I/we've been seeing Dr. Tim since 1999, when we got our first little Weiner dog, Angel. During her life, not unlike others of this breed, she had difficulties with her neck. Each "flare-up" Dr Tim would treat her so very gently, and lovingly!! I don't recall how old she was when he started to do Accupuncture on her. It was miraculous!! She'd go from a screaming cry, to playing like a puppy!! He's an owner and lover of Doxies, so we always felt she received a bit more attent...ion. We're on our third Precious pup-pup, Shadow, whom we recently adopted from California, and Dr Tim has already assessed him. Shadow's scheduled in February for a deep teeth cleaning, and Dr Tim feels he's about 6years old. I've been blessed all my life to have pets, and livestock with many many vets. I had to put my 18 year old kitty Sneakers to sleep. My kitty had stopped eating a week earlier and my efforts to revive her failed. She was in pain and could not even stand up anymore... So when I called my vet in Smokey Point, 20 min before they closed, they told me that I would have to wait till tomorrow they were closing soon. I have been taking my dog to Dr. Tim for almost eight years and have received nothing but professional, compassionate care for Suki. She had had some serious health issues to deal with and Tim gives me the facts, educates me and has helped me make the best decisions for my dog. His staff are also warm and compassionate and I always feel like everyone really cares; Suki isn't just a number. When Tim is out of the office I have taken Suki to his associate, Dr. Amy and I feel she is a very knowledgeable and caring vet and I would not hesitate to take Suki to see her. We have had a wonderful experience at this veterinarian office! We brought our cat to see Dr. Jackie. In the past, our finicky cat really struggled at the vet, but he seems to feel quite comfortable at this office, well, as comfortable as a cat can be anyway. We love this vet clinic!Our 13 year old shepherd mix has been going to this clinic for her whole life. Unfortunately she has some chronic medical issues in her old age that require lots of appointments, blood draws, and medications so we are very familiar with the clinic and staff. Everyone there is so sweet and responsive, they all genuinely care about the animal patients .All the vets are great, but shout out to Dr Jackie for always being patient and very responsive with all my anxious pet mom questions and concerns! I started taking my animals here when we moved to Arlington in 2005 after referrals from friends and neighbors. In that time, they have compassionately cared for our animals as they aged, lovingly helped them cross over, and joyously welcomed new babies and care for their routine and emergent needs with love, always honest and gentle with us. This is one of the worst vets offices around.  I brought my new puppy in for his well puppy check and left in tears. Dr Amy has the bedside manner of a badger. She had nothing but negative comments about my brand new puppy.  The second time I had to bring him in for antibiotics I was given expired ones! They eventually gave me ones that hadn't expired, but were very unapologetic. I will not be returning here.  It's unfortunate, ever since Dr Cavanaugh has been mostly MIA the place has gone to the wayside.  I could go on, but I've moved to a different vet and won't look back. Please do not be fooled by the name. All creatures does not mean all creatures. They would not see my mini pig that got a few cuts I was worried about (thought she needed stiches). And they would not see this poor lady that was in there with what I am guessing was a rabbit. Do not call your clinic something that it is not. Excellent staff, courteous and caring. Dr. Cavanaugh came highly recommended and exceeded our expectations. Our 11 year old pit bull/beagle/Australian shepherd mix Dozer is currently healing from his second surgery there and everything is going great, just like his first surgery there. Dozer has received friendly and caring service at every vet we've ever gone to, but for some reason he's more at ease at there at All Creatures. We live 45 minutes away but we've decided that All Creatures vet in Arlington is Dozer's new regular vet. Read Less

I took my dog here for his arthritis and to have a growth removed. He's about 80 lbs and 11 years old so he was really slowing down and he's always been an extremely active dog. After the x-rays and pinpointing where my dog was having problems, we were given some of their proprietary supplements for aging dog joint health and it's like my dog is 5 years younger now! Before he could barely pounce on his ball or run a few feet without limping, it was really sad to see. Now it's obvious he feels way better. And the surgery for the growth that was removed went fast and smooth. My dog recovered quickly and healed very nicely. The day after his surgery we were out hiking at Peshastin Pinnacles State Park and my dog was acting like he never had surgery, just as happy and energetic as can be. Dr. Cavanagh did an excellent job and we were extremely pleased with our experience at All Creatures Vet service there in Arlington. Also, my dog is usually pretty tense and apprehensive at the vet, especially when the vet walks into the examination room. When Dr. Cavanagh came in, it was like my dog already knew him and he was at ease. This place does not cater to cats. It should be dogs only on their sign. Every time I would call to try and schedule an appointment the receptionist would say "I think we are all booked up". Really!? You think. Maybe you should check to find out for sure. She never suggested another day or time and was not apologetic. She seemed annoyed that I had even called. I will not be going back. The one time I did make it in the doctor was nice and she seemed genuine about her work. I saw no cat food or cat toys or anything cat related in the lobby. Read Less

I was referred here by a friend. My cat was seen at this clinic a couple of times last year. Staff was friendly and prices were reasonable. Clinic always seems busy. The only negative was that I didn't think the doctor spent enough time explaining my cat's condition or the options during my first visit. She was one of the female doctors but I don't recall which one. The other time and today, my cat was seen by Dr. Cavanagh who was very thoughtful. Sadly, my cat needed to be euthanized today. Dr. Cavanagh was very kind. After the procedure, he lead me out a back door so I wouldn't have to walk out through the waiting room. He really made the process a lot easier. Read Less

I have been going to All Creatures for 24 years now. My dogs have always received great care. Like any place though there have been times when I was not as happy and by communicating my concerns they have always then stepped up and figured out the solution. It is not often you find a business that is able to keep employees for many years. I think there are a couple that have been there since before I started going there....
