We have finally found the best vet in the area! I initially chose this place after finding out the take Care Credit and work with exotics (we have ferrets). We first met with Dr.Morris and he was fantastic with my ferret Clover. She had a tumor growing on her tail that came on and grew very fast. We immediately examined it and knew what the next step was. She had to have surgery to remove it. I was very nervous about the surgery since she had to go under anesthesia but the nurses all came out and made me feel better about it. A few hours later, Dr. Morris called and said everything went smoothly and I could pick her up later that day. I was so relieved when the front desk told me how playful Clover was with everyone and how friendly she was. I had to bring her consistently in several times a week to change her bandage and everyone was so excited to see her each time and she was always in good hands. She ended up having to have another surgery but it went even smoother than the last. Dr. Morris and Baker kept us well informed of what was going on each time and now Clover is doing so much better. I can't thank this place enough for taking care of her. I also briefly met Dr. Slagel when I brought my elderly German Shepherd in for a check up and skin infection which she helped clear up right away. So glad all my babies are in good hands when I bring them here. Excellent staff and excellent treatment.

I have been bringing my rabbits to see Dr. Morris for the past four years, and I would never go anywhere else! It's very easy to schedule an appointment over the phone, and the staff are all incredibly helpful and friendly! It's hard to find a vet in the seven cities who is knowledgeable about rabbits, but Dr. Morris is fantastic! He's very personable and always offers resources for you to read and look up to ensure that you're well informed on how to care for your fur baby.

This place was recommended by a friend and since it was just minutes from my house I decided to give them a try. When it comes to my baby Zeus I want someone who is informative and patient with my inexperience with raising a puppy. Open entry I was treated by a friendly receptionistWho had a great attitude. The time between arrival and being called back was short. They weigh my dog and took us to a room. I'm came Dr. Baker who was very friendly and welcoming. He made our visit personal by asking not just questions about Zeus but ourselves as well. The prices weren't bad at all for the service that's was provided all shots needed at 5 months as well as medications for deworming. My family will continue to use this office. I will also recommend them to all my friends who ask

We've been clients for about 25 years. I love the level of professionalism, empathy and "family feel" environment we get from Dr. Morris and Dr Baker. Dr Morris's "out of the box" solutions are always valuable and have saved us $$$. We started with Dr Morris from the beginning and developed such a level of trust in the care he provides to our pets. Dr Baker came on board later and has followed suit. They are both outstanding doctors. We've seen both of them depending on who was available at the time we needed to come in. Both are very compassionate about their work and the care of animals. We like their upbeat personalities. We trust their impeccable care for our pets wholeheartedly and would not hesitate to recommend this Veterinary Hospital to anyone. Let's not forget the technicians and staff---wonderful!

Overpriced and unavailable. The doctors all take lunch at the same time every day so if you experience some kind of emergency like I did, you're better off elsewhere. When I asked why they do that the woman up front very rudely responded, "umm because they can." They charge $87 for emergency walk ins, even for current customers, when someone is by some odd chance actually available. Do not bring your pet here.

I would just like to say that there is a reason this place has almost all 5 star reviews on Yelp! My dog had been suffering from a serious ear infection causing her ears to bleed. I called first thing in the morning when they opened and asked if it was possible she could be seen today. They told me to bring her in ASAP and would do the best to squeeze me in even though they were already booked up the entire day. I arrived and was immediately checked in and my dog Bailey was seen and examined promptly. Dr. Baker was great. He assessed the issue and we went from there. This vet hospital cares more about the animals than it does profit. I understand that it's a business, but to have a group of people at Va Beach Vet Hospital that care sincerely about fixing your pets issues without being overboard price wise and willing to work with your budget. I highly recommend this place for anybody in the Va Beach area especially if you live around Chicks Beach.

I am happy to say they were accurate and I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else in VA! All of the staff were very sweet to my newly adopted pup.

I had to make an emergency visit here when my dog started breaking out in a horrible rash. I called last minute telling them his conditions and they told me to come whenever! I was taken in quickly when I arrived with my fur baby and the doctor knew almost immediately what was wrong with Roscoe after doing a few checks of his gums and his skin he told us that Roscoe was bitten by a bug and was reacting to it he thoroughly explained everything to us and even what he was going to do to help us put . Roscoe left with two shots and a medication and we can still afford to eat for the rest of the week because it wasn't overboard in price . My dog was looking 98%better by the time we were going to bed , today he is great (: thanks sooo much I love this place and will be coming back !!!

Dr. Morris and his team are the best!!!! They are all very kind and very knowledgeable. I have an 8 year old French Bulldog and Dr. Morris takes his time and really educates you to help you take optimal care of your fur baby. The facility is always very clean. And the ladies up front and all the vet techs are awesome. Dr. Baker is also very knowledgeable and really takes the time to answer any questions. Dr. Morris truly cares for animals and goes above and beyond for his patients.

We just started taking our new puppy to VBVH a couple of months ago. I can't say enough good things about this place. The staff is wonderful and Dr. Morris is amazing! He is very compassionate and personable as well as straight forward about what your pet needs and does not need and I love that! I only wish that we would have found him sooner for our angel pets.......I hope he isn't planning on retiring anytime soon!

After doing a ton of research and being referred by several friends and acquaintances, we chose Virginia Beach Veterinary Hospital as our first vet. The receptionist I spoke to on the phone was very nice and we were able to make an appointment within a couple days of the call. Upon arrival the day of, there was only a short page of paperwork to be filled out. The waiting room is large and spacious, which is perfect for pets and their parents to be as close or far from others as they want to be. We then went back into an exam room, where the vet assistant/tech did all of his testing. She was very quick and so so kind. She also administered his leptospirosis booster a few weeks later and was so fantastic. I wish I could remember her name! The vet we saw on our first visit (Dr. Baker) was also fantastic. Very effective communicator and great. Our pup loves it here! On our second visit, he literally gave out the most excited bark when we pulled into the parking lot, and pulled me inside (he is a great walker and not a puller at all!). I'm glad we found this vet and look forward to a long relationship with this practice

We took her to see Dr. Morris and he identified the growth in about 30 seconds and prescribed a $20 steroid drops. The growth almost completely disappeared after 2 days of treatment. I think we found our new vet for our pups!

The first time Dr. Baker saw our Lab he gave our Lab a possible diagnoses of MRSA . The culture was positive for MRSA. (Canine) The entire staff has been supportive in helping mend our Dog. ********* I am sharing the YELP I posted on Great Neck Vet " If I could give a negative star, I would. Misdiagnoses, lost results, incorrect prescriptions, unreturned phone calls, lack of customer service....the list goes on. We brought all of our pets to this location. From 1990 to 2009. We moved away 2009 and returned to VB in 2016. I am unsure as to what happened to this once caring team." **********************Although we do not know how our dog contracted it, we do know it went undiagnosed until we took our dog to Virginia Beach Veterinary Hospital. This place cares! They follow up, they take their time with us, they call to check on our dog. The Clinic is clean with a bright cheery waiting area. I cannot say enough good things about VBVH and their team. My mom and I have been taking my family's jack Russell there for 13 years and what I love most about Dr. Morris is that he isn't afraid to tell the owner to get their act together. If you aren't doing something right, like missing vaccination boosters, he will set you straight! It's all about the animals with them and I love it. Recently I found a kitten on the side of the road in pretty bad shape. She needed a lot of love and care (and money and medicine). We had plenty of the first two to give her but money is tight for us. We met with a doctor who must be a new member of the team because I hadn't met with her before and she went out of her way to help the kitten while also keeping a budget in mind. I really was starting to think that I wouldn't be able to help this little kitten who desperately needed it as the medication list grew and grew. Fortunately I was at a hospital that puts animals first and business second. That's the kind of place you want to be when your fur baby's need help.

As a volunteer with a national cat rescue, VBVH is our area veterinary office. Dr Baker and Dr Morris are amazingly loving vets with a never-rushed, painstaking approach to care. They have the personal touch that you are looking for, and the knowledge and experience that you'll need. Their staff, from the terrific ladies at the front desk to the terrific techs in the back, all have the same caring countenance. My highest recommendation!

I have had a great experience with all of the doctors and staff here! They recently called me about a 1-800-PETMEDS order I had submitted and informed me of a better heart worm medication of my dog. I feel like they take the extra step to make sure your pet is healthy. It is a friendly staff, clean facility and very trustworthy. I'm also able to get an appointment whenever I need one at a time that is convenient for me. Thanks guys!

Absolutely phenomenal customer care, you can tell the entire staff genuinely cares about the well-being of our babies. When one of our cats was in critical condition, Dr. Baker made sure we understood exactly what was going on, what our options were, and how to proceed. I've never had a vet experience that is so consistently positive and comforting regardless of the reason for the visit. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you, Dr. Baker & staff!!

We heard about Dr. Baker through a rescue group. He had her diagnosed within minutes! We have to drive 4 hours round trip to see him but it's worth it.

I can't say enough good things about Dr Baker and Dr Morris. I am a director of one of the largest German Shepherd Dog rescues on the east coast, and we have been bringing our dogs here for years. And, I trust the care of my own pets to VBVH as well. Dr Baker and Dr. Morris are kind, personable and extremely knowledgeable. I run a program for GSDs with special needs, and Dr Baker regularly treats our dogs for more disorders and diseases than most vets will see in a lifetime, if ever (Cerebellar Hypoplasia, straight-leg syndrome, Micropthalmia, Neuronal Ceroid Lipofuscinosis, Hypomyelination...just to name a few). They have a gift and are always genuinely eager to provide the best care possible. The entire staff is friendly, professional and always eager to help in any way they can. I have had pets my entire life and dealt with dozens of vet practices all over the east coast, and VBVH is the absolute best veterinary hospital, hands down. I am thankful and grateful to Dr Baker and Dr Morris every day for going above and beyond for the GSDs who come into our rescue.

Dr. Morris has been a compassionate friend, a fantastic doctor, and has been caring for all three of our dogs and our parakeet, for more years than I can count. He has prayed with us and held us when we had to euthanize Pokey our elderly Peke, did all he could to help Tweety who suffered from liver cancer, did all that was humanly possible to save our beautiful Tibetan spaniel, Breezy, and just met our new little bundle of energy, Ramona. When Dr. Morris retires, we will stick to stuffed animals. The entire staff are all sweet and thoughtful, and we think of them as friends, not employees.

I LOVE VBVH!! I couldn't imagine going anywhere else! Dr. Morris is amazing, but I usually end up seeing DR. Baker, who I truly LOVE! He is so knowledgable and just an all around good person. He truly loves animals and you can tell. When I adopted my kitten a few months ago I met with him for about 20 min to get him checked out. About 15 of those min were him loving on him and listening to his purrs and "kitten heartbeat"!!! My heart melted!! And he is so patient!! My mom and her friend are CRAZY and think something is wrong with their dogs if they look at them weird so of course they have Dr. B on speed dial. He has even made after work stops at the dog park to make sure everything is ok! And it always is! I will cry when he retires!

VBVH has been my veterinary choice since Dr. Morris opened his practice, at that time in Church Point Commons. My neighbor told me about the new Vet. Her dog would slip under her fence & sneak off to VBVH. Any Vet that your dog makes that type of effort to visit is the right practice for true animal lovers. Dr. Baker was an amazing addition to the practice. He is fabulous. And it certainly helps that both are graduates of the Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine. VBVH took loving care of my canine child who I lost at 13 years, then my sweet precious golden girl who crossed the Rainbow Bridge at 15 1/2, and now my wild child tomboy golden. The entire staff truly understands the strong love & bond that exists with companion animals.

You won't regret going here. My cat got extremely sick right after moving to the area from another state. I walked in without an appointment and they immediately cared for my cat. They found he had an unusual illness and were able to treat him right away. They have their own lab onsite to run tests as well as a pharmacy. All the vets and staff who work here are amazing and really love animals.

I absolutely love Dr Morris. probably the best vet I have ever had in my entire experience raising animals. He does not just see your pet for two seconds and then throw you out the door with lots of expensive prescriptions like most vets. He will take the time to go over your pets health history in detail and make sure he hasnt missed anything. Your pets records are scanned into their computers so he always has access to info. He is honest and will make sure your pet does not recieve any unnecessary treatment that could cost you. I was so pleased with my initial visit that I also booked my dogs for boarding here. I knew that they would be with people I could trust. They will feed your pet any food you bring and there is a short questionnaire that is filled out regarding how to feed. My dogs came back in great condition. They were not scared nor did they have fleas. Very happy puppies.

We have finally found the best vet in the area! I initially chose this place after finding out the take Care Credit and work with exotics (we have ferrets). We first met with Dr.Morris and he was fantastic with my ferret Clover. She had a tumor growing on her tail that came on and grew very fast. We immediately examined it and knew what the next step was. She had to have surgery to remove it. I was very nervous about the surgery since she had to go under anesthesia but the nurses all came out and made me feel better about it. A few hours later, Dr. Morris called and said everything went smoothly and I could pick her up later that day. I was so relieved when the front desk told me how playful Clover was with everyone and how friendly she was. I had to bring her consistently in several times a week to change her bandage and everyone was so excited to see her each time and she was always in good hands. She ended up having to have another surgery but it went even smoother than the last. Dr. Morris and Baker kept us well informed of what was going on each time and now Clover is doing so much better. I can't thank this place enough for taking care of her. I also briefly met Dr. Slagel when I brought my elderly German Shepherd in for a check up and skin infection which she helped clear up right away. So glad all my babies are in good hands when I bring them here. Excellent staff and excellent treatment.

I have been bringing my rabbits to see Dr. Morris for the past four years, and I would never go anywhere else! It's very easy to schedule an appointment over the phone, and the staff are all incredibly helpful and friendly! It's hard to find a vet in the seven cities who is knowledgeable about rabbits, but Dr. Morris is fantastic! He's very personable and always offers resources for you to read and look up to ensure that you're well informed on how to care for your fur baby.

This place was recommended by a friend and since it was just minutes from my house I decided to give them a try. When it comes to my baby Zeus I want someone who is informative and patient with my inexperience with raising a puppy. Open entry I was treated by a friendly receptionistWho had a great attitude. The time between arrival and being called back was short. They weigh my dog and took us to a room. I'm came Dr. Baker who was very friendly and welcoming. He made our visit personal by asking not just questions about Zeus but ourselves as well. The prices weren't bad at all for the service that's was provided all shots needed at 5 months as well as medications for deworming. My family will continue to use this office. I will also recommend them to all my friends who ask

We've been clients for about 25 years. I love the level of professionalism, empathy and "family feel" environment we get from Dr. Morris and Dr Baker. Dr Morris's "out of the box" solutions are always valuable and have saved us $$$. We started with Dr Morris from the beginning and developed such a level of trust in the care he provides to our pets. Dr Baker came on board later and has followed suit. They are both outstanding doctors. We've seen both of them depending on who was available at the time we needed to come in. Both are very compassionate about their work and the care of animals. We like their upbeat personalities. We trust their impeccable care for our pets wholeheartedly and would not hesitate to recommend this Veterinary Hospital to anyone. Let's not forget the technicians and staff---wonderful!

When I asked why they do that the woman up front very rudely responded, "umm because they can." They charge $87 for emergency walk ins, even for current customers, when someone is by some odd chance actually available. Do not bring your pet here.

I would just like to say that there is a reason this place has almost all 5 star reviews on Yelp! My dog had been suffering from a serious ear infection causing her ears to bleed. I called first thing in the morning when they opened and asked if it was possible she could be seen today. They told me to bring her in ASAP and would do the best to squeeze me in even though they were already booked up the entire day. I arrived and was immediately checked in and my dog Bailey was seen and examined promptly. Dr. Baker was great. He assessed the issue and we went from there. This vet hospital cares more about the animals than it does profit. I understand that it's a business, but to have a group of people at Va Beach Vet Hospital that care sincerely about fixing your pets issues without being overboard price wise and willing to work with your budget. I highly recommend this place for anybody in the Va Beach area especially if you live around Chicks Beach.

Dr. Morris was amazing! He was very honest, knowledgeable, and caring. He and this vet hospital exceeded my expectations. The previous Yelp reviews were the reason I chose to bring my dog here. I am happy to say they were accurate and I wouldn't take my dog anywhere else in VA! All of the staff were very sweet to my newly adopted pup.

I had to make an emergency visit here when my dog started breaking out in a horrible rash. I called last minute telling them his conditions and they told me to come whenever! I was taken in quickly when I arrived with my fur baby and the doctor knew almost immediately what was wrong with Roscoe after doing a few checks of his gums and his skin he told us that Roscoe was bitten by a bug and was reacting to it he thoroughly explained everything to us and even what he was going to do to help us put . Roscoe left with two shots and a medication and we can still afford to eat for the rest of the week because it wasn't overboard in price . My dog was looking 98%better by the time we were going to bed , today he is great (: thanks sooo much I love this place and will be coming back !!!

Dr. Morris and his team are the best!!!! They are all very kind and very knowledgeable. I have an 8 year old French Bulldog and Dr. Morris takes his time and really educates you to help you take optimal care of your fur baby. The facility is always very clean. And the ladies up front and all the vet techs are awesome. Dr. Baker is also very knowledgeable and really takes the time to answer any questions. Dr. Morris truly cares for animals and goes above and beyond for his patients.

We just started taking our new puppy to VBVH a couple of months ago. I can't say enough good things about this place. The staff is wonderful and Dr. Morris is amazing! He is very compassionate and personable as well as straight forward about what your pet needs and does not need and I love that! I only wish that we would have found him sooner for our angel pets.......I hope he isn't planning on retiring anytime soon!

After doing a ton of research and being referred by several friends and acquaintances, we chose Virginia Beach Veterinary Hospital as our first vet. The receptionist I spoke to on the phone was very nice and we were able to make an appointment within a couple days of the call. Upon arrival the day of, there was only a short page of paperwork to be filled out. The waiting room is large and spacious, which is perfect for pets and their parents to be as close or far from others as they want to be. We then went back into an exam room, where the vet assistant/tech did all of his testing. She was very quick and so so kind. She also administered his leptospirosis booster a few weeks later and was so fantastic. I wish I could remember her name! The vet we saw on our first visit (Dr. Baker) was also fantastic. Very effective communicator and great. Our pup loves it here! On our second visit, he literally gave out the most excited bark when we pulled into the parking lot, and pulled me inside (he is a great walker and not a puller at all!). I'm glad we found this vet and look forward to a long relationship with this practice

Our dachshund had a small growth on her paw that wouldn't go away. Her former doctor at Bay Beach recommended a $700 surgery to remove it and could not even tell us what it was. We took her to see Dr. Morris and he identified the growth in about 30 seconds and prescribed a $20 steroid drops. The growth almost completely disappeared after 2 days of treatment. I think we found our new vet for our pups!

Before we switched to VIRGINIA BEACH VETERINARY HOSPITAL, we were taking our dog to Great Neck Vet. Now that we are with VBVH our dog is on the way to better health. The first time Dr. Baker saw our Lab he gave our Lab a possible diagnoses of MRSA . The culture was positive for MRSA. (Canine) The entire staff has been supportive in helping mend our Dog. ********* I am sharing the YELP I posted on Great Neck Vet " If I could give a negative star, I would. Misdiagnoses, lost results, incorrect prescriptions, unreturned phone calls, lack of customer service....the list goes on. We brought all of our pets to this location. From 1990 to 2009. We moved away 2009 and returned to VB in 2016. I am unsure as to what happened to this once caring team." **********************Although we do not know how our dog contracted it, we do know it went undiagnosed until we took our dog to Virginia Beach Veterinary Hospital. This place cares! They follow up, they take their time with us, they call to check on our dog. The Clinic is clean with a bright cheery waiting area. We did our research before taking our Dog here and it was well worth the time. HIGHLY recommend Virginia Beach Veterinary Hospital!

I cannot say enough good things about VBVH and their team. My mom and I have been taking my family's jack Russell there for 13 years and what I love most about Dr. Morris is that he isn't afraid to tell the owner to get their act together. If you aren't doing something right, like missing vaccination boosters, he will set you straight! It's all about the animals with them and I love it. Recently I found a kitten on the side of the road in pretty bad shape. She needed a lot of love and care (and money and medicine). We had plenty of the first two to give her but money is tight for us. We met with a doctor who must be a new member of the team because I hadn't met with her before and she went out of her way to help the kitten while also keeping a budget in mind. I really was starting to think that I wouldn't be able to help this little kitten who desperately needed it as the medication list grew and grew. Fortunately I was at a hospital that puts animals first and business second. That's the kind of place you want to be when your fur baby's need help.

As a volunteer with a national cat rescue, VBVH is our area veterinary office. Dr Baker and Dr Morris are amazingly loving vets with a never-rushed, painstaking approach to care. They have the personal touch that you are looking for, and the knowledge and experience that you'll need. Their staff, from the terrific ladies at the front desk to the terrific techs in the back, all have the same caring countenance. My highest recommendation!

I have had a great experience with all of the doctors and staff here! They recently called me about a 1-800-PETMEDS order I had submitted and informed me of a better heart worm medication of my dog. I feel like they take the extra step to make sure your pet is healthy. It is a friendly staff, clean facility and very trustworthy. I'm also able to get an appointment whenever I need one at a time that is convenient for me. Thanks guys!

Absolutely phenomenal customer care, you can tell the entire staff genuinely cares about the well-being of our babies. When one of our cats was in critical condition, Dr. Baker made sure we understood exactly what was going on, what our options were, and how to proceed. I've never had a vet experience that is so consistently positive and comforting regardless of the reason for the visit. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you, Dr. Baker & staff!!

We heard about Dr. Baker through a rescue group. He had her diagnosed within minutes! We have to drive 4 hours round trip to see him but it's worth it.

I can't say enough good things about Dr Baker and Dr Morris. I am a director of one of the largest German Shepherd Dog rescues on the east coast, and we have been bringing our dogs here for years. And, I trust the care of my own pets to VBVH as well. Dr Baker and Dr. Morris are kind, personable and extremely knowledgeable. I run a program for GSDs with special needs, and Dr Baker regularly treats our dogs for more disorders and diseases than most vets will see in a lifetime, if ever (Cerebellar Hypoplasia, straight-leg syndrome, Micropthalmia, Neuronal Ceroid Lipofuscinosis, Hypomyelination...just to name a few). They have a gift and are always genuinely eager to provide the best care possible. The entire staff is friendly, professional and always eager to help in any way they can. I have had pets my entire life and dealt with dozens of vet practices all over the east coast, and VBVH is the absolute best veterinary hospital, hands down. I am thankful and grateful to Dr Baker and Dr Morris every day for going above and beyond for the GSDs who come into our rescue.

Dr. Morris has been a compassionate friend, a fantastic doctor, and has been caring for all three of our dogs and our parakeet, for more years than I can count. He has prayed with us and held us when we had to euthanize Pokey our elderly Peke, did all he could to help Tweety who suffered from liver cancer, did all that was humanly possible to save our beautiful Tibetan spaniel, Breezy, and just met our new little bundle of energy, Ramona. When Dr. Morris retires, we will stick to stuffed animals. The entire staff are all sweet and thoughtful, and we think of them as friends, not employees.

I LOVE VBVH!! I couldn't imagine going anywhere else! Dr. Morris is amazing, but I usually end up seeing DR. Baker, who I truly LOVE! He is so knowledgable and just an all around good person. He truly loves animals and you can tell. When I adopted my kitten a few months ago I met with him for about 20 min to get him checked out. About 15 of those min were him loving on him and listening to his purrs and "kitten heartbeat"!!! My heart melted!! And he is so patient!! My mom and her friend are CRAZY and think something is wrong with their dogs if they look at them weird so of course they have Dr. B on speed dial. He has even made after work stops at the dog park to make sure everything is ok! And it always is! I will cry when he retires!

VBVH has been my veterinary choice since Dr. Morris opened his practice, at that time in Church Point Commons. My neighbor told me about the new Vet. Her dog would slip under her fence & sneak off to VBVH. Any Vet that your dog makes that type of effort to visit is the right practice for true animal lovers. Dr. Baker was an amazing addition to the practice. He is fabulous. And it certainly helps that both are graduates of the Mississippi State University College of Veterinary Medicine. VBVH took loving care of my canine child who I lost at 13 years, then my sweet precious golden girl who crossed the Rainbow Bridge at 15 1/2, and now my wild child tomboy golden. The entire staff truly understands the strong love & bond that exists with companion animals.

You won't regret going here. My cat got extremely sick right after moving to the area from another state. I walked in without an appointment and they immediately cared for my cat. They found he had an unusual illness and were able to treat him right away. They have their own lab onsite to run tests as well as a pharmacy. All the vets and staff who work here are amazing and really love animals.

I absolutely love Dr Morris. probably the best vet I have ever had in my entire experience raising animals. He does not just see your pet for two seconds and then throw you out the door with lots of expensive prescriptions like most vets. He will take the time to go over your pets health history in detail and make sure he hasnt missed anything. Your pets records are scanned into their computers so he always has access to info. He is honest and will make sure your pet does not recieve any unnecessary treatment that could cost you. I was so pleased with my initial visit that I also booked my dogs for boarding here. I knew that they would be with people I could trust. They will feed your pet any food you bring and there is a short questionnaire that is filled out regarding how to feed. My dogs came back in great condition. They were not scared nor did they have fleas. Very happy puppies.
