Not really happy with a lot that went on here. Came in, was told that it would be a few minutes after check in, and it was (which was ok).
Then we were taken into the room, and it was about an hour or so when one lady came in, and told us she would be right back, which she was and then disappeared again for almost an hour after going to talk to a doctor, when another gal came in (Jessica was awesome and quick thankfully!). They said we would get results for a UI on Saturday and we were gone.
I called to ask on Saturday, and they had no idea and said it hadn't been taken care of. Then I got a call Monday asking how my cat was. I told her I didn't know, because they hadn't given us the results yet and we really wanted to know.
It is now Wednesday afternoon, and the results for the what the receptionist said was a "possible bladder infection that we consider an emergency" FINALLY are given to me. The doctor seemed nice from my short conversation on the phone with her at least.
Also, it was kind of weird that on Monday when I was called, I asked the lady on the phone if they had gotten the results, and she said she couldn't tell me over the phone for some liability thing or whatever, but when the doctor called she was able to leave a message on my phone? I don't have a problem with it being left in message at all, but it was strange being told one thing and then another happening.
SO, in short, the "possible emergency" took 5 days to get an answer, my cat is still not feeling great, and Im frustrated. We finally have a "prescription diet" at least. We won't be coming back here, and will be going to Banifield in PetSmart from now on (they had results for the same test in about 5 mins when I went there a couple of years ago, it was just further away from us and thought we would give them a try).
