Owl Creek. Everyone is a delight. Michelle is a joy to us. This may not be the most inexpensive vet you could choose but if you want a vet that will go the full measure, is brilliant, broad in her thinking, skilled with her hands and will really care about your animal and listen to you...put your money here.

Although we have been coming here for a decade, we typically have to wait 45 minutes or more to see the doctor. Most of the staff is very pleasant and we like Dr. Ayre. Unfortunately, having two dogs and their prices being sky high, I always leave broke. The staff do not always communicate clearly and we are left to run back and forth to their office for what should be simple things. For example, we were told via a phone conversation that one of our dogs needed a special kidney diet. We went online to look up the food and found out it comes in several formulas (A, K, F, etc). Did they tell us this when we were on the phone? No! So I had to call back and clarify which type we needed. Then my husband ran out to PetSmart to purchase the special food and was told he needed a prescription. Did they tell us we needed a prescription to buy the food? No! Now we have to go back to their office to pick up the food they sell. This is wasting our time, money and our dog's care. My husband would prefer that we go somewhere else, but they offer boarding and the dogs have always come out of it fine. That is really the reason we stay.

I had to take my dog in to have his nails trimmed. He had a couple nails that had started to curl like a rams horns and I did not just want to take him to a groomer. I actually was surprised when I got there that they did not feel that he should be sedated to take care of this little problem. My major concern was that he would be in pain while trying to fix this. So I went in expecting a hefty vet bill and was pleasantly surprised to get out for far less than I expected. I have been looking for a new full time Vet for my dog I think I have found it.

We took our 6 month old pup, Delta, to OC because she had a tumor that sprung up on her ear out of nowhere. I was a little bit nervous to go, since I didn't know anyone who would personally brought their pet care and because of some of the reviews that I read weren't the greatest. But our experience with Dr. J along as well as with the rest of the staff was a great one. They were friendly and knowledgeable and they didn't try to force me into making any decisions I didn't want to make. Dr. J also offered options to help us save some money on the procedure that we ended up having to have done on our Delta's ear. Some people complain about the cost of this vet but honestly, all private vets will have higher prices than if you were to take your pet to some chain like Petsmart. My parents' cat was diagnosed with a stomach tumor just days before they traveled to California to visit me, so we left him in the care of my grandparents who live in the Virginia Beach area. Unfortunately, the cat's health declined very rapidly while they were cross-country and we had to make the difficult decision to go through the euthanasia process long-distance. While this was not the outcome we were hoping for, everyone at Owl Creek was extremely kind throughout the coordination and facilitation of the procedure. We are grateful to the doctors and staff for helping to end Duke's suffering and we appreciate the care and support we were given in this difficult time.

I called for an appointment as I am between vets after cancelling Banfield. They gave me a same day appt. No one mentioned that I was seeing a "stand in" vet while the regular staff vet was on vacation. The staff and vet were very kind and proficient. When my pup's eye was not any better within two weeks, I called back for a referral to an eye specialist. I was told to come back in so their regular vet could evaluate it and go from there. Upon entering the room, I had a several things thrown at me at once, before the eye was even mentioned. I felt like I was in a high pressure sales pitch. The bedside manner of the vet was deplorable. She had me scared to death that my Pug's eye was going to rupture. I explained that I couldn't see the specialist that afternoon but could tomorrow and any other day. I was given an insulting mention on how this eye was more important than missing a soccer game. Excuse me, it was about not being able to be in 3 places at one time. (2 kids with soccer, 1 pup) There were several other rude comments but really aren't worth the write. After seeing the great specialist she referred me to, I was told the eye ulcer identified by OC was actually old as it did not pick up stain and was no worry. I was given drops with steroid and was told to treat for dry eye. Happy ending but I will not be returning or recommending OC to any of my friends or family.

I just bought an English Bulldog puppy (Lucy), and this was my first time with arranging vet appointments. I was nervous and hesitant because I have read some negative reviews (on other vets around the Virginia Beach area) while searching for the perfect Veterinary Hospital. Finally, I came across Owl Creek and read such great reviews. So, I figured I would give it a try.
Needless to say, I am very happy with my decision and thankful I was able to bring my little Lucy to such a great place where I know in my heart her best interest comes first. For people out there who claim the pricing is expensive, what do you expect to pay when it comes to the well being of your family member? I don't know about you, but I am willing to pay the price it takes to ensure my pup's health and living a fulfilling long life.
Owl Creek treated my pup as if it was their own, I have no doubt I will have plenty more wonderful experiences to come. I am by no means seasoned in the Veterinary Hospital field, but I don't need to be when it comes to knowing what place is best and going to give their best care for my pup.
One more thing- Marcie (I believe was her name) the Receptionist, was very welcoming on the phone and made me feel comfortable with choosing Owl Creek for Lucy. Other Hospitals I called were not friendly at all, this helped make my decision a little easier. Thank you!

I've been taking my pets to Owl Creek since moving to Virginia about 8 years ago. I found out about Owl Creek through the recommendation of a friend who also owned beagles, and I never considered visiting another vet since then. I live in Norfolk near the airport, but I don't mind the long drive out to Birdneck Rd because the quality of care that my pets receive - whether for a doctor's visit, boarding, or grooming - is absolutely worth it. The cost of care can be a little bit higher than some other vets, I suppose, compared to some other practices, but I truly believe that you get what you pay for. The level of professionalism is second to none. I place a high level of trust in all aspects of their practice.

Our 12-years old Golden Retriever "Seagram7" was an Owl Creek patient until he passed away in 2000. We didn't have fur babies after Seagram but on 2014, we have Daniel, a Maltipoo and then Drew, a Maltese (they are half brothers by their dad) joined our family. Both go to Owl Creek for their health, boarding, daycare and grooming. I can't say enough of how nice the staff are. My two babies get so excited and couldn't wait to go inside the door at the Owl Creek. The first time I board them on Christmas I was a wreck. The staff kept me informed and sent pictures of our babies. When I picked them up, they were happy and wagging their tails. Just this past April, we board them again for 8 days and believed me, seeing them prancing, happy and wagging their tails walking towards the boarding room as if to say "bye mom we're off to our fun vacation ourselves" made a big difference leaving them behind this time around. My boys love the staff at Owl Creek. I think because of the loving staff and family-type atmosphere of Owl Creek and our boys are being treated like their own, they are happy and very well adjusted little fur babies. Thank you Owl Creek for making it less stressful for us when we travel knowing our babies are being very-well cared for and being treated like your own family. At Owl Creek, it's like a one-stop service! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a Vet and like services.

Our family has relied on OCVH for nearly 30 years and spent 10's of thousands of dollars for routine, acute, and specialized care for our pets over the decades. That said, it genuinely pains me to submit a negative review for this clinic. Recent changes with their policies and pricing have turned our once beloved hospital into a money grabbing profit-focused outfit. Will you get good or great care, typically - yes. However, bring your gold card or first born, because it's going to cost you 25% to 100% more for similar care compared to most any other clinic/hospital. Yes, our household can afford their care, but we refuse to get suckered in by their holier than thou attitude any longer. So, if you can spend a lot more, feel free to do so. If you're like us, and are tired of paying waaaay to much, then you might want to shop around. Sad, we will no longer depend on OCVH for the care of our pets.

I was not familiar with Owl Creek and was going to a national chain vet office close to my house. I was not satisfied with their service. I have a former shelter dog with some anxiety issues, and they just didn't know how to work with him. Today I brought him to Owl Creek at the recommendation of his trainer, and I was amazed! The staff is so knowledgeable and professional, and seeing my special needs baby in such capable hands put me at ease. Owl Creek will be his care provider from now on!

BEWARE!!!!! Unless you want them to call Animal Control on you for refusing to pay for expensive tests you had done a month ago at a different vet, DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I wanted them to only treat my 24 year old cat's cold symptoms before until I could get him into his normal vet the next day, during regular hours. I've never been treated so horribly and was actually told to leave by the vet herself because she was unwilling to give him a simple cold remedy!! I left at her request and had animal control knocking at my door the next morning, telling me what I needed to do with my cat, which was already being done later that day. Owl Creek does not have the best interest of your pet in mind. This was the second time I went there for simple treatment for my cat and was only given the option to spend hundereds of dollars on tests that have nothing to do with the treatment we were seeking. I could say so much more about what happened but I am so sad today at the loss of my precious cat yesterday and don't have the mental energy right now. If I was unwilling to treat my cat, I would not have spent a total of $1200 dollars on him the past month, NOR would I have rushed him up there after I got off work and realized he was sick. I could not see putting him through any more testing when I was preparing to have him put to sleep anyways. What happened was completely wrong and they could do this to any one of us adoring pet owners. People need to know what kind of a vet this is. They are money hungry, guilt tripping grubs. I didn't fall for it and out of spite, I believe, they tried to make things as difficult on me as possible. And it worked. I did not need this added stress and drama at this already difficult time. I WILL NEVER MAKE THE MISTAKE OF STEPPING FOOT ANYWHERE NEAR THIS PLACE AGAIN AND YOU SHOULDN'T EITHER!!! Birdneck Animal Hospital is one mile up the road and will not treat you as this horrid place did.

BEWARE!!!!! Unless you want them to call Animal Control on you for refusing to pay for expensive tests you had done a month ago at a different vet, DO NOT COME HERE!!!! I wanted them to only treat my 24 year old cat's cold symptoms before until I could get him into his normal vet the next day, during regular hours. I've never been treated so horribly and was actually told to leave by the vet herself because she was unwilling to give him a simple cold remedy!! I left at her request and had animal control knocking at my door the next morning, telling me what I needed to do with my cat, which was already being done later that day. Owl Creek does not have the best interest of your pet in mind. This was the second time I went there for simple treatment for my cat and was only given the option to spend hundereds of dollars on tests that have nothing to do with the treatment we were seeking. I could say so much more about what happened but I am so sad today at the loss of my precious cat yesterday and don't have the mental energy right now. If I was unwilling to treat my cat, I would not have spent a total of $1200 dollars on him the past month, NOR would I have rushed him up there after I got off work and realized he was sick. I could not see putting him through any more testing when I was preparing to have him put to sleep anyways. What happened was completely wrong and they could do this to any one of us adoring pet owners. People need to know what kind of a vet this is. They are money hungry, guilt tripping grubs. I didn't fall for it and out of spite, I believe, they tried to make things as difficult on me as possible. And it worked. I did not need this added stress and drama at this already difficult time. I WILL NEVER MAKE THE MISTAKE OF STEPPING FOOT ANYWHERE NEAR THIS PLACE AGAIN AND YOU SHOULDN'T EITHER!!! Birdneck Animal Hospital is one mile up the road and will not treat you as this horrid place did.

I dropped my dog off for a six day stay, they have friendly staff, prices are comparable. This place does seem to have unusual requirements that seem to be made up. I don't like how they require the Bordetella shot every six months. This shot is good for a year anywhere else I have been. It seems like it's just a way to get more money to require it twice as often. When I asked why it was required every six months as opposed to every year she replied "we just require it" that's not really a good enough answer for me so I think I probably won't be back. I'll stick to Acredale which is my primary vet. My dog seemed happy enough when I got him back so I think the place is pretty good for boarding and I would recommend them. Just be weary of made up extra requirements that can't be explained.

Owl Creek was my veterinary of choice for the last few years. The staff is friendly, I was always able to get appointments quickly if needed, and the Veterinarians were very knowledgeable. Unfortunately, my last experience with them resulted in many unnecessary labs and x-rays which landed me with an astronomical bill. My 5 year old terrier had an upset stomach (minimal vomiting, and still eating as normal) and was told that the best course of action was to run blood work and do x-rays. While I did have to sign off of the estimated cost (which was $100 less then my final bill), I felt pressured to provide this care to my dog. I believe the recommended course of treatment should have been to start conservatively with medication, and if symptoms did not improve, then additional testing should be done. I certainly want the best for my pets, and wanted to get him comfortable, however, the pressure to perform unnecessary testing should have been discussed with me in more detail, but it seemed more of an afterthought. The result of all of the labs was a few days of antacids and a low fat diet, which could have been discovered by simply starting the medication and changing the food.

While I feel that their veterinarians and staff are pleasant, multiple times we have been pushed with the most costly options first for treatment.The final straw was our dog having an upset stomach and we spent over $750 for tests that yielded a result of nothing more than treatment with antacids and other medication which should have been the first option.Their facilities are nice and I'm sure that their vets and technicians are knowledgeable, but trust is a big factor and I do not feel that they have a hard working family's best interests as their priority. I feel taken advantage of when comparatively they are far more expensive than equally effective veterinary practices in the area.

They have cared for her since we adopted her and have given nothing but top notch care. The vets are knowledgeable and loving and truly are invested in my dogs health while being. I would recommend to anyone looking for a small hometown vet that knows your name when you walk in the door.

We have had vets and we have had Dr Ayre. She diagnosed our dog after 7 other vets missed it. She changed his life, gave him extra (comfortable) years and lovingly, truly lovingly, attended him in his last minutes. My dog, like your dog, was extraordinary and he deserved her. She then saved my cat with his nearly severed nerves in his hindquarter and he romped for more years. We have had what seemed like miracles with her but really they are the measure of her acumen and caring. We learn from her at every visit. We pass many vets to get to Owl Creek. Everyone is a delight. Michelle is a joy to us. This may not be the most inexpensive vet you could choose but if you want a vet that will go the full measure, is brilliant, broad in her thinking, skilled with her hands and will really care about your animal and listen to you...put your money here.

Although we have been coming here for a decade, we typically have to wait 45 minutes or more to see the doctor. Most of the staff is very pleasant and we like Dr. Ayre. Unfortunately, having two dogs and their prices being sky high, I always leave broke. The staff do not always communicate clearly and we are left to run back and forth to their office for what should be simple things. For example, we were told via a phone conversation that one of our dogs needed a special kidney diet. We went online to look up the food and found out it comes in several formulas (A, K, F, etc). Did they tell us this when we were on the phone? No! So I had to call back and clarify which type we needed. Then my husband ran out to PetSmart to purchase the special food and was told he needed a prescription. Did they tell us we needed a prescription to buy the food? No! Now we have to go back to their office to pick up the food they sell. This is wasting our time, money and our dog's care. My husband would prefer that we go somewhere else, but they offer boarding and the dogs have always come out of it fine. That is really the reason we stay.

I had to take my dog in to have his nails trimmed. He had a couple nails that had started to curl like a rams horns and I did not just want to take him to a groomer. I actually was surprised when I got there that they did not feel that he should be sedated to take care of this little problem. My major concern was that he would be in pain while trying to fix this. So I went in expecting a hefty vet bill and was pleasantly surprised to get out for far less than I expected. I have been looking for a new full time Vet for my dog I think I have found it.

After my last experience, I will be boarding him there from now on. I've boarded with PetSmart before, but did not feel he was getting the care and attention that he did at Owl Creek. We took our 6 month old pup, Delta, to OC because she had a tumor that sprung up on her ear out of nowhere. I was a little bit nervous to go, since I didn't know anyone who would personally brought their pet care and because of some of the reviews that I read weren't the greatest. But our experience with Dr. J along as well as with the rest of the staff was a great one. They were friendly and knowledgeable and they didn't try to force me into making any decisions I didn't want to make. Dr. J also offered options to help us save some money on the procedure that we ended up having to have done on our Delta's ear. Some people complain about the cost of this vet but honestly, all private vets will have higher prices than if you were to take your pet to some chain like Petsmart. In my experience, chain store vets never offer the level of care and concern as many private vets do. Thanks Dr. J and the staff of OC!

My parents' cat was diagnosed with a stomach tumor just days before they traveled to California to visit me, so we left him in the care of my grandparents who live in the Virginia Beach area. Unfortunately, the cat's health declined very rapidly while they were cross-country and we had to make the difficult decision to go through the euthanasia process long-distance. While this was not the outcome we were hoping for, everyone at Owl Creek was extremely kind throughout the coordination and facilitation of the procedure. We are grateful to the doctors and staff for helping to end Duke's suffering and we appreciate the care and support we were given in this difficult time.

I called for an appointment as I am between vets after cancelling Banfield. They gave me a same day appt. No one mentioned that I was seeing a "stand in" vet while the regular staff vet was on vacation. The staff and vet were very kind and proficient. When my pup's eye was not any better within two weeks, I called back for a referral to an eye specialist. I was told to come back in so their regular vet could evaluate it and go from there. Upon entering the room, I had a several things thrown at me at once, before the eye was even mentioned. I felt like I was in a high pressure sales pitch. The bedside manner of the vet was deplorable. She had me scared to death that my Pug's eye was going to rupture. I explained that I couldn't see the specialist that afternoon but could tomorrow and any other day. I was given an insulting mention on how this eye was more important than missing a soccer game. Excuse me, it was about not being able to be in 3 places at one time. (2 kids with soccer, 1 pup) There were several other rude comments but really aren't worth the write. After seeing the great specialist she referred me to, I was told the eye ulcer identified by OC was actually old as it did not pick up stain and was no worry. I was given drops with steroid and was told to treat for dry eye. Happy ending but I will not be returning or recommending OC to any of my friends or family.

I just bought an English Bulldog puppy (Lucy), and this was my first time with arranging vet appointments. I was nervous and hesitant because I have read some negative reviews (on other vets around the Virginia Beach area) while searching for the perfect Veterinary Hospital. Finally, I came across Owl Creek and read such great reviews. So, I figured I would give it a try.
Needless to say, I am very happy with my decision and thankful I was able to bring my little Lucy to such a great place where I know in my heart her best interest comes first. For people out there who claim the pricing is expensive, what do you expect to pay when it comes to the well being of your family member? I don't know about you, but I am willing to pay the price it takes to ensure my pup's health and living a fulfilling long life.
Owl Creek treated my pup as if it was their own, I have no doubt I will have plenty more wonderful experiences to come. I am by no means seasoned in the Veterinary Hospital field, but I don't need to be when it comes to knowing what place is best and going to give their best care for my pup.
One more thing- Marcie (I believe was her name) the Receptionist, was very welcoming on the phone and made me feel comfortable with choosing Owl Creek for Lucy. Other Hospitals I called were not friendly at all, this helped make my decision a little easier. Thank you!

I've been taking my pets to Owl Creek since moving to Virginia about 8 years ago. I found out about Owl Creek through the recommendation of a friend who also owned beagles, and I never considered visiting another vet since then. I live in Norfolk near the airport, but I don't mind the long drive out to Birdneck Rd because the quality of care that my pets receive - whether for a doctor's visit, boarding, or grooming - is absolutely worth it. The cost of care can be a little bit higher than some other vets, I suppose, compared to some other practices, but I truly believe that you get what you pay for. The level of professionalism is second to none. I place a high level of trust in all aspects of their practice.

Our 12-years old Golden Retriever "Seagram7" was an Owl Creek patient until he passed away in 2000. We didn't have fur babies after Seagram but on 2014, we have Daniel, a Maltipoo and then Drew, a Maltese (they are half brothers by their dad) joined our family. Both go to Owl Creek for their health, boarding, daycare and grooming. I can't say enough of how nice the staff are. My two babies get so excited and couldn't wait to go inside the door at the Owl Creek. The first time I board them on Christmas I was a wreck. The staff kept me informed and sent pictures of our babies. When I picked them up, they were happy and wagging their tails. Just this past April, we board them again for 8 days and believed me, seeing them prancing, happy and wagging their tails walking towards the boarding room as if to say "bye mom we're off to our fun vacation ourselves" made a big difference leaving them behind this time around. My boys love the staff at Owl Creek. I think because of the loving staff and family-type atmosphere of Owl Creek and our boys are being treated like their own, they are happy and very well adjusted little fur babies. Thank you Owl Creek for making it less stressful for us when we travel knowing our babies are being very-well cared for and being treated like your own family. At Owl Creek, it's like a one-stop service! Highly recommend to anyone looking for a Vet and like services.

She is totally committed to your family pet with the idea that the whole family is involved. She makes her diagnosis & treatment options easy for anyone to understand. Our family has relied on OCVH for nearly 30 years and spent 10's of thousands of dollars for routine, acute, and specialized care for our pets over the decades. That said, it genuinely pains me to submit a negative review for this clinic. Recent changes with their policies and pricing have turned our once beloved hospital into a money grabbing profit-focused outfit. Will you get good or great care, typically - yes. However, bring your gold card or first born, because it's going to cost you 25% to 100% more for similar care compared to most any other clinic/hospital. Yes, our household can afford their care, but we refuse to get suckered in by their holier than thou attitude any longer. So, if you can spend a lot more, feel free to do so. If you're like us, and are tired of paying waaaay to much, then you might want to shop around. Sad, we will no longer depend on OCVH for the care of our pets.

I was not familiar with Owl Creek and was going to a national chain vet office close to my house. I was not satisfied with their service. I have a former shelter dog with some anxiety issues, and they just didn't know how to work with him. Today I brought him to Owl Creek at the recommendation of his trainer, and I was amazed! The staff is so knowledgeable and professional, and seeing my special needs baby in such capable hands put me at ease. Owl Creek will be his care provider from now on!
