They will sedate and drug your animal if it's being boarded and too loud. I found out when I picked up my dog who was boarded and seemed off. Did not have the best experience. Do NOT recommend to anyone who cares about their loved one. Animals are kept in tiny cages.

Dr. Elam and his staff have met me after hours or stayed late in order to meet my dogs needs on numerous occasions, they have even called the entire staff in on week ends. They are like family to me and my dogs, and that is cherished.

Dr. Elam and every member of his staff are wonderfully attentive and kind and went above and beyond to help me take care of my sick pet rabbit. I will definitely go back for all of my pet needs.

I was thrilled with the service, level of expertise and quality of care. Dr. Elam and his staff stayed late for me (a new client) to assist me with a reproductive procedure with my male ASD. I couldn't have been more pleased with them across the board.

Contrary to Jes, I found the staff very helpul, kind and knowlegeable. My Field Champion Labrador & I had traveled from California 12/30/2011 for the specialized reproductive services Dr Elam provides. He & staff came into the office on New Year's day to accomplish breeding our Phanny to the 2011 National Amateur Field Champion Labrador Grady. We look forward to having a nice litter of black & yellow future Champion Labrador Retrievers around mid March.

They will sedate and drug your animal if it's being boarded and too loud. I found out when I picked up my dog who was boarded and seemed off. Did not have the best experience. Do NOT recommend to anyone who cares about their loved one. Animals are kept in tiny cages.
