I've been taking my cat to the Pet Clinic at Woods Corner to see Dr. Radomski for three years now and my family has been clients for almost ten years. I cannot recommend the clinic, Dr. Radomski, and his staff enough. They are simply the best at what they do and they have impeccable customer service! I feel that they genuinely care about my pets and that Dr. Radomski gives a professional, clear, and frank opinion when needed. If I could give this place zero stars I would. As soon as we walked in the door, there was no caring at all. My dog is usually super hyper and loving, loves to meet new people- he could feel the bad vibes in this place. The staff made everything seem like everything was my fault and I didn't take care of my dog. Once we saw the doctor, he barely looked at my dog and just decided to prescribe him a medication. I had questions and none were answered. I think if I will pay $50 just to be there, my questions should be answered. I am new to Virginia Beach, but I will NEVER be back to this place. Read Less

I take all my fur babies to see Dr Bruce. I'm sad to see the high overturn of staff members. We have one large dog that obviously the Doc is leary of, so I wish Nick was still there to help. I feel as if I'm paying for visits that my dog is not being properly examined due to this fear. If you have smaller mellow dogs this is definitely the place for your u, as my other dogs love going here. I recommend woods corner to everyone who asks. The pricing is fair, until you need meds. I can't rate the staff because it has changed again but the previous staff was some of the best vets techs I've dealt with. The best thing, you get the same doctor every time, not like other places where you get someone different each time. Read Less

This is a very easy rewiew to write, but with a very heavy heart. I've been taking my dogs to see Dr Bruce and the staff at The Pet Clinic at Woods Corner for the last 11 years. I first meet them when I got my little girl dachshund from his neighbor back on Dec 26th, 2004. Over the years they've cared for my growing weenie family with such kindness. Having long and low dogs comes with health complications from time to time. We worked through two back problems (IVDD), weight issues and skin problems. In November of this year my wee girl, Eowyn, came down with pancreatitis. She never got better after exhausting all options we had to make the difficult decision to put her to sleep. She'd been a patient for 11 years and when the time came the Dr Radomski and his staff showed us so much love, kindness and compassion. They explained the process clearly and helped us as she passed. There wasn't a dry eye in the clinic. They made it so we were the only ones there and gave us the time we needed to say goodbye to our sweet family member. After the allowed us to cry and take our time with her. They helped us to make the arrangements for her cremation. We are so saddened by our loss but I am truly grateful and appreciative of everything that Dr Bruce and his staff have done for my wee girl over the years, especially at the end of her life. They will continue to be our vet for our other two wee fur babies for as long as we are in the area. Read Less

My experience with this vet has been amazing. He has been my vet for decades. Dr. Bruce Radomski has cared for two of my dogs, and dogs I have found. He and his staff are very personable. The only reason why I rated this practice with 4 starts instead of 5 is because they could have a better web presence. I'm not talking about them being involved in social media sites and all that. But a simple site that shows their hours, products, and services. I would not hesitate to recommend them and I have recommended them to my in-laws, and several acquaintances who were impressed as well.Read Less
